    @JioCare Sorry today try to reach customer care support even filed engineer it's wast of time alredy plan to taken the new connection even not maintained man power how tell me in our colony all fiber company they will fix issue #jio only worst near 30 connections will disconnect.

    @JioCare @JioCare Same copy-paste response again, with no Service Request number and no realistic timeline. The restoration time keeps getting extended. Please provide a ticket number and proper update instead of automated replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 DAYS and BOTH my JioSIM internet AND JioAirFiber are completely dead. 3 days of zero connectivity. 3 days of calling customer care with ZERO response. This is pathetic after sales service! Will you refund for every day my services have been down?

    @JioCare If the issue can be resolved through an engineer visit today, I am willing to continue with the service. However, if this is not possible, please consider this as my intent to proceed with a disconnection request. Thank you.

    @JioCare @JioCare the service request is back to "Assigning an engineer" status. This is repeatedly happening, assigning an engineer on raising complaint and then unassigning on the next day. How is this acceptable? Please assign an engineer to visit today.

    @Hardism You simply ask the AI voice to connect support, I have done it and it works. Sure @JioCare lacks in many things but this is simply untrue that you cannot connect to human support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Till now, no one has arrived. It really feels like common people are being harassed by this kind of service. There is no one to look into the issue and no one to listen. The system is worse than “Andher Nagari, Chaupat Raja.”
