    @reliancejio , @JioCare When are you going to repair the road?? Similar issue was there with other service provider.. they have repaired the road and demonstrated thier social responsibility. I feeling still you are collecting only information rather than fixing the issue??

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is the most worst customer service provided by jio I have ever seen . In my point of view Airtel is much better.@Airtel_Presence .It has been more than 1 month that I have been requesting but no response from jio customer service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why there is not a simple process to register complaint jio,i have disconnected my device multiple times as per your customer care but this time i was not able to and because of procedure my jio fibre request for complaint couldnt be registered.#poorservice

    @JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a Jio sim that I am using.(last usage:October 2021)last year and now when I try to sign in and recharge, it says the number is not a valid Jio number. Please advice asap. I am heading to India tomorrow.

    Very disgusting service by @reliancejio @JioCare for relocation service. The agents keep on raising SRs and changing schedule of engineer visit, hampering all the work Still waiting this to resolve, 7 days have passed.
