@JioCare @reliancejio Today a technician from Jio visited my ground-floor neighbour to fix their connection. The way to terrace goes from inside my house, so I allowed him to go upstairs and fix but just after he left I checked that he broke my internet connection instead. -Part1

@NetflixIndia @reliancejio I had a mobile plan activated through my jio postpaid plan. I upgraded the plan by mistake and want to cancel the same. Both customer care executives are denying to own this problem and asking to reach out to the other one.
