@JioCare Why r u sharing 3 years old link for solving poor network issue. it is not handset issue. In my home, we have another 2 jio users facing the same issue. The complete region comes under very poor network coverage. Already shared my location in my tweet. Kindly resolve this ASAP

@JioCare Jio fiber has been down since Saturday 3pm! Customer care keeps saying will be resolved in 2 hours every time but it's Tuesday now and still no resolution!

@reliancejio This is so hypocritic. I have complained so many times to customer care about slow internet, I nearly got failed in my semester exams becoz of ****** Jio network , and so I complained like 200 times and still no one did anything about it. This is really messed up Jio team .

@reliancejio @JioCare I politely request you please solve network issue at my village. There is a jio Tower, two kilometers from my village, but the network is always slow, and it is very difficult to talk. Net speed maximum 2kbps. At/Po Badaborsing. Ganjam.Odisha 761124
