@JioCare @Thesuryaman Jio Fibre relocation is just a bluff. There is a hell lot of issue with engineers. They will make it worse. Always provide wrong information to customers and jio care always support their false promises.

@reliancejio very very sad that after paying for jio connection,. Jio couldn't provide connection and returned my money. What a shame. Technicians couldn't find service point in my are area whereas my sister whose residing opposite to our flat has jio fiber connection.

@JioCare @reliancejio hello jio, I've purchased a jio phone last year with 2 years free calling facility but after one year sim card is not working. I have purchased a new sim from jiocare of same number.they told your leftover facility will be added but till now no rchg is done

@JioCare @reliancejio from your website - Does unused data carry over Jio prepaid? Jio Support Unused data in your plan in the current month would be added to the next month's data quota. Please confirm as I have unused data that I want to carry forward. I have recharged with 1559
