Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

Keeps saying the same thing like he memorized it. Insists that address is not clear and he doesn’t know where to come to. What’s the problem with delivering without troubling the customer?
