  @JioCare @reliancejio If the issue is from Jio’s side and I already paid for the service but couldn’t use it, then why should the customer bear the loss? Refusing a refund for downtime is unfair.

  And it's been more than 7 days and I didn't received my sim. Even their is not any update, customer care service is not working... I fell very frustrated as I have to leave the place of address added at the time of delivery... I have even paid for it 349 rupees... @JioCare #jio

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down for 5 days. Complaint raised on 16th, but still no resolution.Called customer care 6 times and raised complaints on MyJio, only getting false “3 hours”promises. Please fix this ASAP or adjust my bill. Requestid-SR00002L5URS

  @JioCare @jio_gigafiber @_MukeshAmbani You guys haven’t resolved my concern. Why should people take your Jio Fiber connection if, whenever a disruption happens, you only fix it after 3 days? Until then, the customer suffers.People should seriously rethink before choosing JioFiber
