Manish Tarkar (@manishho) reported@JioCare Fibre connection has been down for 10 days. Despite multiple scheduled visits, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment of a paying customer. Please resolve the issue immediately or process a refund for the downtime.
