@jiocare @reliancejio Take back your router, I want to close jio fibre connection, As internet is not working since 16 July morning, and no one is visiting to fix it, and customer care is making fool by saying engineer will come in 2 hrs every time I contact them.

@JioCare Outgoing calls from my father's number are turned off from the last 4 days. All bills paid nothing pending. The 199 number is as useful as asking a goldfish to slove algebra. Can you help?

@kumar_alok20 Our hope doesn't matter to them. They just do what they want. Even I was suffering from same but finally I ported out to Jio and now I am happy AF. I would suggest if you going to port out try Jio once you won't regret. @JioCare will help you out like they helped me out

@JioCare I have been trying to contact the jio customer care executive for so long but there is no option available to do so. I have recharged my jio fiber account twice but still it's showing no active plan . Kindly help asap .
