    @JioCare @reliancejio iam enable to use jio network since from 11oclock morning in Basava kalyan in karnataka . Nither iam able to make & receive call nor use the internet data. Please look in to this matter in earliest.

    @JioCare Greetings! I have requested for Jio Fiber from past 1 year. But still their response is will serve you in 2 weeks. And the response continue the same. Very Poor Response from JIO Fiber Team Salem, Tamilnadu #I_Did_not_expect_this_from_Jio

    Today I started a PORT request from Vodafone to JIO, 10min back a VI agent pretending as JIO agent called me & requested to send ‘CANCEL’ <my number> to 1900 to complete the PORT. Its utterly disgusting, because this will cancel my PORT process. @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @thegullyboy @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Same here! Airtel is way more better than Jio. Jio sucks. I’m without the internet connection since past 2 days. And I might loose my job too if WiFi doesn’t get fixed. Let’s shut down Jio fiber together.

    @JioCare It will not resolved. I just got to know from customer care at 1800 896 9999 that it will take another few days. Also the executive intentionally disconnected the line without informing such an unprofessional behaviour. Not recommended

    Q: How do you test patience of a customer? A: Have a new guy ask same questions every week as if nothing happened before. Ask info that is not relevant. Experiential learning: deal with @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I paid 1500rs for installation JioFiber on Monday early morning at 9.30. The service is so delayed to Wednesday 4 clock . Agents have come to collect money so soon but installation no one came. Can someone call me immediately.. frausrated
