I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

We do have Jio store in Nallasopara, we have Jio mart in Nallasopara, jio all products and services are there in Nallasopara but we don't have Jio fiber connection in our area and jio don't want to expand its network @JioCare

@JioCare How can I attache PDF file statement here. FYI, I've already sent Bank statement to jio fiber support mail id almost 10 days back and still they are not able to initiate for my refund. It shows your intention to loot customer money.Pls arrange for a call back to explain in detail

@JioCare @PallaviSahuHere Strongly agree with @PallaviSahuHere . Have been running since 10days to shift my Jio fiber connection. Local agents are not picking up call after promising for shifting. Even tried visiting Jio office today, still no help.
