Vinod kr tiwari (@vktiwari30) reported@reliancejio Attention Sr citizans Jio will not provide replacement of lost SIM if the fingers prints are not recognised in biometric machine. I tried hard for my lost sim at lunka & Rathayatra Varanasi and service center Manduadih varanasi but all refused to replace sim.
