The issue is still not resolved and there is no proper update on the MyJio app. This is very poor service. Either resolve my issue immediately or disconnect my connection. I will not continue with such service.

Employee from Jio openly threatened “complain anywhere,connection will take min 5 days.”Also said if I cancel, he’ll ensure I never get Jio again.
