    @JioCare Every call to 198 ends with "2–3 hours." It's been 4 days and the issue still exists. Why are customers repeatedly given inaccurate restoration timelines? @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Your customer care is saying the same for more than 14 days now, and lot of escalations made and you just need to loot people money, WASTE customer care centre and WORST service support.

    Paid ₹999 to MyJio for a plan that includes JioHotstar, but even after 2–3 weeks the subscription is still not activated. Stop redirecting me to Hotstar support—I paid Jio, so Jio is responsible for resolving this.@JioCare @TRAI @JioHotstar
