    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @reliancejio I think senior management is taking free salary from jio. As I have given complaint before 30 days but till date not received my refund of Rs749. Is anybody responsible person in jio or not.Only hopeless services are given to customers.Reply &resolution awaited...

    Team @JioCare @reliancejio I have been trying to book @fiber_jio, it shows the same is not available in my building but available in my opposite building. How is that possible? Your service was officially launched in Sep 2019 still I cannot subscribe for it ?

    @ViCustomerCare contact to store and the people at store are keep telling me the they have forwarded the issue to upper staff. I am facing very problem because this is my main no. So else start my previous @JioCare sim or give me new sim in which I get network in today itself. @TRAI .

    @JioCare @IAmRiyaOberoi I want to poet out but problem is circle. I went to Jio showroom but they said if you port out, the circle applied will be UP, not your home network of Karnataka. I am currently travelling. Is there a way to poet out to Karnataka circle while raising request in UP?

    @JioCare my phone outgoing is not working since last 14hours and even I can't call the customer service. Do I change the service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare though Vodafone net is fast when using YouTube or downloading But it is indeed the worst network when gaming . the ping and stability are so bad. in this thing @Airtel_Presence @JioCare are so much better.. even Vpn doesn't work properly with Vi

    @JioCare Very pathetic customer support you have!!!! I have booked my jio fiber connection on 08.04.21 and your team committed me for next day installation but next day they give only assurance and not connection. still I have not get connection. NO0000H2QXXH this is my order no.

    @JioCare Why are you sending me 15 messages at a time to remind about due recharge?? I tried reaching complaint helpline but got no answer. What can be done to stop those messages??

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service ever, last year I took jio fiber connection but it stop working in every few days and your engineers are coming and saying connection is very long and asking me to take new connection, again demanding installation fee
