    @RockstarSupport Rockstar club and relevant web addresses are in blocklist of Reliance Jio ISP. I spoke to @JioCare for the same. Jio representative mentioned to speak to Rockstar support team only. Please rectify the issue at the earliest.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, Is there any rules that if I have not recharged my jio sim from last few week. My number got disconnected from jio service and it is given to any new person. My recharge is expired and daily I get a call from someone they say they are from jio office.

    @JioCare I have been waiting for the past 21 days for refund of connection request which was not even installed. No way to connect to customer care, no update from JIO and what not. #dontCheatCustomers

    @JioCare @reliancejio When the light/current goes off.. Jio network quality also goes off.. No use of generators. Smart cost cutting by jio.

    @JioCare #jiofibre #Jiodown jio fiber connection is down since Sunday (19th June) night . SR00001BOD14 raised on 20 June 6 30 am expected resolution time 24 hours. . No action or response till now even after 3 days. Very bad service. God knows will anyone visit to fix.

    @JioCare So resolving issue means denying refund even after providing each and every detail? Just take the money and deny ever getting it? WOW. If you dont want to refund the amount just mention it clearly so i can take another legal steps to retrieve the money

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been left at least 10-15 service request via your app for a small purpose which to get my security cameras activated via your connection. I was using the same via your previous connection. But considering I upgraded it and add more connections

    @JioCare Almas bhai has come at my place but he told me that he is not the correct person who picked your device. He told me that your cancellation request number is yet to generate from customer care team. Cancellation request number should start CO00. Very pathetic service.
