    @jiocare i am experiencing network issue this morning for my jiofiber connection. No one is picking up the call at 1800 896 9999 and there is no option to raise service request at Run diagnostic option. Good that I have renewal due in next month, will think twice before renewal

    🚨 Update: I have already paid and reactivated my JioAirFiber account as requested by @JioCare.     @JioCare My JioFiber remained down for 10–12 days. Every day an engineer was assigned. Every day the visit was rescheduled. Despite repeated complaints, multiple calls to customer care, and assurances from at least 3 different agents, not a single engineer visited my premises.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had requested for a relocation of the Fibre connection 10 days back. The same was disconnected on 12th but the device has not been collected yet and neither the new connection has been provided. No communication and not able to get through the customer care.
