My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

@JioCare your customer care executive gave me wrong information and she has got attitude disconnected the call on my face when I was still talking. Pathetic. It's time to port again.

@JioCare Whenever i am asking any questions she is not responding well manner. Finally i asked to transfer the call to floor manager- she said we are doing WFH i will not transfer. This type of attitude is not having intentions to resolve the customers issue.

@JioCare my connection 1243541510 is not working since past 24 hrs. I keep getting messages extending the restoration time. How long do we have to wait ...We are unable to work and this is creating a major problem for us

@JioCare @reliancejio I shifted to this location and your 4G service is worst than 2G. Network is showing only 1 bar and internet speed is max 2 kbps.
