    Still no response after days. Customer care is unreachable,chat is only a bot, and the local team keeps giving false assurances. This has affected my work and has been my worst customer service experience. Please escalate this immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber (2/2)

    @JioCare Please don't get jio service..they are. Playing with customers...agents are rude on call..no one Is raising complaint

    @JioCare This is clearly understood that you guys are not following either the issue or these post for clear n complete info. The services were never taken and cancelled beforehand, partial refund of 3437.46 is credited and balance 807 is pending. Hope this clears, now refund ASAP.

    Hey @JioCare, it’s been 15+ hours since I raised SR: SR00002MA1IQ, and still no field engineer has been assigned to fix the damaged cable. The visit slot has already passed with no update. My official work is severely impacted. Please escalate and resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

    @reliancejio As I complained, now jio sent me a message that service request will be resolved after 48 hours. What a bad attitude and service.
