    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am not here to provide feedback,  I have paid Rs. 1178.82 for a recharge that inclose Amazon prime but the Prime is not working. I have been told that "Amazon prime" will work if i rechange with Rs. 1178.82. Either activate the all committed services or refund my money

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancejio I have booked my jio fiber on 25 August and after waiting a long for installation they cancelled my order on 10 September Is this way to provide service to your coustomer.If you people are not able to install then why you people take booking

    @reliancejio I am facing a technical Issue of my Jio Fiber. The matter of fact, You have the worst customer support and technical service guys i have ever seen. I have been waiting for service of the fiber line for 3 days. This is the worst experience.

    @reliancejio Connection no NO0000MUNEZ4 dt. 10.09.22 fraudulently claimed 4 same day installation while sms claimed installation by 11.09.22 by 13:00 hrs. Now sms recd for installation on hold by customer, no such instruction by me. Kindly ensure installation or issue refund
