Very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio 10 days no phone calls no engineer visit. Only excuses... we are working, technical issues etc. etc . Jio fibre..... Not Recommended . @airtelindia now i have to change my mind, they never gonna solve my problem. I want Airtel fibre

It's shame to say @reliancejio has no services in our city. I'm a Jio postpaid user, facing issues like call drop, slow internet and sometime network loss for a long time. Many times complaints but nobody taking actions on it. My big mistake I ported my number from Airtel to Jio

@JioCare I would writing this matter to ministers of consumer affairs as well. First your rep said no complaint shall be registered, then your engineer said why complaint is registered. Good way of getting no complaints solved and bury them forever. What’s your loss??
