    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Team, I tried a Tel number several times & heard the same recorded message of 100 cr vaccination achievement! When dialled the same number through #Vodafone, found that the Tel no is not working! Pls don’t defeat the purpose of a serious service!

    @JioCare I am facing continuous issues in calling and receiving calls on my jio number. Customer care answers are very vague. They are not ready to help. Plase escalate this on highest priority.

    @JioCare Every month there are multiple outages. I wonder if I should be paying for the internet or you should pay me for troubleshooting every 2nd day. Support Indian products, sure! @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice - Can you please give a solution of Super slow internet facility or should I move to other Fiber service provider already? I have called Customer care multiple times already - They do not have a solution honestly.

    @JioCare You guys have the worst customer service even worst than BSNL!! claim to provide Premium Customer service for Postpaid plus customers so guys just promise only those things which you have the capacity to deliver!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have requested for port from Vodafone to JIO on 22nd Oct 2021 from MY JIO Store, 5L/172. But it was rejected, as wrong pincode was entered by the person who filled the details. And now I am not at the that location. Kindly support on this.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio It has been over 26 days from the day of pick up of my device,but your customer support keep giving same irritating excuse-refund wd be credited in 14 days,whereas it already crossed 14 days and now it's over 26 days.Stop making fool.
