    @JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

    @JioCare Connection. And said you have to cancel it and No choice is there left. I asked him to cancel, but he said he can only reschedule but not cancel. I called sales guy but he has not responded to any call till date.

    I'm here to put a complain about the network issues in my area. For past 2 days I'm facing network fault any time in the day. It just happens multiple times in a day. Please pay proper attention @JioCare @reliancejio . I have already complained but no one is listening. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare Your support team is pathetic and not trained at all to resolve customers queries. They just kick the ball here and there. If you resolve this issue, then the other support engineers are incompetent to be in your team.

    It's been around a month and still haven't received my refund from @JioCare SR000031UVMX.. Even after multiple escalation to Appellate... Very incompetent support @reliancejio @TRAI only option left is legal now
