So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

Manoj kumar v.b (@manoj85052) reported@JioCare Sir, jio and airtel both are having weak signals network, what's wrong with you two carriers ? Not updated hardware and updates not done? Network is not spreading stronger everywhere. My family member uses jio and they get less network coverage too .

While throughput is ~30 Mbps, latency under load is >120ms with jitter ~40ms and packet loss ~0.6%. Real-time apps (Instagram/WhatsApp/X video) buffering consistently. Indicates poor QoS/routing.
