Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@nitinjauhari @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

I think @reliancejio should give rural and urban data plans , as u take money same for both areas and provide good network only in urban areas is really not justice with the poor rural people's . Think of it seriously. #
