    @reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

    @JioCare You guys have been working hard since four months just to give customer a refund and yet not able to do so? Lol seriously? If you did understand the urgency both of us dint have to keep tweeting back to back on twitter. Just stop testing my patience now.

    @reliancejio Sir JIO fibre not working since 21.05.21 from 19.47 onwords. Whether the monthly plans expiry will get extended as the sms says connectivity will be restored by 22.05.21.

    @JioCare If you are not able to resolve or lets say refund customer there own security deposit money since 4 months what pathetic customer service you have. If you are not able to solve this small problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniTina ur customer care support for jio fiber customer is fake ."Without visiting" the engineer is solving the issues.on record. My complaint no.SR000014XRYK is pending since 10 days.
