    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I’ve already received multiple “complaint registered” and “technician scheduled messages over the last 3 months, but the issue still continues daily. I hope this time it’s an actual permanent fix and not just another automated response. Customers need stable internet not repeated

    @JioCare Very low internet speed and no 5G coverage. We are paying for 5G packs but getting poor service. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Fix the network immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio
