    @reliancejio @JioCare MF Jio is not able fix just a small problem since 5 days. They just ask to schedule appointment with 3rd class local engineer. Never use Jio Fiber. Their service are pathetic. Bs ek simple problem- Pol pr Box thik karne me 5 se jada din lg rahe.5+ counting

    @JioCare by when my jio home setup will be installed? The guy who did kyc after payment, he is not picking up the call and technician saying he doesn't have device and jio customer support ivr not connecting to human support. Order Number NO0001EF7MGW

    @JioCare I have attached a screenshot as proof. I raised my complaint on 18 June, but it was only resolved on 23 June. I am extremely disappointed with your service.

    @JioCare We have been facing Internet issue for the last 12days. Today also there was no network from the morning. Just now it came but it will go down again soon. Atleast tell us the reason behind internet shutdown. The entire Nandapur block in Koraput has been affected.

    Congratulations @JioCare. You successfully created 5 service requests, closed all of them, replied with dozens of template messages, and still couldn't process a refund after 57 days. That's an impressive level of incompetence.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber No. 7004762402 was down from 17–24 June due to an issue from your end. I was promised an 8-day validity extension, and your support confirmed it twice after the issue was resolved, but it was never added.

    @reliancejio @JioCareDear Jio I’ve been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever there’s even a brief power outage Why does 5G disappear so easily? Im paying for an expensive recharge but Im not getting a stable 5G experience
