@reliancejio Very sad state of affairs for Jiofiber. Out of 30 day free trial 12 days connection is not working and worst not fixed as well, before the product customer service has been tested, thanks for the poor support!

@JioCare useless piece of **** you guys are !! My internet is down since 14-12-21 .... You dont even care to resolve it , neither technician nor a call has been made by you guys .... Take this router **** back ....gonna replace it with airtel soon i get back to home.

@Sudarshan_Mlth @Ramsubra99 jiocare volunteered to help, so i'm trying to speak with them to understand their solutions. as someone pointed out, indian villas with concrete and brick walls impede transmission, so this must be a problem lots of people face.

@reliancejio @VittalGopal @vodafonein1 Almost 400 families already residing in HABITAT Sec-99A, Gurgaon from almost 2 years, but the mobile networks of all the above companies are very pathetic, we are regularly raising this issue with all the above, no resolution till date.
