@reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

@JioCare So the problem is not with us customers and it’s with your network or something at back end. I have heard similar complaints from many Jio users in last two months. I would suggest you better ask your field technical team to pull up their socks and check.
