    @JioCare I am really disappointed by the services being rendered to me. My jio fiber is being reset automatically and this is really impacting the work I do. The tech guy gave the below case number to me IM200444206 i am not getting anything help which is truly unacceptable.

Kindly listen to that call of 20/01 made from my mobile number which I have sent in dm to Nausheen and Manish.

    @JioCare my handset and number is eligible for 5G. It has got 5G too... But never catches 5G network, if I have to avail 5G I have to restart the set. Earlier it was not the scene. Any solution????
