@JioCare Facing problem on to stay connected for more than 5 mins, using hotspot to tweet a complaint to you that we need consistent net speeds at Bhubaneswar area. It stays for around 5 min after resetting APN or putting up on Airplane mode and then goes completely low. Fix.

@JioCare In BHUBANESWAR still we are facing problems with network .we have requested to jio since August 2018 but there is no action from the team regarding this . Even after extra charge we face same problem. We request to take apropiate action .@reliancejio

Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a DM just now from Jio. Same repeated promises. I have updated my wife's bank details twice via mail to customer care. Why don't you update them...? If possible, gimme the office address of Jio fiber in Jaipur, so that I can personally visit.
