  @JioCare Its been over 12hours . The issue havent been resolved. We are still without the JIOFIBER which cuts down our jio setbox and jio calling also . Current state is really disappointing and unacceptable that JIO IS UNABLE TO FULFILL THE SAID COMMITMENT.

  Jiofiber is not working since 2 days and service request Id SR000015DZQX was closed without even working. No one called or visited and SR closed! How can you do that? Got it reopened. Request those reading this message think twice before choosing jiofiber. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio it is time to take the online classes and you are the only network which i use . but facing lot of trouble due to the network going out during the classes please fix it. the jio tower is just 400 meter away from my house.

  @JioCare I am facing issue to access mobile data, network is 4G but speed I am getting is very less it is in Kbps, only one operator in my village and many user voice quality is poor
