Outside the house and on terrace/roof - Network works perfectly fine. So the issue is only inside my duplex house.

Manan Puri (@mananpuri04) reported@JioCare and I responded. Nothing from your end post that. In fact, now I have close to 20 residents within one block who would plan to switch from jio because of the shoddy service and worse complaint resolution mechanism.

Jeeseess (@AArupesh) reported@JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the 349 plan over 24 hours ago to reactivate my SIM, but it still shows No Service. I have restarted my phone and even tried the SIM in another device, but there is still no network. I am unable to receive OTPs or use any services.

Pratik Kumar Patel (@PrtikKmarPtel1) reported@JioCare My Jio SIM was previously used in a smartphone. I've now inserted it into a JioBharat phone, but JioBharat recharge plans still don't appear.
