@JioCare It feels like you don't want any customer to use jio fiber. I tried calling customer care for 14 days but no response from them, I tried to call the JC-14, engineers,sales person they also didn't help me.What should be done? Do I have to wait life long for you service?

@JioCare -Reference SR00001BDP1C -everytime I call jio they reply back 24 hrs resolution time but now already 72 hrs is over and no resolution yet .I would really need to understand the definition of 24 hrs which jio is promising.
