I was able to make calls on WiFi until 12th May, 2026. It stopped suddenly. Raised the issue, escalation done by customer executive. I was promised contact or resolution in 4 hours. Nothing has happened. Will @reliancejio @JioCare extend my WiFi plan for the days it did not work? When will get resolution?
