I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

Very poor customer service..last 1 - 1.5 months I have registered 4-5 complaints till date, but In my area still slow Internet issue. there is no suitable action taken of my complaints. I Hope @reliancejio @JioCare take action and resolve my issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare your customer care guys told me to recharge with 401 to get hotstar subscription but after recharge and i didn't get the hotstar subscription and thn thy send me some terms and condition to show that i done mistake.....never recommend jio to other...

@JioCare @jiofiber @reliancejio it has been more than 7 months from the wiring is done in my society for jio Fiber but still services are not started. Not sure how jio is expanding fiber network. If you can't start the services then what's the use of wiring in society??
