Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

@JioCare Hi Team, I have canceled my connection after jio agent asked to cancel due to wiring issue and there was no internet connection from day one of the installation. I have submitted router, setup box, and bank details as requested for refund. Till now no refund.

@reliancejio Why do you have to make it so difficult for your customers? I got Jio Fibre and today it is not working since morning. What's worse is no one from your side is responding? All they make is fake promise.

@JioCare JioFiber Service ID: 4479645583, since 2 days internet is not working. we are struggling a lot to book complaint. Worst Customer care service ever we have seen. Still no one came to restore the fault. Worst Service.

Both @reliancejio & @airtelindia claims to be the fastest 4g network in India. But the connectivity speed is worse than 2g in a major city like Coimbatore. 😡
