Really disgusted with Jio Fiber service. Every alternate day the fiber connection is lost for few minutes to hours. Whenever tried to contact customer care they guide you through a predefined set of instructions which are of no help. #jiofiber #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @DoT_India I have put in cancellation request for Jio Fiber service 3 times now and every time it is automatically closed even after retention team confirms the cancellation. Seems a SCAM here to avoid returning the security deposit. Poor and Pathetic service !!

@reliancejio @JioCare MY JioFiber number is 301134828954.I have returned my JioFiber on 5th August 2021.The security deposit was supposed to credit in 14 days but it is almost 25 days the security deposit is still not credited. Kindly Help me..

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, I’ve placed a request to port 2 numbers multiple times since last month or two, but have yet to get any call back or an update. Your customer service is of no help either. It’s quite disappointing.
