    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare I am inside Raebareli AIIMS UP campus and your network coverage and strength is so low that I can't even make a call. What kind of service is that.can't even cover premium institute like aiims. Please look into matter. @reliancejio @myogiadityanath

    @JioCare The signal strength at 1183, sector 65 faridabad is zero. We are unable to connect call., if connected, no voice, full of call drop. Can u plz resolve issue.

    I will port out my all sim to vi again I will advise to switch to vi its have better service from backend jio doesn't have any service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @republic Hi Jio, I have disconnect my jio fiber connection dec 29 2020. But I did not get refundable amount yet. I have complaint many times to customer care, but they talked like I have done some crime to ask my refund. Please help me.

    I am very happy with @jio_gigafiber services who takes seconds to respond and minutes to solve the issue. But not with @JioCare who takes days to respond and weeks to solve. It's very sad that the company who gave data connectivity to rural can't connect with their staff.

    @rawat_as @JioCare Seriously we should clap on this on when end jio says plz buy plz buy our fiber here a customer wants fiber and they don't wish to give. Sir go for airtel fiber or bsnl fiber. Trust me airtel is better my friend is using it.

    @JioCare Jio network in some areas chandrapur, Maharashtra running either poor or intermittently stopping for last five days. Yesterday night (25th) it was running good. Plz look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
