    @JioCare I was escalated my issue on 1st May and got confirmation that same will get responded by 4th May 4Pm but till now no update.. What a ridiculous customer service after paying money in advance.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I moved to outskirts of Bangalore (Singanayakanahalli), Karnataka. I am unable to get Jio Fiber network here. I am fed up of local service. I'll pay double if you provide your service here.

    @JioCare I am not getting 5Ghz service from the installation time ie from past 2 years. Now when I asked to resolve the issue, the only answer I get is to recharge with 999 plan. Please let me know if you you can resolve the issues with cutting the pocket of common men
