@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima No after sales mechanism or response for the break down of internet services in New Delhi. My internet services are dead since 09 July, no response, no redressal of complaint, thus compelling to close the account before the recharge date of 21st July.

@JioCare Internet is not working properly from past 8 days, your customer care executive's making us full everyday by saying just problem will resolve within 24 hrs. But still no one comes to see what happens with internet. Your engineers dont even call or ask for problem.
