I am unable to make a single call from Jio Number for last two days. @reliancejio @JioCare . The customer service executives are useless. They just know nothing, just says restart your phone. @reliancejio you will lose active 20 connections.

@JioCare Call center disconnects call, ticket is closed without resolution, engineers are not reachable, internet down for 7 days, but that’s ok…#thisisJiolife, must take a lot of training to deliver service like this, way to go with @jiocare @reliancejio

@JioCare Hi, I have 2 jio numbers, 1st one is working fine, but 2nd one 9045786691 has this problem. the painful thing is that, i am doing social media marketing (fb, google ads) using the same number & due this issue i am loosing business.
