    @JioCare Had placed a request for termination of Jio Fiber connection in January. Request still not processed. Also, billing hasn’t stopped despite termination of connection. Never seen a more incompetent & pathetic customer service in all these years!

    @JioCare my # 7710969290 has been upgraded from 199 to 399 plus post paid but i have not been given OTT platforms as per the plan. Your cal centre do not reply and solve the issue i have complained on 4th june kindly solve

    @JioCare I am regular user of jio postpaid plus.. Usual monthly bill would be 470 inr something But how and why I got 860 inr this month.. Trying to call on customer care call getting disconnected
