@JioCare services barred even after payment and emailed to cs team.. why no response from 198/199 as they have nothing to escalate or handle queries to restart services asking to wait and write email .. impacting business badly due to poor response.

@JioCare, I want to close my Jiofiber connection but i am not getting support from Jio. As there AI based Helpline chats and there is no option to select Account closure. When i called the person who gave me connection he said you have to raise request online only. Kindly help me

@JioCare @Uppolice @reliancejio got a call from +91-7318202371 (Mr Rajkumar) regarding my jio number query, and he asked me to install Team Viewer in the name of quick support. When I confronted him about the app being a remote access app, he disconnected the call. Fraudulent. Help
