    @JioCare There is no network in my area, the common man is very upset. Nothing is being done to improve the network.

    Still no response from Jio after repeated complaints. Customer service shouldn’t disappear when there’s a problem. Fix the issue or at least respond.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out.

    @AmazonHelp @JioCare I have connected with your team umpteen times on this EXACT issue. You have sent me round in circles. I have no understanding left. Unless expedited, I will not only report this to consumer authorities, I will stop at nothing. Don’t underestimate a harrowed customer.

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber - there is no internet connection. Due to my previous complaints am unable to talk to tech support team. Unplanned downtime put the official work in jeopardy. Can someone attend and resolve at the earliest? @reliancejio @JioCare #broadbandissue #nointernet

    My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

    Poor mobile connectivity in Hafaluting, Sivasagar, Assam has persisted for years. Just 10–12 km from town, Airtel and Jio barely work. Everyone depends on mobile data. Why is this still unresolved? Authorities must act now and ensure a permanent solution.@airtelindia @JioCare
