    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_gigafiber : services are down since morning. SR raised but no progress at all. 2. Faulty router, when told the same to technician they advised me get the connection disconnected and reapply to get new router. Is dis d service for whch we enrolled with jio. Pthetic

    @JioCare Again rescheduled for tomorrow. Your words have no meaning whatsoever. "Rest assured" , do you know what that means? Are there any people in customer service or just bots? Give me a date and honour it. I am getting this crap since 7th July.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I registered a complaint on 15 July 2021 at 17:29. The engineer visited after 24 hours on 16 July 2021 (and that to after I called customer care 10-12 times) at 19:00. Then the visited team said we can't do the job so the other team will visit.
