My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

@JioCare As per the SR, the issue will be resolved by 28th. This means I need to wait for an issue to get resolved from 4th (when I first raised the case) till 28th.. is this new normal?

I think @reliancejio /@JioCare had decided to insist users to recharge more add-ons . Many jio users facing same problem right now as I heard same from some of my friends.

@Anubhav33000967 "Network services" does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...
