    @reliancejio At the name of cost cutting you guys have even discontinued Missed Call Alerts ( Seriously ). I called the customer care twice , they talked to me very rudely. Also they didn't resolve the issue. You are increasing plan rates while making your service worse.

    @JioCare your customer support is as annoying as your network Your executive had music in the background which made his voice inaudible All I wanted to know was how to transfer Jio esim from one phone to another But your executive was more interested in making me hear some music
