@reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

@JioCare Launched a complaint yesterday for the jio wifi connection. For hours the internet is not there. The technician was supposed to come 24 hours back. Now the Jio Support executive tells me, it will take 72 hours more! Is this what i should expect from Jio?

@reliancejio @jio I'm waiting now for 3 days for STB to be installed. Had booked via app and paid deposit. No one has contacted or bothered about it. Just called customer care and they raised tkt today as new request, strange. No escalation matrix too??

@JioCare Dear Sameer, I have gone through the motions a number of times, for no avail. I don’t want to waste any more time on this. Just know that the area is New Ellora Park (around Race Course Circle), Vadodara (Gujarat). It’s not my number alone. My wife also faces the same problem.
