    @JioCare Its more thn a wk time, my problems are not resolved,Nw w hv requested for disconnection & refund, ur sales person is telling to contact jio service center, when we call jio service center they always perform some kind of troubleshooting & not at all allowing us to disconnect...

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I am from Krishnaganj, Krishnapur(West), Nadia, West Bengal, Pin - 741509. I am facing poor network connectivity/speed from last 5-6 months. I am trying to contact with customer services many time but my issue was not solved till now.

    @reliancejio one of the worst service provider from last 1.5 month trying to get jio fibre connection in Kolkata’s prime location but executives r saying fibre connection cannot be provided in the locality but all the buildings surrounding locality has fibre connection. Why so

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to get jio fiber in my area and my area is eligible to get jio fiber after calling several time to jio executive they are not helping me to get jio fiber it's like they didn't care Really this is the worst service by 😡😡

    I'm here to tell you about never install "jio fiber wifi" it has the worst network.they claim 40mbps but I just got 80 to 90 kbps! It's look like they make us fool. In starting it works good but after 1 week it shows the dark side of jio. @reliancejio @ConsumerReports #JioFiber
