@JioCare I have this issue from 2019 and till now it is not resolve. after using 56 days of Airtel my Jio account is suspended that's why I recharged Jio for 28 days. 14 days of suffering left. Not able to stream video on YouTube ,hotstar and game Call Of Duty.

@JioCare I'm already @DisneyplusHSVIP VIP user nd recharge with 598 for watch matches,I called support team nd they called your mistake.If I'm already user then why recharge done? I have to use on two device at same time and I have only one number, if I can't then return money.
