    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @JioCare Your team has postponed today’s scheduled visit to tomorrow. This is very poor service from your Jio team. Please resolve the issue today, not tomorrow. My recharge has already been wasted for the last 10 days because of your bad service.

    @JioCare They are also advising me to port my number to Airtel. If this issue is not resolved soon, I may also be forced to port my connection to another network provider.

    @JioCare The problem is assistance is not given. Only you guys are asking me to DM and not resolving my concern. Shall I leave my work and sit at home and wait for the technician till an unrealistic time? See the records, no one came for last 3 allotted time slots.

    Hello @JioCare, It’s been many days and my Jio WiFi connection is still not installed. Order No: NO0001D97NZC. Every time I get only excuses and no actual resolution. This delay is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly install the connection immediately or provide a clear update.

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber internet speed is extremely slow and sometimes not working at all despite the green blinking signal. Facing continuous connectivity issues. Please resolve this issue ASAP. #JioAirFiber #SlowInternet Or I will throw it in the trash totally frustrated

    Dear @JioCare & @TRAI , my service issue continued for 4–5 days. After repeated follow-ups, Jio now says there was “no delay” & denied compensation. I faced work loss, missed 1.5 days office & mental stress due to poor service/support.
