@reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

Fooling ppl around no proper customer service. Internet is not working since 2 days no one is bothered to check. They are giving timelines. Noone is trying to fix the issue. We pay our hard earned money in return we get this **** internet service. @JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia from two year I was a @reliancejio user...on October I port my sim to airtel because jio net was not working good....I was planing for 365 days plan of 2798....now I saw u have increase all plans....u want me to go back to jio? Answer me @airtelindia

@airtelindia from two years I was using @reliancejio.On October I port my sim to airtel because of Jio net issue...I was planing to do 365 days plan of 2798 on airtel because to save 29 days more,but now u have increase ur price...u want me to go back to Jio.replyme@airtelindia
