    Dear Jio, @JioCare request you that a very big problem of Jio network is going on in Sitapura town of Jaipur district. The network problem has not been solved even after compiling once before. Please request you to solve your network problem or else we will get our sim port !

    @JioCare 9419000397 is my mobile number. They told me 24 hours when they register my acount. U can yourself check how they cheated people. They only need customers money at the time of registration. After that no one will follow up the case. Your service in Kashmir is shamless.

    @JioCare worst internet speed and worst services the only solution to the complaints is:- We understand your concern. The coverage in your area is good. You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time. We are working hard to improve.

    @JioCare I am facing both Internet and Calls issue and i complaint about this to Customer care many times,but no solution from Jio care. One thing i got from them Excuse and only Excuses. Then didn't try to solve my problem.

    No resolution from your side even after multiple escalations. I am switching to @reliancejio Postpaid connection for all 5 sims that my family own (under 999 plan).. Give a resolution within a day or else I will port out. @Airtel_Presence
