    @JioCare I checked and received only 3315.56 INR but i have paid full 12917 At the time of installation from March and it's only covered service for 4 months i.e till June i paid 4748 and i should be get rest of it right? I clearly mentioned to provide price break up of refund. Whr isit

    @JioCare @Trai @DoT_India Now it has been more than 30days. First I was told that I'll get refund by 2nd August then said to wait till 25th August. Now saying to wait till 31st August. Create tickets with no response later and when I complaint do the same process and waste time.

    Asked for calculation how this refund was arrived at. They can't tell u that. Reach out to them, automated response with a request to wait while they work on issue. More than a month has gone. No update. PATHETIC in the name of jio @reliancegroup @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio SR00001DELL5 complaint raised on 24 August. No resolution yet #jio plz help. Customer support said will send engineer on 25 August. But no one visited #reliancejio
