@JioCare Really amazing to know that service centre need to know from customer the exact date and time and name of the person to whom I interacted for booking. 99% of customer never remember after 3 months. This is just to discourage any processing of complaint.However I shared it in DM

@reliancejio I have DMed the details. But it's NOT just internet connectivity issue - it's poor call quality, frequent call drops, inability to make calls without dialling multiple times. Your team just does a sham investigation and says we're updating our network continuously.
