    @JioCare I have raised service request for 5 times now, every time service engineer is appointed but no one shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue. In touch with @JioCare for last 10 days but issue is still unresolved. Really disappointed by the service provided

    @Airtel_Presence You guys should stop misleading people and concentrate on your proper services. @reliancejio don't need to promote itself. You are promoting it because of your poor service. I am stuck with you guys as I have recharged for 1 year. Else I would have ported.

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare Same location. 2 different numbers. Both with bad connectivity on both mobile phone as well as on Jio Dongle. Complaint raised multiple times. Nothing done yet

    @JioCare In my locality15°51'00"N 74°34'08"E there is a jio tower ,but from last fortnight we are getting weak signal. Please check it out.

    @JioCare Looks like customer service executives on 198 number doesn’t have the information properly and not solving the issues. I had a issue with data consumption.

    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    @JioCare 2/3The problem is when we migrated the sim to jio, the name of my wife in Aadhar was Reshu Grover and now it has been updated to Reshu Khatri (my surname). Because of which your system is limiting to accept this request. We have visited Jio Care and written to jio Care.

    I texted to port my jio no. And got call from jio customer care, and they were asking me to stay on jio silly explanation. She was so blunt on call, even if i were to stay now for sure I m leaving, I was here for past 5 long yrs and thanks, @reliancejio @JioCare @ConsumerReports

    @JioCare I think it's not you Cup of tea to resolve the problem, you guys are telling the diplomatic timelines which doesn't justify anything. Now I think need to approach Airtel or Act for the service. Really disappointed from Jio.Dis not expect this kind of behavior.

    @JioCare This is straight 3 day after complaining about jio call issue on twitter, no one takes any action for this issue that we are facing. Every time call get disconnected automatically, calling sound not clear due to network issue.

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Asked to shift connection on 9th if July, still not yet resolved. People on phone keep telling it will be done and are bluffing customers. Time to shift to another ISP may be @reliancejio if this is the case.
