    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @abin_dl They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare you customer service is useless. I am trying to reach from more than 48 hours but no help. Agents doesn't even listen the query and close the chats. If you guys don't have network connectivity then why do u offer International roaming. #poorservice #worstnetwork

    @JioCare Please God sake stop this nonsense reply I have been getting this same reply repeatedly for months. You are not bothered rectify the problem for months and send standard reply everytime. This is the service you give in Besantnagar a prime area in Chennai. @DoT_India @TRAI
