@JioCare I have raised a complain regarding data network which is not available since May 2019 we are having around 15 connections of Jio if your team can't able to restore it by this week we have to switch to another network. We have made this complain n number of times.

Hlo @DoT_India please look into my problem. I am using @reliancejio sim and it's network is pathetic. I have lodged a complain several times but no action is taken. Now they have hiked the price too. No matter we will pay the amount but but we need to be provided with best.

@JioCare , From last 3 days we all are facing slow internet speed. We all pay full recharge amount for best service but jio is not successful given service. We all receive internet speed like 2G service. Jio is not given service like airtel.

This is very serious thing in today's date that you don't get a signal even. I complaint but it got closed

@reliancejio @JioCare Along the main railway tracks from Delhi to Mumbai, Even in major tourist spot Jio signals are weak. With time jio service are becoming very poor. Airtel is far superior. Passengers suffer due to poor signals due to journey. Can jio management address this?
