    @reliancejio @TRAI The service of 4G of reliance jio is pathetic and poor in my area. I have complaint about it many a times but still no resolution. Please @TRAI take some action because if I'm paying then I must get the service.

    @TRAI @JioCare This is repeat reminder tht internet speed of jio in Greater Kailash Batala is pathetic & poor. I've raised this issue many times to the concrnd authority but all in vain. No improvement in the service & false hope every time. @TRAI take action or else I port out.

    @JioCare This is absolute nonsense. Someone has called me and rudely just said your refund is not eligible because 250 mb was used. What does that mean? 95% of the time i had ZERO network. I could not access maps, communicaiton, internet, NOTHING. I was with my family and my young daughter and we were often stranded in a foreign country because there was ZERO connectivity. Kindly look into this on priority. I am only asking for the refund at the moment. If this escalates I will explore other measures as well.

    @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio AirFiber on 20 March through a WhatsApp offer promising “2 months plan at 50% off.” As per my billing cycle, validity should have continued till 11 June, but the plan expired on 11 May. Kindly review the recharge offer details and resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Facing internet speed issues for the last 48 hours. I already registered a complaint with support, but no one has visited yet to resolve the problem. At this point, I’ve decided to discontinue and switch to Airtel. Please arrange to remove your router and set-top box.
