    Pathetic service, @JioCare! 😡 Since 9 PM, JioFiber, AirFiber & Jio mobile network have been completely down in Dhar (MP 454001). This isn’t the first time—your service has been unreliable for a long time. Completely unacceptable! #JioDown

    @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.

    @JioCare useless service from @jio_fiber ..no internet, no supervisor escalation. @ACTFibernet do you guys provide better service than this ?
