    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @reliancejio You have the worst social media customer support for jio fibre. @_MukeshAmbani I wanted to be relocated, your app wasn't letting me. I took a new connect and wanted the old one refunded. Your social media and email team suck. They cancelled my new one nad kept the old one active.

    @JioCare Very pathetic services by jio they always disconnect call, give bogus reply in twitter as well without understanding problem. I am getting frequent disconnection in wifi and getting speed drop issue especially with 2.4ghz
