    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you are the worst internet speed providers, also call drops are quite common. All you do is ask for a DM & then you sleep. Me & several others in my locality are soon gonna leave your service. #JioSpeedIsWorst

    @JioCare I have a plan of 150 mbps , speed is coming of 1 mbps (your own app says it). Filed a complaint SR000013WX1H on January 31 , service engineer didn't visited to fix it and marked it closed , again raised it on 7th feb and till now he hasn't visited to fix it & closed it.

    @reliancejio Reliance Jio is repeatedly cheating all customers by providing 2G speed at the price of 4G and giving vague excuses in their support..Time to shift to Vi @ViCustomerCare

    I just conned to JioCare support and it was informed to me that the SR has been closed.. I haven't received any call/notification for the same.. Really unsatisfactory service.@JioCare @reliancejio
