@reliancejio I found Very bad customer care services.... It been 4 months but refund is not get credited to the source account. Every time i called to the customer care they ask to wait for 24 hours even they are not able to connect to the higher management. Many mails sent but no responce

@reliancejio I have a jio fibre connection who's I'd no is 05513586652, linked with mobile number 9565956596. I changed my plan on 10th of august with 942rs payment but still they suspended my account. On calling with customer support they didn't help and support.

@JioCare Your palakkad fiber service is the worst. They reschedule appointments without updating customers...am gonna close my account once my internet subscription expire. Worst manager & worst support
