While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

The ticket was put on hold with the remark that my house was locked, even though I have been at home the entire time until posting this tweet. This is very disappointing.
