    @JioCare Request id: RS0000137MC9. I had visited many time on Jio store and call customer care but they saying you child cupon showing already in use we need to refresh your cupon and it will take 24-48 hours but after completed time they again giving time for wait. Pls resolve

    @JioCare Hi, I had raised an issue yesterday around 4:30 pm, till now I haven't received any response from the engineer or the technicians. Moreover my ticket was rescheduled to end of today which was ideally supposed to be worked on today morning. My work is getting hampered.

    @JioCare Very poor service...I have paid for the jio fibre on 30th november but still no engineers have visited my premises to install it..You guyz just keep on sending the msgs and keep on postponing the dates... Very bad experience other ISP'S are way lot faster than u guys
