Your service request number is SR000013E9MA. You will receive an update by 17/12/2020 11:27. More thn 48 hrs, but no response, no solution They dnt care even you're working frm home or not able to giv exams or attend seminars due to net connectivity issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Very disappointed by your service. So sad that you all are not clear about your services, as Other providers are providing exact pincode or serviceable area on their websites but you all juss fooling as not showing exact city or areas just sending us the same automated message
