My Jio payment bank no - 8619896581 Already tried to complain at your concern department with ticket id SR2628496946. But issue not resolved. I got mail that issue resolve but still my issue is not resolve. @reliancejio @JioCare @RBI @jagograhakjago

If U R not in position to provide hassle free services, Plz refund our Deposited Security Amount Rs.1200/ immediate as we take a Net Connection with other BroadbandServices ie. @reliancejio @JioCare . As Ur Staffs R not serious. We R old customer of yr Company but U failed.

@JioCare Jiofiber is giving at router 120mbos not claimed 150 Mbps and service is no where like Hathway in case of net disruption- so you are Hathway- not Hathway+.Wrongly positioned

@JioCare JioFibre seems to be down from yesterday 21:00 hrs onwards. As per JioFibre Whatsapp chat it was supposed to be active by 2:40 hrs today. Still unable to browse internet. Live lectures to start after an hour, can @reliancejio fix this issue within an hour?

@JioCare I have not received refund of 1500 after disconnecting jiofiber.. it's been more than a month.. there seems to be no number I can follow up with .. poor service.. disappointing.. pls resolve

@JioCare its sad to me to tell that jio network now a days has failed to provide best service in my location i mailed to company maybe 9 times within two month but company operator do jot solve my problem regarding network issue Data network is very dull patgetic
