    @reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

    @JioCare @TRAI - FYI. What is the grievance procedure for this? Never experienced such a worst customer service. It's been 5 days after payment and no single call from Jio. All my pain stops at some customer service exec. There is no proper escalation matrix for this. Please take action

    @reliancejio Your executive completed the KYC, and I have already made the payment. However, no one is responding despite multiple calls. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel my application and refund my money at the earliest. @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI I'm going to file a case in consumer court I've all the evidence and I'm going to win this case and also I'm going to ensure that no one in my entire area panchayat does buy any jio airfiber because everyone is facing same type of problem

    @JioCare It's more around a week. The issue is still unresolved. Generic replies are not a solution. Provide a definite TAT or escalate the complaint immediately.

    @JioCare it's been over 24 hours. I've been reporting this issue for days. The ticket shows "Resolved," but network is even worse now— WhatsApp msgs won't even send. I've been using Jio for 2–3 years and nvr faced this. If it's a temporary issue, why isn't it being fixed faster?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am at bangalore SBC station and your 5g data is very slow. The websites are taking too much time to open. I recharged with 5g and am I having 5g phone. Still data speed is poor.

    absolutely horrible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . My wifi is not working from past 3 days and there is no support or help i have gotten. No one from support team is responding.

    This kind of shameless attitude from @JioCare and its team always disappoint customers. I booked a fiber connection on 5th June, and its 16th today, it is neither installed nor my money is refunded. Its a new kind of fraud to keep the customer's money without services.
