@JioCare I surrendered jio fibre connection due to extremely poor service. I had provided Rs. 4500 as refundable security. Router and set top box has been picked up by technician in fully working condition. However, I got refund of only Rs. 2700. Sending emails but no response

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio network with just one bar network and slow internet speed after 10pm ? why is it so? Are we buying recharge plans so that we can use it only till 10pm? I have my works to be done where i need internet connectivity and jio has its worst network after 10pm
