    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber order (NO0001EERJHE) was cancelled due to signal unavailability, but my refund is still pending. Multiple emails and follow-ups have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable. Please process my refund immediately, or I will escalate the matter to @TRAI

    @JioCare I purchased the 100 Mbps plan and activated it successfully. I also received the confirmation message. However, my internet speed is still around 30 Mbps. I have already restarted the router, but there has been no improvement. Please check and resolve the issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare The Jio representative in that area is providing very bad service. He ignores calls about updates. If you don't book Jio Fiber through the app and instead pay him directly, then he considers setting it up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service in HSR Bengaluru. repeated disruption no permanent solution. no urgent resolution or response. raised a request yesterday. the assigned person has not come. yet. need a resolution asap or I will have to rethink the subscription

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio , Your AirFiber service is extremely disappointing. Frequent disconnections, poor speeds, and unreliable internet have made it unusable. Customer support provides no real solution. Please fix your network and improve your service quality. #JioAirFiber

    Shame on @reliancejio You don't have a minimum of responsibility to restore & attend my wifi connection issue. Just routine mail reply only. Disgusting service. How long can you continue with this? Someone will displace you sooner than letter.
