@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@Mehjay @GTPLHathwayLtd Same here. They didnt even bother to visit my home for complaints. Very unprofessional work they are doing right now. They neither provide good service nor provide refund. Definately need to go to consumer court. @reliancejio has a good market to jump in now for professional work

@JioCare I have lost my pations toward your network.. I am using airtel also to check the network which is fine in my area and last 2 month I have called 4 times at your coutomer care but they only told me it will be fixed in near future but the jio future is not bright for me..

@JioCare @RelianceJio_DTH Jio fiber is fraud, I paid money but ott app amazon prime is not working. U all are fraud Jio fiber. No one should use Jio fiber these people will take money then no service will be provided.
