    @reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

    @reliancejio very disappointed with the treatment of a loyal customer by the team today. The delay and neglection is preposterous. Moreover the internal miscommunication of the team and internal quarrels only reflects the integrity and culture the team is unfortunately following.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Pathetic service. Internet down since morning. Complaint 1, no response Complaint 2, executive called after 3-4 hours & still unsure if he should visit or not. Taking hours to confirm whether there is an issue with their system or not. Ps: I am WFH
