I have ordered a jio post paid Sim from my jio app. But I changed my mind and now I have to cancel the order but there is no any option to cancel. I aslo called to jio customer care but they are unable to cancel that. What I do I m totally confused?????? @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Till now not attended to fix Jio Fibre internet problem at home. Tkt# SR000014HWI7. We replaced ACT to Jio thinking you will attend cases quickly. But disappointed. My daughter's exam preparation is affected. Hope the technician reach us instantly to fix da prob.
