I have an @airtelindia copper connection, Airtel now they upgrading to fiber, Instead of changing them in free of cost, my area Airtel salesperson disconnected my connection wantedly for a week & compelling me to take new connection, Airtel sucks. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio If you are looking to get a new fiber connection, just go for airtel fiber @airtelindia . Don't go for jio fiber @JioCare by mistake also. 12 days since jio connection disconnected, no one is bothering from their side to restore it. Just go for airtel as their service is best.

@JioCare I shared all required details on DM but nobody from Jio Team bothered to reply! It’s extremely poor customer service. The behaviour of your WhatsApp support executive is appalling! He has given in writing that 10Mbps is great speed and no faster speed is required! Please enquire
