    @JioCare I want the technician in the next 1 hr. This is hampering my WFH. I need it ASAP. Plz escalate the issue to the local team now. I can't wait anymore. It's been more than 2 days I've raised this compliant and no technician has been assigned yet.

    .@JioCare, @reliancejio JioFiber has become a joke. 2 outages in 2 weeks, zero accountability, and non existent customer care. Duopoly has killed service quality. Planning to shut this down forever. And @TRAI? Completely useless. Consumers are left stranded.

    @JioCare Hi, I paid my JioFiber bill last night at 11:52 PM. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it is still not reflecting in the MyJio app. Could you please help me resolve this?

    @JioCare Since 3 months I am facing internet problem but you guys are giving me temporary solution and now from past 1 month I am raising request almost everyday. May month I have not used the service at all after paying good amount… really pathetic service…

    @JioCare I am existing mobile customer and have some issues regarding payment . Inhave tried calling you from my airtel number , but your system is asking me for my dob in certain format , which is difficult to type.
