    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Despite my repeated complaints, the problem of network problem in my village has not been resolved. If jio has some shame left then improve the network condition as soon as possible. If there is any shame left..!

    @JioCare I'm having trouble with calling, i called to cc and advisers was very rude, she said "me apne man se bol rahi hu" when I asked how long it will take to resolve.

    @JioCare Nowadays, whilst traveling in a train,the connectivity is so poor of Jio, which was not so earlier. Instead of improving it's going backwards. Poor show

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCinema useless service. Since afternoon ipl on jio cinema is not working on set up box. 3 complaints were raise . Status remains same. Better i switch the operator

    @reliancejio @JioCare very poor internet speed. I am fed up of the speed as it is hampering my office work. When i got installed jiofiber the salesman and the engineer told that speed will be 30mbps but the actual speed during surfing is only 1-3 mbps. Worst internet speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have Xiaomi mi 11i 5g device. My location is 413401. In my area 5g service is already working but I didn't receive any welcome offer message but I have another sim whose 5g is working very well. Tell me what is the procedure to activate 5g in another 5g.
