Even yesterday, your customer care assured me that my refund would be processed soon. Enough with the repeated assurances. Verify your records.

Satyajit Das (@satyajitdas90) reported@JioCare I had Rs699 internet plan but all of a sudden I am charged over 1300 for a month. The guy on the phone says there's no 699 plan anymore. But that doesn't mean you will arbitrarily charge whatever you want without asking me. Please tell how to fix it.
