    @JioCare @reliancejio I discontinued your service 20 days back my security amount is not returned yet .Jio Fiber no.01135590220 on the name of my father Mr.Rajender Kumar . Why don't you treat customer as they were before while they were using your services.

    @JioCare Quite disheartened with the jio fiber in Delhi. service request, apprising customer care on tele and mails nothing works. internet connection installed on 17 Sep 21 goes off on 18 Sep..48 hrs gone, no response.hope somebody will act to keep the promising services for WFH

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I'm very much irritated by your data usage reminder at 50%,90% and 100% of daily data usage with Hindi,English, and Local language. I have already called two to three times to198 but they can't gave any resolution.Please do stop this useless tradition

Facing the similar Problems .. and in past 2minths I have lodged 7+ compalints received the SR No everytime and call got closed automatically..     @reliancejio I have ordered onions and sugar at 9/- at the time of offer period. Now those ordered got cancelled due to technical issue. Customer support says to order at current price now. I need my order at 9/- only. Refer jio mart customer support Ticket 6320273850

    Hi Everyone, Pls don't opt for Jio Fiber Settop Box, they sell very poor quality products!! @reliancejio @JioCare . Remote control stopped working with in 6 months of usage and they don't even try to repair. Instead they force you to buy the new remote Appellate also useless
