    My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Even after 48hours if your system is not able to resolve the issue, mean your system is in very poor state. I might think of shifting the operator.

    @JioCare @Vickey4003 JioFiber has one of the worst customer service experiences. Constant refund delays, endless excuses, and no clear resolution. Customers are forced to keep waiting while their money is held back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.@JioCare

    @JioCare I fed up complaining about low network even if I have 5g network and it's been a month @JioCare failed to resolve my issue. Finally I decide to switch to other network.

    Pathetic service & false promises by @reliancejio Sales guy promised a Free Try & Buy" connection with free shifting. Charged ₹807,but now denying a refund & refusing to shift my connection.They activated my line using a pre-existing Outdoor Unit (ODU) connector at my old place

    @JioCare Surprising priorities @JioCare — teams are available within minutes to install a NEW connection, but after-sales support takes days to fix an existing customer’s outage. Getting new customers shouldn’t be easier than taking care of customers who have already trusted & paid you.
