@JioCare @TRAI Several complaints have been lodged with Jio fibre customer care regarding No Internet since 06.07.2021 but they are neither providing services, nor extending the plan duration for proportionate days without Internet nor refunding the money charged. Calls for action!!

@JioCare They told me in this location our port is full if any customer disconnect their connection then only it’s possible to install your fiber connection my concern is that if your team already know the things then why jio fibre accept my payment and why intentionally put me in trouble

@ViCustomerCare Still no reply from you...So i did from my side, switched off my mobile.. sim out from phone .. inserted again. Now its working but very slow. But you guys dont even take this seriously and called me..not happy with your service.After end of this recharge will port to @JioCare
