@JioCare I have recharged my no. today with ₹251 work from home pack but it is not showing in my active plan and also it is not showing in recharge history although it was a successful recharge. Need more data ASAP but due to this issue don't know what to do. Help ASAP.

@JioCare That never helped! your ppl simply responded with default msg, “as we checked, the signal strength in the mentioned location is good. Kindly try using the mobile at different location”. I just changed service provider instead of changing my location. Period!

@JioCare the internet speed you are providing really sucks , besides 4g in Udhampur I can't even browse regular pages on my browser. Do something otherwise switching to other service provider.The 4g service here is worse than 2g.

@JioCare I’m not asking to transfer to another number, asking you how to change to the 599 plan, it’s really unfair and felt cheated. You should help the customers instead of saying sorry.
