    @reliancejio @JioCare even after having annual plan with sufficient data internet speed is too slow to send a WhatsApp Messege. Signal is Full, showing 5G+ and internet speed is slow. Need to switch data sim to @airtelindia to post this. Shame on Jio

    @JioCare Can i have your customer service senior Manager's email nr pls. 15 days and still i receive resolved soon messages. Iam already a jio customer. Why getting #Jioairfiber is such a difficult thing to achieve?. You dont have any other installer?. Pls provide the email id urgently.

    @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare @airtelindia is offering same-day installation in my area. Why is there such a huge difference in service? Customers should not have to wait this long after making payment........

    @JioCare Your customer support is a joke. Instead of fixing my connection, your so called helpline doesn't even give me an option to report my issue. keeps asking me to press 1 to get a new connection, there's literally no option to speak to someone, hope tesla eats your market

    @JioCare Dear Jio, it's been 2 days now your broadband is not working. It's impacting a full society with 1500 people as there is a outage in area. People are not able to work due to this issue for last 2 days. We are shifting to tata bundle offer

    Jio's calling service is terrible right now; the voice isn't coming through at all, and the internet isn't working either. What am I supposed to do? If you can't fix it, just admit that it's beyond your capability—why are you harassing customers? @reliancejio @JioCare
