Boom, there is no such option in India telecom sector. You will not get refund for the services u did not use, but again pay extra to get correct plan. @TRAI

Despite raising a formal complaint, the problem remains entirely unresolved. I am experiencing frequent call drops and incredibly slow data speeds,which are disrupting my daily work.
