@JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

@JioCare @JioCare Order No: NO001DEAT7O Ordered a port SIM on 11th May. After waiting 12 days, the delivery agent said the request expired and I must restart the process. Money isn’t the issue — Jio wasted my valuable time with such poor service.

@JioCare Very bad Jio... again after one reply no action taken on this matter. Even today voucher of 807 rupees has been removed from from account without any refund. I'm suffering from last more than one month. Pl refund money.

@JioCare I raised a service request for internet connectivity issue – SR No: SR000036HSTX. Still, no engineer has visited. This morning, one engineer came nearby, but he said my request number was not in his list, so he could not help. He shared the area manager’s number,

Very disappointed with @JioCare service. JioFiber registration was done on 12-05-2026, and today is 23-05-2026, but installation is still pending. Engineers are not answering calls and no proper update is being provided. Please take immediate action and complete the installation

@JioCare I had raised a service request no SR000036E1TN raised on 21-5-2026 but till now internet is not working. Called Customer care but they are only telling that issue will be resolved. If we delay recharge by 2 or 3 days will jio accept & give us wifi for these days.
