    @AdityaS84073006 @reliancejio I ported from jio to airtel. Jio signal was also poor in my location. Earlier airtel was good. But in last few months it has become a headache

    @reliancejio Bought Apple Watch cellular version and not able to use cellular features, this the error msg that pops up.. Jio customer care has no idea how to fix it.. Jio store staff have no clue... is there someone who can resolve the issue

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio if someone mobile number is registered in bank & in other services then how can you allot someone mobile number to others? You mentioned it in your policy / or told to customer before sell sim card??

    @reliancejio if my extender is not working then how many stores and service centre i need to visit to get it replaced & when i want refund of my 6 months advance back due to non service, then customer care reply, it’s against our policy to refund money and customer ends in vein.

    @JioCare last time your wngineer confirmed was on Monday/Tuesday. Didnt come, never picked my call. Again called me today in the first half of the day, confirmed will come in an hour or two, hasnt arrived yet, neither is picking up my phone. #jio #jiofibre @TRAI @reliancejio
