My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

@JioCare @TRAI Respected Authorities, I am hereby adding you to this post to raise a grave concern of mine. I took a plan for 6 months for which services were committed to me and if any issue occurs that will be properly addressed in a professional way. But this has not been happening.

@JioCare @JioCare 2 guys visited to fix the issue and spent 1 hour saying it's a mistake from a local cable operator as he cutted the wire. They assured that it's fixed and I also did talk to there manager who again assured that everything will be fine. LOL!!

@JioCare one of the worst after sale support I ever faced with any company. Asking to remove router for last 1 everyone I'm getting appointments but no one coming to pickup please understand you have my money just that and pic your router whenever you want. Return my money.

@JioCare took jio fiber 3 months back and at the time of taking Jio fiber customer care talking very good, last week I shifted house now I asked for the relocation but no one is responding from past 7 days now my Jio fiber number 4035873889 very very worst experience from Jio

@JioCare it's been a day now.. unable to request for relocate my connection, continusely getting : our systems aren't responding. Please try again after some time. Better @reliancejio move to cloud. Tired of calling customer care, even they aren't accepting request.

@reliancejio you are the worst cmpany every in handling customers complaint. Your postpaid customer are distress by your inappropriate charge of bills and you don't solve the complain even after 20 days of raising complaint. Such a pathetic service. RIP to your cmpany mangmt work
