    @JioCare My Set Top box was blocked. I even called customer support and raised the ticket. Still no agent reached my home to see what is the issue.

    @JioCare I was interested in jio fibre. I even got recharge. But due to your bad customer support and delay in installation. I decided to cancel it. At least give me customer support in refunding my money back #Customer supportdomatter
