I work around 250,000-volt equipment, and such unwanted calls are distracting and unsafe. Please stop these calls and take this issue seriously.

After waiting the entire day and making multiple calls, I was informed it wouldn't be installed today. I am an existing customer and want to continue with my current plan.

I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing.
