    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, My JioFiber connection has been completely offline for nearly 3 days, despite repeated complaints. This level of service is unacceptable. I depend on this connection for my daily work, and your poor customer support has only added to the frustration.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare This is the worst thing to cap Jio Air Fiber users with a FUP cap of 1000 GB...!!! It's not ideal now,provide unlimited data or something else...!!! Please do the needful.

    @JioCare Asked for DM of details which I sent. NOW THEYVE PUT MY REQUEST ON HOLD! WHY???? Outage every month, minimum 3-4 days for complaint resolution. JIO IS MAKING A FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. You pay for 12 months, but get only 11 months of service!
