    My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Only one sim use by me. All nos given to your 198 costumor care dept is true with date and time. Surprise to see your response and resolution that seem we talk lie request to @DoT_India please talk corrective action against @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 10 hours and I still dont have internet. Except for the usual automated response, I havent gotten any real action until now. I need this working tomorrow for my work. Hopeless service! Its time to switch to @reliancejio or @Airtel_Presence after 6 years

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber connectionOrder Number NO0000JWP4YW Payment done on 3/1/22 but no installation yet. Technician come and put my order on hold without giving me the information.its been 3 days no action. horrible experience with jiofibre team they behave very rudely

    Low network from morning on Jio SIM so Difficulty in accessing internet, Myjio application checked my phone's settings they were all ok so it suggested me to have a chat with them without internet/network! Wow what a service 😑 @reliancejio

    @JioCare really disappointed with your customer service, there is no possible way through which i can talk to your customer executive. I want the activation details of my sim card number and all i am getting is system generated mails from your end. This is really annoying
