First it was @airtelindia who gives out poor network in kolkata now its @jiocare who refuses to port my Airtel number to jio . Spent 20 days waiting for porting of sim @reliancejio now tell me via sms that application is incomplete. It was jio executive who filled my application

@JioCare My #JioFiber was down for 20 days last month due to a broken connection on the pole on the road. Took 19 days of daily complaining and crying hoarse for someone to visit and repair. Have been asking for a refund for the days my Internet was down due to the callous response.

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, Can we have you full service at Banspal, Keonjhar,Odisha,758085. There is a mobile Jio service which ranges less than 1km. There is only BSNL which is very unstable. Requested local Jio authorities but didn't get any response.
