    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare It's been 4 days since internet services went down. I have already paid for the prepaid service. Since, I am working from home this issue is causing discomfort. Your service agent told me that it will get resolved by 9am Tue. But still services are down. Cont.

    @Mubeen9421 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    Jiofiber customer care is not answering properly and not responsing properly.After talking to a customer executive to discontinue my services, no response taken and then when i talked to another one he said no request has been put up.Why are you doing these?@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare very pathetic service from your customer care. After waiting 15 mins in call they told me to diconnect and call again for the other department. I have followed proper step for the call still the call goes to wrong department. 😡

    @JioCare day by day jio network getting worst . In Ramanjaneya Nagar, Bangalore - 61. The Jio network is worst. It’s high time to port Airtel or other service providers. The resolution of fixing issues take more than months. Could u pls look in to the issue and fix with Priority

    No action has been taken and another executive said no request has been put up ? We are relocating so we have put discontinue services request but there was no response as the first customer executive hasn't put anything ? Why So ? @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @PublicV74936134 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @tweetsterrrrr The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @JioCare This issue hasn’t been resolved for past 4 days. Every month twice there’s some glitch with the device so almost 8-10 days of no usage. Why should I pay for entire month then? Your service request number is SR00001BMSI5. You will receive an update by 18/06/2022 18:35.

    @JioCare Even after 5 days,installation not completed of Jiofibre, coordination b/w yr teams are below poor, everyone throwing ball in another field, enginner to sales to customer care to engineer.Irony is that in yr system my installation has been completed without router nd STB
