@JioCare @GVidya_Sagar Poorest service. From 2 mnth i m getting only msg to console. Worst i ve ever expereinced. Aircel, rim were much bettet at their times. U ate them, nd now 0 srvc to customer. Verry poor. Bus paisa time pe chahiye nahe to cnnction bund. Shame on #Jio

@JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

@JioCare @reliancejio trying to get the jio postpaid SIM. I have requested several times for home delivery. Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

What's happening @reliancejio . Your services are getting onto my nerves now. Even aftr an add-on booster, the data services seem to fluctuate now and then. Look into it and solve the issue asap. One more thing, my handset is totally functional. Don't send me that guideline again

@reliancejio is forcing customers to opt for a monthly plan just for sending one simple verification SMS. Even after having sufficient balance and an active you cannot send an SMS This is how @reliancejio is making a profit by forcing the customer to bend on their service.

@JioCare I have taken a new JIO Fiber connection yesterday. I am having trouble connecting my laptop to the JIO Fiber Router. But the same laptop is getting connected to my previous Broadband Router and also via Mobile Hotspot. But your customer is unable to resolve the issue.

Worst Service from Jio Mart.. Always get expired products.. Customer care is the worst in the world. Patanjali is much better then relaince... @reliancejio @ConsumerReports I request constomer form to check jio mark warehouse and you will find 1000s of expired products..
