    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is exactly why I switched to @Airtel_Presence. In the era of 5G, I’m struggling to get even a stable 3G signal at my current location. The network experience has been extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare As per your latest communication, my JioFiber service was supposed to be restored by 2:46 PM today. However, the issue remains unresolved and the connection is still down. SR No. SR000037OTEN.

    @JioCare Service disruption is so frequent from Jio Fibre. 3 days no internet, but you charge for a specific number of days and time. Should you not give credit for days / time your service are disrupted?

    We Indians should be proud now, as I can see @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup is heading towards to be d worlds biggest fraud company by looting its fellow citizens. Such a same to Ambani family, its more then 3 months - issue not resolved yet.

    Worst thing what you could experience is after straight working for 14 days you take a rest day at home and your wifi network is under maintenance. Please @JioCare fix it ASAP🙏🏻

    @reliancejio Are they reliable? Last 4 days their tower is down and they don't have the resources to bring the tower up
