    @JioCare Do you have any unimaginable ideas to make things good for us ? The connectivity goes down at 4:40 pm on 13-11-22 and now the sms received from JIO says that it shall be restored by 4:40 pm om 15-11-22 Which means no connectivity for 48 hours ??

    Customer care on jio app is worse that are giving same reply every time for last 13 days that we have escalated the issue and will definitely be resolved by tomorrow but nothings happens. Worst customer care Sevice, kindly look into it @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @reliancejio @JioCare without customers knowledge they are changing from prepaid to postpaid #JioFiber services and now not answering calls. zero customer support. Mr.Ravi mob number 9370950637 shud be taught a good lesson in customer relations.

    @reliancejio you sold me an enterprise connection,promised a ton of benefits and now i have no way to avail these offers. digital first membership. You have the most horrible customer service.I am going to use the recorded calls to show my team how not to provide customer service

    @JioCare @reliancejio had received a message from Jio that 5G services have been enabled on my number .5G not working, working on my parents phone, I have 5G enabled phone. Had contacted customer care in the morning, they said services will be enabled in 1 hr, still not activated

    @JioCare How come I receive message that my issue has been addressed that too many times when no one shows up and your customer care representatives also tells the same story without doing anything. Also kindly look into this is pending for two weeks

    @JioCare Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID 2231400802 in your area. Please be rest assured that our team is constantly working to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 15-11-2022 04:40 PM

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup its been 2 months my issue was not resolved.Reached out to appellate multiple times through email since 2 months yet didn’t receive any positive response/help from jio Fiber team/jio. Jio Fiber is giving me a lot of mental pressure. #JioFiber
