    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @sekhar_sahoo @JioCare They didn't refund it and also not providing the better service once they received the money once from our end. They just imbibe the customers that the things they can do perfectly. #jiocare #jio

    @AjayDewasi5 @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @Baba_Satwik @reliancejio I also disconnect, but nobody comes to collect jio instrument i got 3 calls from their side that we are sending someone to collect. Very pathetic service. I am waiting for some more time after that send mail to Mr Mukesh Ambani. I got the mail from my resource.

    @JioCare If after this complaint my problem isn't resolved, then I will be deactivating and calling my Jio subscription for another provider. Because so far (over 2 years) your after sales service has been virtually non-existent.
