This is such a ridiculous service. You should fix this kind of customer experience

Akash kumar (@Akash629Kumar) reported@JioCare Jio promoted a GadgetLane coupon after my recharge, and I purchased the earbuds relying on Jio's recommendation. The product delivered on 30.07.2026 is completely defective and does not work at all. GadgetLane has failed to provide any effective customer support.
