    @JioCare I already shared my Service ID and registered number but got no response. Issue still not resolved—getting only 0.15 Mbps, unable to watch even a single ball of Indian Premier League without buffering. Please fix ASAP.

    @JioCare this kind of vague response is not acceptable anymore. I need a clear date and exact time by when the service will be fully restored — no more generic assurances or “at the earliest” statements. My service has already been down for over 40 hours. (1/2)

    2/2 Called again today to raise a complaint and was given a number that turned out to be only for verification, not complaints. No issue logged, no accountability. @JioCare this experience has been really frustrating. Please look into this and provide an actual resolution.

    @JioCare God knows why and who kept the request on hold? They tell lies about we not available at home? We don't have internet connection since Sunday? Your next appointment is tomorrow? Does it take 1 week to fix a broken cable in Bangalore City? Pathetic & hopeless situation Jio?

    @JioCare Since the 22nd, have you really not had a single engineer slot available, or is this just harassment of a customer? Anyway, it’s fine—you want to earn money, go ahead. But if my issue is not resolved today, I will switch to Airtel starting today.

    @JioCare Internet issue last month ur team send executive but problem not resolved if u not resolvedy problem I have changed to airtel I have 3 airfiber connection and 6 jio sim

    @JioHotstar What’s the point of a paid subscription if we still have to sit through frequent and long ads? It completely ruins the viewing experience. And pushing users to upgrade to even higher plans just to remove ads feels unfair. Pl fix this. @reliancejio @JioCare
