    @JioCare @reliancejio how shamefull. correspondents of JIO still not contacting me on my issue which is I am twitted on their handle one hour before. Congrats good customer services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , pathetic network In entire KIADB area, specially in Prestige Finsbury park. Struggling to get a single network signal stick in IT hub of India. I don’t know if your executives listens to customer or not.

    @JioCare Your “service request in process” has been going on for 2 months. This is not acceptable. How can you say “if eligible for refund” when my order was cancelled, no installation was done, and your own SMS confirmed refund? Stop contradictory replies and refund ₹3332.46 immediately

    I don’t know what’s wrong with your network or your support team anymore. The internet hardly works, and there has been no proper resolution till now. Also, remove the “care” word from your JioCare name, because you clearly don’t know how to care about your customers. (2/2)

    @JioCare I waited more than a week, faced multiple missed schedules, and received no proper resolution. I have now booked with another provider. Please cancel my Jio AirFiber order and process my refund without further delay. Kindly confirm the refund process and timeline. @JioCare
