    @reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

    @JioCare internet service at it's worst. 198 number seems to be not working. No customer care centers near by. A week went by without internet and I lost my cool now. Dm me for contact details. Expecting quick service. Thanks.

    @JioCare Already three month passed i have ordered for jio fiber n haven't got the connection n from ur end there no proper response n no proper update 😡 Your team is not handling my issue properly n ur services has became worthless .

    @JioCare @sushil__y I have been complaining coverage issue from past 3yr none of them were not interested to solve. The only answer I am getting is "will resolve within 120 days" I don't know how they calculate the days Tower is located just 2Km apart but no coverage..

    @JioCare Kindly read my statement again, since last 3 days I have been given appointed for installation each day but no one comes and then new date is given. What is the use of you guys giving appointment for installation when your guys never turn up.
