    @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber has been down since Friday. Your app shows 'We will inform you asap' nothing more than that. I pay in advance to get smooth internet connectivity. Now I need a refund or an extra 4 days of internet in my JioFiber. JioFixedID: +91-2758359823

    @JioCare Paid ₹2500, got receipt ₹2222. ₹278 taken without bill. Staff refused and threatened to cancel the connection. Installation done. Complaint raised with DoT & NCH. Need refund & action ASAP.

    @JioFiber @JioCare My internet has not been working for the past 4 days. I’ve tried raising multiple complaints, but every time I only get automated AI/chat respons no real customer support executive is available. This is extremely frustrating as I rely on this connection daily.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service. I applied for Airtel WiFi, completed all KYC and formalities, and paid ₹1500. Installation was promised yesterday, but now there is no response and calls are not being answered. Very bad @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare There is no update at all.. and team is saying there is no complaint registered .. is this a joke 12 days all area impacted systems showing outage and saying no complaint registered.. they are not seeing calls details .. chat and X post is this a joke Reliance Jio
