ckspeaks (@GumshudaLaunda) reported@JioCare Now I called the customer care, and they replaced my STB, asked me to clear data of yt, cache and what not. Even after that they're not able to accept that this might be a backend issue and are not creating a ticket for the backend.

They called it 2G Scam. Now what's happening ?

Even basic usage like YouTube/video streaming keeps buffering, and the hotspot is also practically unusable. I’ve already raised the issue multiple times, but no proper solution has been provided yet. @JioCare
