I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

@reliancejio i am from Sate Assam and my district Karimganj. I am not getting proper network signals in my area and not able to make calls data speed is also so poor. I raised the complaint to jio coustomarcare department but they didn't give me any solution.

@SiddiesRai @JioCare You can file a formal FIR against the transaction & non fulfilment of service u/s 420, 405 ipc & 66c, 66d of IT Act. The trust associated with financial transactions on the internet is very fragile, dont wait, take action to protect yourself.
