    @JioCare Hi I was finally able to get help from the person who had installed my Jio Fiber connection as the customer care number and chat did not work.

    @iSaumya @DishTV_India @reliancejio I did the same too. The best part was dismantling the antennae that renders the perfect place for birds and pigeons siting on it and littering it with their occasional bird droppings. The other thing is, on a rainy or stormy day, there is no transponder signal which now is a past

    I face invalid login problem in #jiomart app , i contact the coustmercare but it was the worst customer service .It said press 6 for contact to our customers care executive but whenever i press the number it's cant response to any input. @JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio

    @airtelindia you guys are in delusion,u cant beat @reliancejio . Worst service, i took xtreme fibre cnnction yesterday n today its not working.same with sim...net always cries😤

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst Customer support. No direct helpline no. to report issue. The incapable whatsapp chat system doesn't work,Every time it says our advisors are busy. The speed and service of jiofiber has gone to gutter. Solve the issue aur take this stupid sys back.#jio

    @JioCare However my plan got wasted for more than a week when the connection was not working. I believe I should be getting extended validity for this month's plan to account for the connection failure from your end.
