I wasnt able to use my Mobile data and was getting very low speed. I contacted Airtel, and instead of figuring it out - they said that firstly I have to take support request back.

Subscribed for 100 Mbps but getting <40 Mbps consistently for 6 months. Helpline unreachable, no response from local team, and diagnostics keep showing unresolved outages.

You will loose job only bcoz JIO will force you 2 do so by nt providing any services in time as & when you need it most.We are forced 2 be on leave since 4 days, brink of loosing job.

I am continuously complaining about internet service interruption but you r absolutely deaf, not listening to me and not sorting out the issue. No response from your side.
