    @JioCare Alternative number was provided two days ago on 24 hour helpline. Engineer visit was scheduled on June 11 between 4-5 pm. After that, the status on MyJio App kept pushing the deadline further - from resolution of issue by 10.12 p.m. on June 11, around 10.15, it was shifted

    @JioCare Cancelled my JioAirFiber booking (LR000014ZKDU) but the refund of ₹2221.46 is still pending since April. Your team gave assurances, but no money credited yet. I have now lodged an official complaint with National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 9487781). Resolve this ASAP!

    @JioCare Dear Jio Fiber Team, I got a new Jio Fiber connection around 20 days ago. Since the day of installation, the internet speed has been extremely slow, especially every evening from 7 PM onwards. At that time, the connection becomes almost unusable.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Worst experience with AirFiber! Constant network issues, no stable connection, and customer care doesn't even answer calls. Paying for a service that doesn't work. Pathetic support and unacceptable service. Resolve this immediately! #AirFiber @TRAI

    @JioCare This is happening from 3 days... That's what I have wrote ... Got a call from jiocare they scheduled a appointment and then it is getting rescheduled automatically.. engineer never picks call.. Internet not working means ... No wifi, tv n landline phone. Pathetic
