  @_cpsharma @reliancejio @JioCare They will never come , I am telling you, jio fibre is the worst DTH service provider better you ask for refund , that also they will refuse, you can raise complaint with national consumer forum and switch to tata sky, bit expensive but far better service

  Jio services are Worst. Booked JioFiber on Aug 1, promised person will be there by Aug 3—no show. Rebooked, guy came on Aug 5, completed KYC & took payment, promised next day install. Today it’s still not done despite 100+ calls. Sector 23 Gurgaon.#JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare

  Internet is down in my area [313342] for the last [X] days. Multiple complaints registered (SR No: [00003DAYU1]), but no resolution yet. Extremely poor service. Fix this immediately or escalations will be taken further. Always make fools to customers @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

  @reliancejio @JioCare it's quite disgusting that jio is showing 5G network in cell and also full network, but interest is working like 2G and also voice call getting interrupted in a city like Hyderabad, even BSNL is working better than jio network kindly do needful

  @JioCare Technician Himanshu keeps calling and giving new time commitments, but still hasn’t come to resolve the issue. This is extremely poor service and support. Please ask your team to de-install all the equipment, as I no longer wish to continue your service.

  @JioCare Again you all have closed the complaint request unanimously without informing me anything and without solving my issue. I'm getting less than 100KB/s in my area with Jio 5G and you closed my slow speed complaint request?? How?? It's getting too worse now !! Need to switch now !!
