    @reliancejio @JioCare order no- NO0000HB96YL. Now I got the MSG the connection is put on hold as per my request, but I never ever request any body to put it on hold. This is absolutely false and Bizzare. Why they did not confirm before the payment.Request to make the connection

    @JioCare Jio wire is cut from the road by electricity board and now the technician is asking me to cancel the jio connection since the wire might be cut again...! Is this the resolution you provide to the customer
