@JioCare No, I tried reach out to customer support and they said that I can’t use this pack now and I will be able to use it only when my existing plan of Jio get expired. This is not acceptable. If I have recharged now, I should be able to make call right away.

@JioCare What is ur concerned team doing? Why I hv to wait for so long? Sending an engineer is taking ages. Always same statement being shared that you are working on it. U also know ur service is disgusting. R u sending someone from Mars to get this fixed? @reliancejio @JioCare
