    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare My Internet is not working past 3 days and I've tried to schedule the Engineer visit but they've visited yet. The issue has been raised and re-scheduled 3 times but there's no Engineer visit till now. Please escalate this problem as soon as problem @RelianceJioCare

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar JIO Fiber is rubbish I have already had disconnected one of my connections and now the second one has not been working since 3 days and absolutely 0 customer service and the JIO engineers have no clue what’s going on. I do not advise to use JIO Services

    @JioCare I didn't receive any call from your customer care but i received call from scamster posing as Jio Customer care and they were trying to trouble shoot my problem by making me download Quick Support by TeamViewer and taking control of my phone. how did they know my registered no ?

    @JioCare last six months I have raising a complaint everytime I raise a complaint they used to make a fake phone call like calling me keep me on hold for 15 seconds and disconnecting the call and updating that issue as been cleared
