    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Bhai jab do din pehle recharge kar liya to last pack khatam hone take reminder kyu dete ho? customer extra payment kar dega kya? totally unnecessary sms notifications, whatsapp and email reminders when I have already recharged.

    Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?

    🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹1,500 for Jio AirFiber, but your engineer confirmed it wasn’t feasible, so we cancelled. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare request you kindly direct your team deploy for service to do work as professional not as non technical person. Your engineers restore wifi but left cable wire while touching electric wire.
