    My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

    @amdsoni130 @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5 day, before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

    @reliancejio its not like i am big fan of hotstar, but stop behaving smart! or i will be forced to a better service provider, Airtel air fibre! the tower is near my house and better connectivity! my customer id!_1213166919, and stopping a series or movie in middle is cheap business tactics!

    @JioSaavn @JioCare Please fix a bug in the MyJio app. When I open or click the JioFiber tab, music playback stops automatically in JioSaavn and other third-party music apps. This issue was not present in previous versions. Kindly investigate and improve the app experience.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Worst, most pathetic service I have encountered so far for just a relocation request. A 15-minute job stretched over 4 days; your vendor is pressuring me to provide the completion OTP without resolution. Customer care is not helping—disappointing!

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, I have recharged my jio pack on 13th August itself and I am still unable to use my jio connection because of complexity and incapability of your systems and process...its already 5-6 days passed and simple relocation is not been done...kindly call and provide solution

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber This is my order number Order Number : NO0001F5ZCZC I have done the payment on 12th but still haven’t received any update regarding installation. Please guide and fast track the process. Never expected this poor service from Jio. No response from the customer care after payment.
