@JioCare Hey Urvi. None of your customer service care about the customer. Same goes for your associates and executives. I have been behind the team to collect my Jio broadband box after the cancellation. JIO STORES ALSO DON'T CATER TO SUCH ISSUES!

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat Worst network in our area. Pincode 394540.Raised a complaint 18 months back & I was committed,it will start in max 6 mnths but nothing happened.1k families in our area & all r suffering frm such poor connection. No response at all frm Jio officials.
