  @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio They are crooks. Not only did they not refund my bill after confirming receiving my cancellation request they sent me another bill for a service I had long stopped using. They continue to call me everyday regarding that bill. @reliancejio is a bona fide criminal enterprise.

  @JioCare The installer physically took the device back due to a technical mismatch and never returned!I have NO device & NO internet for 14days,Every complaint I open (like SR00003F6C4L) is auto closed without a fix or refund. Fix probelem or process my refund immediately. #ConsumerCourt

  The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio My area from Bihar district katihar pin code is 854114 mobile tower is near but network is fear you are cheating all coustomer I pay 1 years recharge but I was mistaken me all coustomer port in airtel but many coustomer not port in airte because recharge already 3 month 1 years
