    Mind-blowingly terrible service. Mobile data network is functioning like a dead tortoise and MyJio app seems futile - the AI detecting cause of slow Internet isn't working and I just cannot connect with customer service. Been trying for days! Pls do needful. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Seriously you guys have worst network. I have raised several complaints about weak network and connectivity issue still issue has not been resolved. Worst part is your poor customer service executives. Very poor

    @reliancejio is so poor in connection... I lose network in a very critical time forced to switch to airtel..

    Still no progress.speed is pathetic even I am not able to login my office laptop.I got the response from @JioCare in the DM saying we are experiencing temporary network issue at your location will fix it ASAP but no progress till now.
