    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    @JioCare my service request is 300645997089. My concern is that no one is coming to pickup the device. I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

    We need jio fibre service in the following location asap. Nankar, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha Pin-754021. As there are many customers eagerly waiting for and the saddest part is jiofibre is available in other locations of Jagatpur still we haven't got yet. @JioCare @JioFibre.

    It's shame to say @reliancejio has no services in our city. I'm a Jio postpaid user, facing issues like call drop, slow internet and sometime network loss for a long time. Many times complaints but nobody taking actions on it. My big mistake I ported my number from Airtel to Jio

    @Suneel_Maurya @Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio But wasn't lucky enough with Airtel, after one and half year of using 3G but paying for 4G had to port out. After Vodafone merging with Idea, this is also troubling in network stability. Was thinking to port in Jio but now many towers are destroyed, so not sure its connectivity.

    @JioCare Since mid of November we are facing problem with internet... Very poor internet service, it work for couple of hours in morning or night hours, n throughout the day, we hardly able to open a webpage... If this persist further then I will go for MNP...We are fedup now with Jio
