  At this point, I think @JioCare has more “higher teams” than technicians. 10 days after paying ₹1200 for relocation and still no installation, no contact, no resolution — only escalations.

  @JioCare I shared my complete address, Jio number, alternate contact no. as requested. Yet even after providing all details, my issue remains unresolved and 5G speed are still extremely poor. Collecting details repeatedly without fixing the issue is disappointing #NetworkFail #PoorService
