    @JioCare @Siddhar47954383 Always the same, we are working, your issue have been forwarded to regarding team, but no resolution.. One month since i am complaning, but my amazon prime still not nworking on my postpaid. Bill is ready. Will u deduct the srvc charge of prime. Verry poor

    @JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @reliancejio sir i am a student and i need the speed internet connection for my online class but due to several days internet is working very slow. No one care about it. I am losing my studies.Please work on it as soon as possible. Care for other too #Ambani .

    I want to draw ur attention about Jio network in Jamalpur(Dist-Munger,state-Bihar) is really Bad. Everytime the speed is about not more than 50 to 60kbps.why u don't care of it.@reliancejio @JioCare.Sir,Please look into it.

    @JioCare As i last tweeted that according to the postpaid plan, my amazon prime membership is not working, you replied with amzon customer care no.and they replied that operator have not activayed the plan. What should i do? Y m i suffering?

    What are the status of my complaint? @JioCare Yesterday I received a call from 7070090138 (Om Kumar) he told me to take back the complaint. Then he will deliver the invoice/bill to my residance. I have still not received the invoice/bill of my Jiophone of Rs 1625/@reliancejio

    @JioCare What screen shot should i share? I even deleted my account on amazon prime, issue is,i was informed while taking postpaid connection that amazon prime is included in it, but its been more than 4mnths its still not activated on my no. 7004526134.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am a resident of Malleshpalya Bangalore. Why is power cut leading to loss of network??? Dont you have power backup? Seriously??? 1 hour+ cut leads to loss of mobile network.

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.

    Stuck in an endless customer service loop between @JioCare and @AmazonHelp. A system glitch allowed my 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite consumer offer to link to an Amazon BUSINESS account. Frontline support refuses to escalate to tech to revoke the API link. Someone please fix this!

    Hey @tataplayfiber, what a terrible service you guys have, wifi is down from the last 2 days and after repeated complaints no concrete resolution from your end so far. I think it's better to switch to @JioCare or @airtelindia they would be happy to onboard us.
