My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

@reliancejio Now the company has a strong customer base so they are neglecting the customer service i guess , its been more than 48 hours of filing a complaint regarding fiber issues customer care scheduled appointment for 21st jan 5:6Pm and its 23 jan and no Engineer visit yet.
