    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, We're loyal Jio customers for years, but for 2 months there has been no network inside our factory. Our 78 employees face the same issue, and many are switching to other operators due to no resolution. Pls arrange a site visit and fix this urgently. #Jio #JioCare

    Jio Fiber New Connection customers are important than the existing users.. is this the value you're giving for your existing customers?? Jio agents/Engineers are roaming here and there everyday in the streets, but You don't have people for fixing the issues! @JioCare @reliancejio I am literally Fed up with my jio fiber connection.
