Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!
