    My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare My Jio Wi-Fi hasn't been working since the day before yesterday. Customer care said it would be fixed by 12:30 AM yesterday, but it still hasn't been resolved; only a red light is blinking on the device.

    @JioCare It’s a regular now, engineer visits gets postponed automatically and one week in every month, m paying rental to Jio for using the service, SR No: SR0000383GJL

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber installation is delayed, no technician visit, no clear communication, and no resolution. Taking orders is easy, but customer service is non-existent. Extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare Listen I’m stuck in this loop only. The issue here is technician is not visiting since the past 10 days. Don’t just schedule mark it on a priority basis and do escalate it on higher team. You have just scheduled it. This is not the solution
