    @reliancejio @TRAI What is wrong with JIO.. Is it like a mandate that JIO Sim HAS TO be used for all three Voice, Text Sms & Data.. If i have a dual SIM Phone and I need to use Jio for only voice calling and Text and the other sim for Internet, Then my jio network goes blank..

    Hello, @reliancejio @JioCare I am a Jio subscriber facing extreme internet connectivity issues in my location over the last 10-15 days. The speed is so slow that it takes ages for a website to open, videos do not run, apps do not open.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio few days ago I had applied on your website for a new sim that was to be home delivered, as I wanted to port my number from Airtel to Jio. But your local team is calling & asking me to go to Service center for new sim connection / cancel request. Why so ?
