Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

@gauravh1 @JioCare Damn. I feel that Jio's customer care has gone downhill for the past 2 years. Earlier, reaching an advisor was extremely easy. The easiest amongst all. They also didn't apply a 3 calls/day limit to customer care too. Now they even take a long time (7-10 days) to reply to emails.
