    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @reliancejio @TRAI JIO signals in mobile are very poor from saket metro station to Patel chowk metro station for quite a long time... Airtel and vodafone signals are very much ok..Reliance Jio must improve the signals. Why don't you keep checking the same?

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for last 5 days, complaint no.- SR00001CM6I3, no response from jio people, pathetic customer care even their appellate authority is not responding, i think it’s time to switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare I understand your team is working but how would you compensate Customer for these off-internet days since 2ndAug? Its a complete outage (not just few hrs). My prepaid plan is set to expire on 25thAug. Would u increase the plan expiry date with the number of days of internet loss?
