@JioCare A new issue, Anil from jio came for the replacement of my jiofiber box which eventually he didn't change and told me that there's no issue with the box, you need to upgrade your plan to a higher speed. Everyone is suggesting to pay more this shows how greedy @JioCare are. Fed up

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I had some issues with OTT subscription. Raised a SR with customer care number. The status of the SR is showing as resolved. But it's not resolved at my end. No one from Jio haven't called me to confirm if the issue resolved. Very poor service quality
