I have tried calling toll free number, chat bot and even WhatsApp chat but till now no response. An engineer was supposed to come today morning at 10 but till now no one turned up.

For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.
