It took almost 24 hrs for @JioCare to restore the broadband in #hiranandanigardenspowai but the good part was they kept you updated so you didn’t feel totally helpless, which i how one usually feels when dealing with utility service providers

@Airtel_Presence Airtel has become the worst network now. Without solving the complaint they send a message UR problem is resolved. If u can’t even send one engineer to recheck the site then what sort of team airtel is having. It’s been 7 months since the complaint has been raised @reliancejio

@JioCare what a worst service ! Try to connect via jio application but all of assistant is busy from yesterday ! I am a jio fiber customer and my jio call is not working since installation ! Where to complain ? Anyone is there to resolve issue or busy to make new customer only ?
