    @JioCare sir i am from (bairiya) patna bihar, in my locality jio network was to slow from past 1 year, i complaint lot of time they always says that this was temporary problem due to multiple users uses in same time.This was just an excuse please resolve this problem.

    @JioCare I am using a family pack. I am staying at Berhampur. But my family staying at JNV Gurujung khordha Odisha. I have allotted 25% to each. They are not unable use internet at khordha. That area showing high network zone as per ur customer care. But we are unable use internet.

    @JioCare how many times we have complained and send DM but as usual no response,a accepting showing as if you are really concerned but not once did we get true and genuine service or response as money is prepaid we have no choice

    @JioCare Sir Already 12 days in this month I had not used internet service who will bear the loss of days. Rest either u give time to resolve the issue or suggest me to surrender the connection. This is just giving only assurance.
