    @JioCare That is not the my raised issue; my concern is that when the service engineer was supposed to resolve my problem today (09.08.26), why was it postponed to tomorrow without my consent ? Why was I forced to endure another 24 hours of distress ?

    Don’t use Jio SIM. The network service is getting worse day by day. Extremely poor connectivity and unreliable internet service. Very disappointing! 📶 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio Fibre is pathetic service. My internet is down from 7 days. No one is checking when I reach out all I get is automated message.

    @JioCare @reliancejio and they put my service request back on assigning engineer mode. Even the government system works faster than them. Jio Fiber, drown in a small puddle of water.
