    Hi @JioCare I'm experiencing poor network connectivity at Gera World of Joy, Kharadi–Ubale Nagar, Pune. The network is very weak both indoors and outdoors. Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is extremely slow. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. #Pune

    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM on 12 Apr 2026 (Order ID: NO00015D4MQJ). Never delivered. No refund in 3+ months. Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?

    @JioCare @reliancejio How much more are you going to exploit customers, Apart from sending recharge reminders and making port cancellation calls, try improving your actual service. You're already charging enough across India,now it's time to deliver the quality customers deserve.

    @JioCare JioFibre Internet issue from the morning , no engineer visits till now . Still waiting without internet. Worst service. Customer Care said we cannot do anything you need to wait.

    @JioCare request, investigate with the concerned technician and verify your installation, pickup, and service records. I have been explaining the same facts for over a year, yet no one has properly recorded or verified my complaint. This clearly reflects poor record management (2/4)

    @JioCare It has been one and a half hours since you suggested I will receive SMS with the engineer visit details. I have still not received anything. Note that the original engineer visit time as per service request ticket was 10 AM this morning.
