    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare Yes the service fellow did come and again asked to change from air fiber to jio fiber and pay 2900, we already paid last year to convert jio fiber to air fiber as per his recommendation. Now again the same.

    @reliancejio Your service is so pathetic and please update that stupid telephone IVR of yours that keeps cutting me off. I wanted to shift to new location and your engineer denied it. I want to cancel my connection now but the app asks me to call and now what that IVR cuts off.

    My Service Request number SR00003AHZBP is getting rescheduled since 7th July. Now it is again rescheduled for 12th July. Get my AirFiber connection back live by today end of day any how. Or refund all the downtime period experienced @JioCare

    @JioCare There was weather issue yesterday till 12 noon after that there was no rain nothing in delhi you may check weather of yesterday your pathetic service making me suffer ! Who would compensate for my loss of 2 days work? Today also there is no update from jio its been more than 24h

    @JioCare just spoke to your customer care executive i had raised a complain on 6th July 2026 and after fake commitments everyday including today, i got a message now that it’s scheduled for 11th July now. This is horrible
