I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. Service request was raised and allocated to a person who is on leave. And when I come to know in called on tall free number but there is no option to speak with care executive.

Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.
