    @JioCare Need help. My JioFiber includes Individual YouTube Premium. My 13-year-old son is in my Google Family, so Google only lets me upgrade to YouTube Premium Family. But Jio won't let me cancel or delink the bundled Premium. Please help.

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing. My installation was officially scheduled for 18 July, 6:00–7:00 PM, yet no engineer contacted me and no one visited. Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.

    After taking so many follow up and also tweet so many time you guys did nothing and I am facing the same problem, I can't believe that jio has providing these type of worst service, I want my full refund. @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Hi Neha, You are not understanding my issue this isn’t even a regular service issue—someone from your team has tampered with the box where my router is connected. That's why I am asking to solve it today only as it is done by your team deliberately or not I don't know.
