    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare Your service in Bhandara, Maharashtra is very pathetic. My internet is down since last 2 days. Your service engineers ask money for replacement of adapter of jio Airfiber, when I ask the bill they refuse. Also, Bhandara office employees don’t pick phone.

    @FanCode @JioCare I have recharged with ₹200 Jio OTT Pass, but whenever I try to watch live cricket inside JioTV app, it continue show "Unable to play, try sometime" error. All troubleshootingdone, but no fix. Please resolve this technical glitch ASAP!#JioTV #FanCode #Cricket

    I have complained many times but you did not provide any solution, that is why after this plan I will port it to Airtel, but you bastard charge the full amount when I recharge my SIM. @jiocare @airtelindia

    I had one of the worst customer support experiences with JioFiber. My JioFiber stopped working while I’m 2,000 km away from home. I called customer care 3 times, and every single time I was told: “Call us only when you’re standing in front of the router.” I repeatedly explained that my parents were already at home, had completed all the troubleshooting steps, and I just wanted a technician visit because I wasn’t there. But nobody listened. Finally, I contacted the local engineer who had originally installed the connection. He visited, checked the router, found it was faulty, and replaced it. The issue was resolved immediately. If the solution was simply replacing a faulty router, why did customer care refuse to send a technician after multiple requests? Extremely disappointing support from @JioCare @reliancejio . Customers shouldn’t have to bypass customer care to get a genuine issue resolved.
