@reliancejio wifi router plan- Rs 699- 100 mbps speed. Since 4 months facing connectivity issues need technician to come every 2 weeks. I wanted a change in box or cancelation. Jio customer care service asked me to increase my plan to Rs 999 only then will my box be changed!
