    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Wire disconnected from 2 days. Complaint raised 3 times. No resolution yet. The engineer keep changing time slot but has not came yet. This kind of service is unacceptable from #jiofibre

    @JioCare incomplete service call. Requested the service technician to fix the replacement modem at 6 P.M. When contacted he refused saying that the time was not convenient for him. My complete evening schedule upset. Sad state. Service Request Number SR00001CK7TP.

    Just port into @airtelindia from @JioCare , it been really a hectic scene for me, the person who port my number said once sim activated i will recieve free call and data for a month, but still now unable to do any of them. Customer care is also not responding @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio Requested for a new connection at my location and all the society permission documents also provided to the concerned person. No one is taking any kind of action to take this to closure. This way JIO will loose business to competetor. Can someone help on this

    It has been 7 days since I have been visiting Jio Stores and Jio Offices to get my SIM card reissued and problem has not been resolved yet. 😡 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare my service request is 300645997089. My concern is that no one is coming to pickup the device. I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare pathetic services and pathetic employees, it's been more than 24 hours and our jio fibre net is still not working, contacting your customer care is like calling to hear lots and lots of lies and false commitments. Worst customer grievance redressal.
