@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare Why is it taking so much time?... In small cities, your person is saying 8 months for providing line just for 1 km from line is already available, if you guys go like this then no body can save you from not getting good customer base.

@JioCare We had clearly mentioned to the jio exec, that we are out of network area & would recharge once back. & also, when I recharged for 1499, I wasn't being told that due to delay in payment, Amazon Prime will get deactivated.

@JioCare I have lost my sim and blocked it through your website. And i visited your jio store but they told me to visit between 12pm to 5pm. Otherwise it is not possible to replace it. Is it true? Behaviour is very rude of your representative.

@JioCare @MaheshPrajapa89 I'm from Dombivli. Alot of people from Dombivli are facing downtime in Dombivli. The sim card goes in emergency mode for no reason , internet is not working and can't call anyone nor being able to receive the call. Please help and solve the issue @JioCare

@JioCare Dear Jio, pls. look at the NorthEastern part of India too!! It's been 5 days now we've been cut out of the Internet! Neither can we browse YouTube nor the FB, WhatsApp or the Chrome! I've jst shared on your Twitter message handle the inconveniences we're going through.
