    @JioCare I have mentioned the issue in details in the chat , however i would like to make it public that the service being provided by jio fiber needs to improve a lot . Already it took one day , but there be no extension in number of days after the exact minute of plan expiration.

    @JioCare can't access @IRCTCofficial and other related web/app using your jiofiber wifi. However via mobile data I can access. Can you resolve the issue at the earliest ?

    If I buy a brand new #iPhone14 with only #eSIM support and a brand new phone number in #India, how do I insert this number in my new phone? Do new phone numbers & SIM card packages come with a scannable QR code inside it along with physical SIM card? @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    My jio sim is not working since yesterday evening. I couldn’t make any calls or texts. But there is network. Please fix the asap. Even I couldn’t complete the bank transfers without the OTP texts. @JioCare @reliancejio @itisprashanth I know others are also having the same problem

    @reliancejio Here only siti cable is available worst service and they are doing monopoly becouse only 1 fiber available in our area, you should be here and we 200 plus and more family take your connection

    @reliancejio Hello! This is in ref to a complaint that was raised on 14/09/2022 by my friend. He has been without the WiFi connection since then. Not only did he receive false hopes from customer service, his number is now put in the "reject list". Kindly get back. 🙏🏼
