    What a connection from @reliancejio n from last 6 month i have tried complaining to locals n from past week I'm complaining to @JioCare but no1 is assuring abt by wen my issue will be resloved, best option I'm getting is to port from jio. Thank you @reliancejio for worst service.

    Pathetic service by @JioCare I've raised 5 service request till now, the service engineer never shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue upon that I get a msg that is problem is solved. Really disappointed

    @SummerS40217361 @reliancejio Hi sorry to say that I have the worst experience with @reliancejio. they fooled me. I have posted no reply .. their AI is worst , won't help rectify customer issues the impression that they can lie to any extent and fool customer and won't help resolve your issue

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare Hi team, unfortunately if you check with the number that i shared over DM. The service technician came today and automatically today's slot that was booked got opened for today. Plz also check the various tickets that are opened on the nos. and you will undrstnd the frustration.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Team, I had informed you about my issue on March 20th, but it still hasn’t been resolved. You mentioned it was being prioritized, yet even after a month, no action has been taken. It’s been a year since my booking. Please act quickly or provide an update.
