    @JioCare @JioCare above chat history with daily message issue will be resolved but no technician has visited my place and no movement has happened. You take money and offer no service. What you expect from me. Either resolve the issue immediately by today or issue a refund.

    @JioCare Hi Team, I didn’t not raise the ticket for specific outage. I raised a ticket for overall issues continuously happening with connection drops and power failures at junctions. I had asked for engineer to visit.. not sit at his home and close ticket.
