    @reliancejio @JioCare Installation team turns up and can’t install. The onus is on me to cancel my order, wait for refund and rebook again. Never seen such poor show. Very disappointed with Jio!

    @JioCare There are cases where you have refunded. This SIM belonged to my driver who has limited means. I'm certain that we can find a way to help him.
