After a supposedly firm and 100% confirmation that the service engineer will visit between 6-7 (which was after a firm commitment they will visit between 10-1), no one has turned up. I would like to collect the refund for 7 days of outage plus the advance amount for my last recharge on a prorata basis as I have paid 6 months of advance. Failing which i will be forced to approach this matter legally.
