@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare From last two days my prepaid sim not working. Sim not get network coverage. Our area has better coverage for jio. Other cards from my family works better. Also my card works in other phone for 10 minutes and then disconnected.. why !! #jio @jio

@KalpanaTOI @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing the same problem, to take money from me, they send their people at 7 PM in the evening promising that the next day they’ll install, they didn’t show up. Next day Installation done, worked for about 10 hrs and then stopped. Complaint raised but nothing done for 1 day.
