Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@JioCare Team, Services on JioFiber Service ID 300862135755 have been suspended. I was told local engineer would be visiting to collect Modem and Set top box but it didn’t happened,more than a week now.

@reliancejio I have been wanting to lodge complaint for slow speed of internet , I have been given three numbers but of no use, either the IVR doesn’t take you to the right number or the customer service shares some number which takes you to IVR. Pathetic service indeed.

@JioCare Fiber no. 1353576723 My internet not working from 1 auguest, complaint on 1 aug, 2aug, on 3aug they say in 4 aug 9-10am engineer will visit. Where is engineer? I will still wait & talking to CC normally.. but resolution.
