@JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

@JioCare i am living in Govt quartes at CGS Colony Antophill Mumbai. I am facing problem with JIO internet speed in this area. I made many complaints at customer care JIO. But it's useless. Sir ji Pahle 4G acche se chala lete to 5G ko lete.
