    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @reliancejio 2 weeks and my settop box is not being installed inspite that i paid extra money for it. Your customer care don't respond and appleate authority mail and call is not working. Who will reimburse my 15 days of money i paid for services that i didn't got 1353575675

    @ManishGautam26 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Devastating customer care to say the least. Even after constant follow ups and mentioning issue is not resolved. My service requests are marked resolved very conveniently 👏
