  Hello Jio, what is going on? Recharges are expensive and the network is very slow. On top of that, you start sending reminders four days before the recharge even expires. Fix the network first, or else I will have to leave Jio and switch to Airtel. ,@JioCare ,@reliancejio

  Your 5G service has been extremely slow and practicaly unusable for the past 1 week.I’ve attached the details for reference. Airtel is performing much better.If Jio doesn’t fix this issue immediately,I’ll have no reason to stay and will port out. Fix your 5G @JioCare

  Borivali's jio fibre @JioCare is the number one corrupt one they ask for extra money and when not given they will just forward our services every other day if the service is so worse in city like mumbai I don't know what will jio provide in future to other cities @reliancejio

  @JioCare @jio_fiber - Ur Staffs are so lazy and unresponsive. I had book the appointment for reinstallation on 9 August, But still after calling so many times, noone came to install Jio fiber connection to my ew home. It's so pathetic. Complaint number - SR003OSIT
