    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @JioCare That's the issue actually. You guys are not getting it. There is no payment page then how can I click the screenshot? I have only received the notification that there will be a page available after 3rd Jan 2023 but it's not.

    @JioCare Fiber down for 2 days. Impossible to register a complaint with so many unnecessary and nonsensical questions and menu options. Finally we get to know NO ENGINEERS ARE AVAILABLE. why are you harassing customers

    @JioCare My sim card isnt working. There is absolutely no support from any of the online options, as I then need an OTP which, of course, doesn't work because the SIM isn't working. Where or how can I get support?

    @JioCare @reliancegroup hi Akash your customer care do not respond for an RWA business enquiry - seems they don’t read what potential clients wrote to them, but copy paste std replies , no response for weeks ! This is final contact on this , and we will finalise b/w airtel or air wire!
