    @JioCare @reliancejio SR0000147IKS raised on Saturday for degraded internet service. I got a call on Sunday from someone who said they will get this checked but no one visited or called since then. You need to work on your customer service and support.

    @JioCare my wifi is not working for last 2 days. I called customer care & they said service request is delayed due to unavailability of engineer in my area. This is my free trial and I don't think I will be extending beyond free trial solely because of Jio's pathetic service!

    @reliancejio Sir I am a student,we do online study, but Jio network in our area is very poor. We face lot's of problem, our classes get hampered. kindly improve network in my area. We don't want to be Left behind in the in the IT revolution of India which jio has began. Thanks

    What a Pathetic customer service by Jio Fiber. Inspite of repeated complaints no solution to Wifi disconnection issues. Problem is persistent for more than a Month Now @reliancejio @JioCare @_DigitalIndia what a shame?
