All Telecom operators are increased their tariff, charges etc and decreased their network strength. One answer we are working on it. If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.
