    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @JioCare service request number SR0000198NZO i hv come across worst company with pathetic customer support who are just fooling us from 3 days still no engineers has arrived. Don't knw from which part of country these engineers are coming.

    @jiofiber @JioCare Jiofiber connection barred inspite of having an active plan of 999 and paying advance rental! Till yesterday it said plan is active till 01 Apr, today morning app shows no plan active 04035996796 Please resolve or arrange to refund, I will find a better service

    @JioCare @JeevanSukhi I travelled to USA on March 4th and in USA through online recharge I made payment of Rs. 1102 towards my IR plan and Rs. 119 towards my monthly prepaid recharge plan. But seems like my Rs.119 plan was never activated and Rs.1102 was also not activated.

    @JioCare Hello Jio Team and Anuj, Again I am shocked by the response on jio Team. Without any hold request from my end, Shifting request CO0000KFF7TF has been put on hold without any timelines. Customer care Team is not helping me.

    @reliancejio @Hercircle_Off Mrs nita ambani also take care of the customer resolution also and train customer service people not to fool customers when they can't provide resolution .

    @JioCare Not at all able to reach the customer care and it's executive! Only computer voices,I have one serious issue and I'm not recharging until it's done or Please I'm surrendering the sim card

    @JioCare My jiofiber number is +911943558130. My jiofiber has not been working for more than a week now. I’ve had to make multiple phone calls to your shoddy customer care and been asked to wait with no one turning up to fix it. Disgraceful services, disgraceful monopoly.
