I raised a service request, and your system showed that a service engineer was promptly assigned to my ticket. What happened next? Absolutely nothing. There has been not a single phone call, zero attempts to reach out to me, and absolutely no visits to my address to investigate or resolve the issue. What kind of utter nonsense customer service is this? Why should any consumer continue to pay your monthly bill for a service that practically doesn't exist and a support team that completely ghosts its paying customers? The lack of accountability and basic professional communication is staggering. I am completely done dealing with this constant headache and pathetic service infrastructure. Send someone over immediately ,not to troubleshoot, but to permanently remove this useless equipment from my home. I want this connection terminated.@reliancejio
