@JioCare I have raised a complain regarding data network which is not available since May 2019 we are having around 15 connections of Jio if your team can't able to restore it by this week we have to switch to another network. We have made this complain n number of times.

Hlo @DoT_India please look into my problem. I am using @reliancejio sim and it's network is pathetic. I have lodged a complain several times but no action is taken. Now they have hiked the price too. No matter we will pay the amount but but we need to be provided with best.

I have called jio 1 year ago to give a complain about the seed of Internet is very very slow They told me to wait for 180 days we are working on it It’s have been 1 year till now I am getting the same problem I HAVE 4G (JIO) AND SEED IS 100 Kbps #jio #jiospeed #jiocare #jio1

@reliancejio dear jio i m supposed 2 pay u 555 for 3 months then I deserves to get best of ur service. But i see no point to pay u such a huge amount as I am not at all satisfied with your service in my locality. Even @BSNLCorporate provides better services than you.

@JioCare Today I had very bad service experience at Reliance Digital (Ambience mall) Gurgaon for sim replacement i was overcharged and executive insisted me to pay in cash as other payment menthods are not acceptable. Same proocess was smooth at vi and was free. Experince matters

@JioCare It’s not specific to any app . Overall internet speed is very slow in my locality . Have already given complained no in previous msg. Likewise have raised many complained but no resolution yet. Jio is loosing its credibility on customer satisfaction. Very bad customer experience
