    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @suddha70 @JioCare Beware of @JioCare . They are not going to resolve your issue. Better switch to other provider.

    @JioCare sorry sir I have heard from you people a loot of times that you will resolve the problem but you are not doing the things on ground iam in that area from last three years and seeing the reality but it does not concern to you

    Today recharged with 598 plan through airtel wallet and transction Id:511030123783051 and not reflected in app, contacted customer cares 121 and 400,no solution is provided,What a worst service from @airtelindia may be these are reasons why @reliancejio having more users in india

    @JioCare Why do I need to listen to a message that my plan is expiring for 15 secs before I can call someone. What if I had an emergency and needed to immediately call someone?

    @JioCare VoWifi (Wifi Calling) for my jio number automatically gets turned off on my samsung devices.Don't get mobile network signals at my home in delhi & have to rely of vowifi.But even that doesn't work smoothly.Pls enhance network coverage in my area & solve vowifi problem
