@reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

@JioCare Since 4 month there is lot of issue with the Jio in my area network bar is mostly 1 ,2 and no service. 3 family member are using JIO all of them have the same issue. Already spoke to Jio service was got assured will be sorted out in 3 hrs. I was smiling at myself to hear 3 hrs.

@JioCare My area is also 300 metre from CM office hope you got that the area is not bad. It was all good I think after the cyclone in kolkata the problem started. Wasting my money just with one signal and hardly able to use internet at my home. I was thinking to port but its a 4 yr sim.

@JioCare Wow! That was very quick @JioCare I sure can understand why everyone is choosing you. I will give 12 hrs to get a response from @Airtel_Presence and see if they want to retain me as their customer of past 14 yrs, if not it will be Jio time :D

@SidharthaGupt11 @JioCare They will never turn up. Suggestion for you, look for alternatives cuz jio is waste of time & money. I have been hovering to get my money back from these morons for the past 3 months with no success. They don't reply, no service. Ambani k tatte khujane k lye jio wale h sare
