Problem still persists @JioCare. Twitter @Twitter and most websites doesn't load on Jio data, whereas Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube work fine. The problem is across Pune. How long it will take to resolve, is there an expected time to resolve? #Jiodown

Even after 24 hours @JioCinema @reliancejio is unable to solve the streaming problem of #FIFAWorldCup this is pathetic. in smart tv and fire tv stick the lag effect is maximum. Kindly update the @JioCinema app on fire tv stick and solved the issue

@JioCare Dear JIO Care last four days I am.not having network on my phone. Though data is working. I visited JIO store they told to buy new SIM, bought again same problem. Yesterday again provided new SIM activated but same issue. Now today evening they again gave new SIM. 1/2
