    I request each and every jio user to port their number and change any jio fibre to any other provider ,.Service of jio is becoming worse day by day . I can't even to connect customer care for my issue @JioCare @reliancejio

    IPL started and also the poor network of @JioCare . If you can't handle massive traffic then don't brand yourself as best and fastest 4g network of india. such a pathetic network can't even watch match properly.

    I can definitely say that @JioCare customer care service quality has been degraded completely.I want to cancel my jio-fiber connection but none of the jio helpline numbers are actually* helping out neither any jio store staff. I want my problem to be resolved. @reliancejio

    Jio cheating with customers to give fake promise to customer for 4 g speed my area, I always called to customer care they said it's temporary issues and it's will resolve at earliest, but it's not shorted out by jio . No one worried about it .#jiodown #Jio #jiocare
