    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your team ask that in jio app you can choose my device and after that can be change Password or re create your password...but no solution after 24 hours...very very poor service from Jio...it's not a brand value

    IPL finale Sunday. Gill vs Virat. But all set to miss this thriller thanks to @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare . No Wi-Fi service since last three days. Exactly why I miss good cable tv days.. since last three days are messages with extended timelines to resume the service.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for confirming that the delay is due to an incorrect installation address. Since the error is not attributable to the customer, kindly provide a time-bound resolution instead of generic updates. Please confirm the exact installation date.
