U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

The world nowadays is using 5G technology but unfortunately Tehsil Tulail and some villages of tehsil gurez ( achoora and chorwan ) is not even have single landline or 2G network. For getting signal ,people of tulail valley have to travel 40 - 55 km . @Samoonirshad2 @reliancejio

Don't know what is wrong with #RelianceJio Unable to make or receive calls inspite of having 100% network strength. They expect the customer to solve every problem via chats, troubleshooting etc. Creating Monopoly market and downgraded the quality. #Jio #poorcustomerservice

@reliancejio For 6months we are facing a network issue in our area. Still, the problem is not resolved. We are staying in a rural area so no one cares about it. Just giving recorded messaged we will address soon. Look into it on high priority etc.
