    Jio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is been 31 days now since the below 27th July Rent Rebate complaint..Still there is absolutely no response from jio with resolution..

    @JioCare SR NO. SR00002NNMUS State escalation ID : SR0003EXTD7 Thanks for giving such worst service and ignoring my all requests . Literally no one contacted or came to repair my internet for more than 3 days. Finally cancelled my Jio Wifi Connection. Great job guyz

    @reliancejio @JioCare my spouse's jio number with a valid 899 recharge got disconnected yesterday, no signal, and on calling it's telling "number doesn't exist". Customer care told me to visit nearest jio store with doc. But, the number is not available to their system. Pls look.

    @JioCare OMG, did you really check the ticket number I shared via DM? How pathetic is your support? If you don’t know the issue then why did you ask for contact number and other details? The problem is with set top box. Some of the OTT apps not working. My SR closed thrice abruptly.

    @JioCare I have responded back. Till now there’s no engineer allotted. I wish to discontinue your services but there’s no option to do so, either on app or customer care number
