    My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare It is unacceptable that my JioFiber issue has been marked as "resolved" without providing any actual solution. Closing complaints without resolving them only adds to customer frustration. Kindly reopen the case and provide a genuine resolution immediately. @DoT_India

    @JioCare the internet isn't working properly and the speed for the past few days is terrible. The range has also suddenly stopped reaching my bedroom. Even with the lan cable there is no internet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare, the network quality in Kankroli, Rajsamand is absolutely terrible. You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.
