@reliancejio I have worded with your customer care, they are doing only time buying excercise, they don't have little information about the issue and updates. They simply says, "we will try to resolve next 24 hour". Please fix your clock. 8860250580

Internet A basic need, and even more since the pandemic had started. How one is supposed to do office work with such poor Internet @airtelindia and @reliancejio ? Had to recharge both my sims but none of them work these days. Please fix your poor internet, a humble request.

@JioCare Any update on SR000018PMAQ ??.... @TRAI @jagograhakjago ..please help, 3 months passed but refund not processed. Still giving excuses in the name of follow-up. I have provided enough info to check through quickly. Still they failed to met customer satisfication.
