  @JioCare Internet on Jiofiber not working for last more than 3 days on my Jio fibre ID 400123047216 and 400123038685. Repeated emails and calls made on jiofiber care but not attended so far. Please attend immediately. There is no provision for making service request on Jio app.

  @reliancejio The official in Mira Road are very complacent and customers have to suffer due to same...have been requesting for jip Fibre connection since last week but no action...they make false commitments which shows your brand in poor light...unhappy and dissatisfied with the service ..

  It looks like Jio service is getting day by day poor @reliancejio @JioCare everyday there is new issue either network is not coming or internet is not working but at end of subscription you are forcing customer to recharge @reliancegroup
