    @reliancejio one of the worst experience at Matunga King circle, Mumbai outlet. Request for a esim it’s more then 8hrs and still the connection has not started. After 3 rounds at jio store all o get to know is Esim server is down. #Bad #experience

    @reliancejio It's Been more than 2 years I have complained so many times to the jio operator's about the network related issues at our location but sadly I have not seen any improvement in the network connectivity. So at last I have ported to @airtelindia and till date I have not faced issues

    @reliancejio @JioCare I spoke to your supervisor Ravinder Singh chauhan from Gujarat and he was sarcastic and was not at all willing to resolve my issue. Please learn some customer service skills. Is this the way you treat your consumers ?

    @JioCare Till the date I can't use mobile internet. Your store people's also not ready to help on this ..what to do for this how can fix the issue ??morethan 15 days crossed till now there is no response

    @JioCare Don't gave me copy paste answer ok...please tell me expected date..always give same copy paste answer...AIRTEL already launch 5g services....or else I will port to AIRTEL..tell me process...very slow process network...I will port out

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with Jio customer service team as I am not being assisted with my issue I am facing. I was on a chat with Jio advisor and the chat was disconnected, I spoke to 3 advisors for the same issue issue 2 of them disconnected the call.

    @JioCare it has been 4 days since I upgraded my plan and your servicemen haven't been able to install the STB. Pathetic service here in Bhopal. Haven't seen such a confused bunch of customer service agents as well as engineers.
