@JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber connection has problems since beginning of December but your service personnel is just doing some temporary fixes. Now since yesterday my services request is just getting rescheduled, I don't see any end to this problem.

@JioCare @TRAI In my area we are facing call drop and call cracking issue from 25th Nov 2020. Had complaint about but there are no solution. Today, customer executive cut my call during complaint on 198 jio care number. Jio is not performing not well now a days.

@JioCare trying to upgrade a plan that I mistakenly recharged. Spoke to the customer care line and they say that there is no way to upgrade a jiofiber plan. Pathetic service. You lot are frauds

@reliancejio Experiencing very low signal issue in my locality. Earlier i used airtel (download speed 4.5mbps). Recently, i ported to Jio from Airtel 20days ago. Tested download speed its just 2.17mbps 😥 I am long time airtel user (12 year user). I never faced low signal issue in airtel

@JioCare if my jiofiber connection wire will be fixed in 2 days i ll keep jio fiber else put a return request and go for airtel or something else at least they will have a good service then jio for sure
