    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare when we call customer service than we get option to choose language " Marathi, HINDI and English" I select English but the person who answer call will speak in Marathi and if i continue in English they insist to speak in HINDI if not call is disconnected

    @JioCare @reliancejio the most pathetic customer service, raised a relocation request 6 days ago, and kept delaying it every single day. I have lost all my patience now, I need some sort of resolution or a refund of my money. The complaining mechanism is also not very clear

    @JioCare worst experience. closure request on aug 1st. device collected on aug 5th. refund has to be processed in 14 days. till now no resolution after repeated requests. it has been a month now. using customer's refundable deposit amount for months. #fraud #jio #goodfornothing

    @JioCare Trying SIM → eSIM. Got IVR call in a language I don't speak. Communication/app language already English. Customer care said IVR language depends on the state where SIM was bought and it "can't be changed". Is your IVR infra that stupidly done? SRN: SR000016IG5X
