@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare I approached the nearest branch to activate my deactivated mobile number, but they were clearly saying that once the number is deactivated there is no chance to activate it. Please help me with this, I need that previous number to be activated for a personal reason.
