    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir This is Prasad Mohapatra .BALASORE . Odisha.I and our all villages susaeity face' a Big problems for Jio. because. Jio data speed is very poor of our village susaeity. So we face many problems for internet speed.plz sir deliberation this metter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @bahulapanguluri @reliancejio @reliancejio unfortunately i am also a userbon jio and jio is giving 200 kbps speed wherebi am getting speednof airtel approx 10 mbps. Airtel is having issue 4 days out of 30 where jio is having issue 30 out of 30 days in terms of internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you bloody looters. You take money in advance for 3 months and then give worst service. No network speed and voice breakage on calls. Rot in hell. Your fate will be same as vodafone idea. Have been complaining since 3 months but no response. Shameless mukesh

    But now it became the worst ISP. The tower stops working by itself and gets started whenever it wishes. I'm not the only one who is suffering from this. All the students of my village are ruining their career now. And I want to thank @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup for this

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am sorry to say that but now a days facing worse network in my area i cannot use 10 % of my daily data so i am happy to change the the network from jio to airtel.

    I've taken new connection of Jio fiber on 24th May. Installation still not done. Daily my installation is getting rescheduled. Not getting any help from Jio sales team. Unexpected this type of service from big brand Reliance @JioCare @reliancejio
