@VodafoneIN My location is Attabira, Bargarh, Odisha, India. I am devastated and helpless. I can't wait long. I have trusted Vodafone for last 7 yrs and haven't even used any other sim but if issue isn't resolved Within 2 days i ll be forced to choose @JioCare @airtelindia

@reliancejio Plz do something about the network quality. The network reception is so poor that I can't even play a simple video at 240p . I'm frequently facing this issue for a month now.

@JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 @TheNeetaAmbani barahmunda village newtower start lastweek but janhapada tower isnt working last 7days so all that link tower stop there function but no one listen the problem.they all depend on jio network so why that student doing online classes.

U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio I am struggling from JIO network. I port my number from Vodafone to JIO for better connectivity but it is poorer than Vodafone. I contacted many times with JIO customer care and their store but same reply that we will work on your complaint but no result. Don’t port.

@JioCare Hi Jaineesh. Can you please explain how a call will help when I am a technical person, have reset the router and TV multiple times, have changed the TV motherboard, and the Jio Support team had also investigated the issue and replaced the router but were unable to resolve.
