    Dear @JioCare Ur slowest network costed my phone yesterday. Who the hell is responsible for this. Why is the customer suffering a lot even after paying amount according to ur plan..? Switching to Airtel on 16th of May but who the hell will be responsible for my mental trauma.?

    the problem is not being solved even through Twitter, And not even getting from customer care. So please tell us where we should go so that our problem can be solved. Because even having a normal whatsapp message is having trouble. Please do not give high user reasons. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have received a call from jio advisor and his phone number is +91 70293 61861 ,they told me after taking on team viewer pls done a recharge min 10 Rs. Only with NetBanking or card over on t.v. ,I could I do. Totally rust service.😡😡

    @JioCare One of the worst service provider I had ever seen even having postpaid plan there is no data speed and in complaints, I get a beautiful reply that "we are working in your area" can't undsnd this comp gives only the above single reply always. @reliancejio @TRAI
