    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

It throws "unable to process your request" errors and mysteriously closes tickets (SR000038A2QH) as "Proactive INACT" without anyone ever fixing the issue. absolute scam to treat paying customers this way. @reliancejio

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare! I requested network improvement for the last 20 days, but no action was taken. Today, I officially ported my one Jio SIM to @airtelindia. Customer service matters! 📱"Jio network services have been terrible in my area for the last 30 days.

    @JioCare Today is the 4th day, and they are still refusing to complete the installation, citing "month-end" as the reason. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor customer service. My work has been severely affected due to this unnecessary delay. Worst customer experience ever.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio After so many days, an escalation should not be presented as progress but it should have happened much earlier. My connection is still inactive, my business continues to suffer and I have received nothing but repeated assurances without a resolution. (1/2)

    Extremely frustrated with the Jio network. Customer care is just computerized voices, and Twitter support only asks for address/pincode without providing any real solution. When will the network actually get fixed? @reliancejio @JioCare
