@JioCare what service you are giving to customers and not attending their difficulties. I have been telling you my problem of not getting range of JIO since last 5 years and till date not given any proper response from you in this regard. VERY BAD.

@JioCare Please inform engineer to perform checks at Junction Box. Check if connection and OFC looks good. I don't think they have ever indicated any issue with the JIO router or installation at my home. Disconnection mostly noticed for 5G band.
