    @JioCare Hello Aishwarya, thanks for your time on call. Telephonic conversation has made me realise that i have made a grave mistake by opting for jio. So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

    @JioCare would fool you into buying ISD pack and when you ask to cancel the plan they say ISD pack cant be cancelled It is systematically scamming customers into purchasing plans which are totally useless for them !

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I m very surprised to talk with Jio customer care team they are happy to take disconnection request for 2 year old connection but denied to take request for engineer visit facing internet issue. Reg mobile no 750524910

    @JioCare Sir, jio and airtel both are having weak signals network, what's wrong with you two carriers ? Not updated hardware and updates not done? Network is not spreading stronger everywhere. My family member uses jio and they get less network coverage too .

    @JioCare Experiencing severe network instability on JioFiber. While throughput is ~30 Mbps, latency under load is >120ms with jitter ~40ms and packet loss ~0.6%. Real-time apps (Instagram/WhatsApp/X video) buffering consistently. Indicates poor QoS/routing.
