  @reliancejio @JioCare it's been 6 months, 5G dur ki baat he, 4G bhi nhi chal rha, kabhi bhi network chale jatey hai apne aap, or daily ye hota he If you can't handle customers & regions then tell us we will shift to another network, It's 2026 & we r not even getting decent 4G

  @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

  @JioCare Since last 3-4 days, jio fiber is working so poorly. I have to WFH, and I need proper internet. Even after doing a high speed internet recharge, I am facing issue with consistent connection. It's getting disrupted every now and then. WTH is happening? Please look into

  @JioCare I need customer care to call me or give me their number, there is no direct call number mentioned, pathetic services, I need technician to visit my place ASAP. Everything in India is growing worse even after paying for things.
