I have been complaining to @reliancejio for more than 1.5 years regarding the poor 4g internet speed at my homesite but they seem to avoid this by saying that we are working on it. @DoT_India I request you to please take serious action against @JioCare for fooling their customers

@JioCare Sir I had applied new job fibre connection on dated 18/06/21 & order no NO0000HNZCCX , got message for installation on 22/06/21. Not installed on that date & then rescheduled to 24/06 , then reschudeled to 26/06 - again reschudeled to 27/06. Pathetic service.
