@JioCare what’s your customer care number to raise a complaint? I can’t find the option to schedule engineer visit on the MyJio app. The router isn’t connecting to Wi-Fi. It’s got a red flickering light after all attempts as per MyJio app

@JioCare i have raised a request to relocate my jio fiber since last 5days. But always my appointment is being rescheduled. This is highly unprofessional behaviour, my request is not even taken care by escalation desk. They find to cancel my connection as easy way but not resolve

@reliancejio everyday the jio internet is down.. there is no proper intimation. If we complaint the service person doesn’t turn up. Its happening regularly in Bandra east. Thinking of switching to @airtelindia
