    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - I am a consumer of Jio Fiber from Channasandra Bangalore , since last one week I expereincing connectivity issue ,I had raised service request "SR00001ERMCX" on the same day however inspite of repeated follow up no one showed up to repair the connection

    @JioCare @JioCare Airtel could check compatibility in minutes. You are not answering my question. Are you actually providing 5G to any customer in Mumbai? If so how many? 1 , 2 or 8? Any case it's a free service so I don't expect much from you #airtelindia

    @JioCare complaint given on 17th oct with resolution promised by 19th Oct. No reply to mails,whatsapp chat, messenger and many calls to customer care just claiming that they billed wrong but they can do nothing and ultimately cutting the call abruptly. Request no SR00001EOOND

    @JioCare have send you a DM with frequent long time facing issues with your @reliancejio Fiber Broadband Connection. I am expecting a response and a resolution sooner than later. If not then switching over to another SP is the next step I am going to take.

    @reliancejio Order no. NO0000NDIPBT, repetitive rescheduling for connection. No support from @JioCare. Why you ask for prepayment if don't have any ports available for new connection. #fraud @jagograhakjago take appropriate actions as after payment no service is provided.

    @Pure_Chutzpah @biharigurl @reliancejio We should not have killed off the CDMA providers. Signal quality is much much better...i user CDMA at least until 2012-13. Then i wasn't able to find enough decent CDMA phones. So had to switch to GSM.

    @reliancejio worst service in ahmednagar city, want to change esim to physical sim but was answered that cant change as physical sims are not available worst service, going to change all jio sims into Airtel as atleast they don’t say no in polite manner @reliancegroup @JioCare

    @JioCare now after our discussion I am not getting any messages and I am unable to send messages as well. I restarted multiple times but still I’m facing the issue
