    @reliancejio internet is down since last nite. Complaint SR000013ITSP. 3 calls already to ur helpline today. The appntmnt time is re scheduled thrice already...only lip service n false promise by ur agents. Pls resolv ASAP

    @JioCare hello i had applied for jio fiber relocation, and submitted the desired fee of ₹1200 on 29.03.26, but relocation was not possible due to no optical network in that area, my order was canceled and my device was also submitted to you , still the deposit of 1200 not done

    Pathetic service from Fiber. Complaint already raised, yet nobody has come to resolve the issue. First the visit was rescheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, and even then no one showed up. STOP GIVING FALSE TIMELINES. Repeated negligence like this is completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare What is the use of rescheduling when there is no one turning up.  Why do I need you to beg for fixing your issue? Do you treat your customers as beggars?  After all you charge upfront for the service which you cannot afford to provide. Share me your coo’s number.
