    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Reliance Jio SIM got deactivated 2 days ago, no network at all. Went to store & they said ₹399 recharge is mandatory to reactivate 🤔 Is this actually true or can a smaller plan work? Anyone faced this?

    Thanks for the awful support @JioCare .. been a customer for a long time paying bills on prompt time.. but the service and support was never helpful and never got a solution at the earliest.. and it's been 3 days since the outage! Thanks.. adieu

    Hello @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I booked Jio AirFiber in Jan 2025 for my hometown (Ramban, J&K) with full payment. No proper install/support, device linked to unknown user, unable to raise request. Refund not received. Agent canceled request & blocked me. Please help ASAP.

    @JioCare Why the delay? My JioFiber STB installation (SRN: TC00000CQRZ8) has been pending since April 15th. Every "scheduled" appointment is a no-show. Looking for a resolution TODAY before I head out of station. #JioFiber #BadService

    @JioCare The MyJio app is not showing any scheduled date or time for engineer visit, and no technician has arrived yet. This is very disappointing. Please confirm if my issue will be resolved today, otherwise disconnect my connection immediately.

    @JioCare I think this reply is given as per your policy. I reported the net work speed is slow and competing with the snail for all apps. Isn't it undestandable? Can you tell me which apps will work fine on JIO?
