    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    Complete service breakdown on Jio AirFiber. Internet speed dropped to 0.90 Mbps, and now after a successful recharge, it says "Plan Expired"! No response to my emails or calls. Pathetic customer support. Fix this backend error immediately. @JioCare @RelianceJio

    @JioCare Namaskaram, I have started Online Port In request from Vodafone to Jio. No communication from sim delivery boy . Toll Free Customer Care executive failed to help. What shall I Do ?

    @JioCare how long does it take you to restore connectivity issue in jio fiber?? Do you need 24hrs to assign a engineer?? It's not great service by you. Had very high expectations for your turn around time. #jiofiber #jiofiberbangalore

    @GauravAajneeti @JioCare @reliancejio You should cancel this at the earliest brother .I made a request in the month of April they came and took the money after 2 weeks on May 2nd and Still the Connection not yet given stating they are short of equipment they are looting public in the name of Internet providers
