    @JioCare I am requesting you from the last 2-3 year for your network issues though your cs service.But no one responds seriously.I think jio network is one of the biggest fraud network that should be publish now days.I'm so dissappoint to share my location every time.@TRAI

    Hi Team, @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare i applied for Broadband band connection paid to both the services provided both of them visited my place still connection not installed. However no issue with line my neighbours have #jio and #airtel please help

    @JioCare Hi. What is the roaming plan available for European countries? After recharging do you need to activate any service from backend. Also the 1102 rupee plan is very confusing. What will I need to pay for incoming and outgoing after recharging

    Is your support team so useless or just multiple bots with multiple different names? @reliancejio @JioCare just fed up with raising the issue multiple times. Please let me know if I can get a genuine resolution or I better port to another provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After doing recharge of 666 we are not getting proper bandwidth of internet and calling network in Bhadohi district Uttar Pradesh. All jio customer is just ******** from company point of view. @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai I have connection of jio fibre and it was recharged on 25th Feb. I have made security deposit with company for connection. But now Companies Engineer said that your connection has been allotted to another person. No solution yet.

    @JioCare the store is 30 km away from my house, I have not seen such poor service till date, no solution has been found so far. Store address is A-34, Prabhu Marg, Centre Point Building, Opp. A.C. Market, Tilak Nagar, Raja Pa Tilak Nagar Rajapark, Rajasthan 302004
