@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Spoke to customer service once again, they gave a number and confirmed the person will come today before 4pm. I kept calling him since 3:30pm and he wasn't even picking up. Now finally at 6pm when he did, he sounded surprised as he didn't even know. Says will come tomorrow.
