@reliancejio @TRAI The service of 4G of reliance jio is pathetic and poor in my area. I have complaint about it many a times but still no resolution. Please @TRAI take some action because if I'm paying then I must get the service.

@JioCare You only have to talk about one thing patience and some allow time. It always happens Problems are still persisted, even the service resquest opens are should be raised by again again. Today the engineer has booked a slott to come, but no engineer has come on today's date.

Have earlier heard of installation issues by local jio team but didn't trust them cause hey man it's the best telecom company in the country. But now from personal experience maybe bsnl provides better customer services than @reliancejio. @JioCare

Hi @jiocare @Jio_Offl there are network speed issues from last couple of months. No customer support and complain number exists to get it fixed. WHAT TO DO? If the issues continue the way it is, many customers will port to some other network including me. Thanks.
