We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.

I am surprised that engineer has such guts that he picks the calls and never reply. In some cases never picks the call even where the call is reputed through Jio call Center.

Pranjal Jain (@mpranjaljain) reported@JioCare Please don't give SOP answers. The service engineer is not willing to come and the schedule keeps changing everyday. It now 6th day since issue occurred. He is saying they are being told to only focus on air fibre request and don't have bandwidth.

After four hrs when I checked my acccount to see if anyone is assgned or not. To the surprise it is shwoing appointmnet missed. I have not been contacted by anyone from JIO for the same.
