    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare pathetic service from jio. my refund order of 23rd march hasn't been processed yet. it has been many months now. even after multiple service requests and assurances that refund will be processed, nothing is done. please resolve this asap. (1)

    Those people whose jio net is not working, I request them to switch off jio sim, Their only job is to increase money, hey, if you are increasing money, then give good net also. @reliancejio Net is not working at all since last 2 days. This is the situation in Lucknow. #Shameful

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst internet service provider with Bad customer service representatives, no internet coverage into my area from last 6 hours ,raise complaints 3 times with time difference but no help getting yet, CSE disconnecting phone also no internet yet.Gud bye @Jio

    @JioCare I did contacted IR Support. They told me that I'm charged because I had an incoming call. I have no idea about that call. Jio app also showing that call history which I didn't received. My phone history also have no clue about that call
