@reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

@JioCare Dear Jio, I have Prepaid Jio Fibre connection, recharged just a week back. Facing serious issue of Internet speed.I paid for 300mbps and getting below 2 MBps..I can't use internet, as Emergency health provider( doctor) in Pandemic, hampering my kids education

@JioCare @reliancejio Gaining Very pathetic experience from you guys. Since 2 months I am complaining about my jio fibre router for 4G issues. Having multiple complaint number -SR000018ASNB, SR000018DWQR, SR000018E7EJ. And customer care keep rescheduled the tickets in loop.
