I wonder what network problems will arise in remote areas.

Please clarify what is causing the service disruption and how long it will take to be fixed? I am having to pay for additional data every day due to the WiFi loss.

There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

This morning, the wifi was not working and when I called the person who installed it because he said, “Sir, it looks like it has been stolen,” and he sounded quite sure. So we went to Terrace and found the device missing. 😭😭

It raises a major question: will the government or @TRAI take action against a company that cheats common people like this? Since this morning, let alone 5G, I haven't been able to access even a 2G network. What action will be taken against such
