@VodafoneIN My location is Attabira, Bargarh, Odisha, India. I am devastated and helpless. I can't wait long. I have trusted Vodafone for last 7 yrs and haven't even used any other sim but if issue isn't resolved Within 2 days i ll be forced to choose @JioCare @airtelindia

Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Plz do something about the network quality. The network reception is so poor that I can't even play a simple video at 240p . I'm frequently facing this issue for a month now.

@reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI Privacy concern with JIO network. Today I was calling my Mom, but the call didn't connect.Till here it was all fine but suddenly I was able to hear someone's conversation. It lasted for a minute or two and the call ended.

@JioCare JioFiber Set top box automatically restarts after every 2-3 mins on loop. Not able to use it at all. It says 'Android system update... Restarting.' After updating client, it happens again after 2-3 mins. Help. Very poor experience.

@JioCare @reliancejio Biggest conpany of India with such an illiterate coustomer care executives.they cannot resolve problems you face. And even after mailing 100 time jio cares doesn't response and customer care executives are sorry about that but helpless.they cant do anything

@JioCare Network issue with jio wifi. I am unable to use 4G network in Kulasekharam area of Kanniyakumari District of Tamilnadu state. Please check the issue. Most of the time th3 network is getting disconnected.
