    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Technician visits are either temporary fixes or missed entirely, complaint booking itself is broken, and every support channel just redirects to another automated system. Is there any actual human support available at Jio or not?

    @JioCare I and my friends are in Croatia right now. Each of us have the international roaming activated, and it was working fine till last night. But since last night we all are not getting any network connection. Putting the screenshot below. Tried everything, chat with your chatbot too. Nothing is working. Please resolve this issue ASAP.     @JioCare i raised complain for slow interent . Then these ppl will ask you to dm the query and later they will stop responding. And consumer will get tired but these ppl har no listening ears. This is the crook co and cheats its clients such as spoiler for mr ambani’s image

    @JioCare The issue is not limited to any specific website or app. The overall Jio 5G internet speed is very slow across all websites and applications. Please investigate the network issue.
