@JioCare i got connection on 2nd Sep 22 and from yesterday my jio fiber is not working, after frequent complain not getting any solutions from your team. I request all prospective customer plz beware before getting new connection.

@JioCare I dnt kno in 2G,3G how much speed customr get,so not abl to calculat 4G speed using the formula given by you,so pl furnish the info how much speed customer suppose to get in 4G service of RJIL?So that sam can b compard with exact speed jio customr is gettng while using 4G service

@JioCare Since half an hour I m breaking my head with your customer care for same problems, no one comes and issues are being added to the list, now getting error (2002) for few channels . I think now I have to seriously think of changing service provider
