Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

So @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber there is no way to cancel my order and seek a refund which was guaranteed. Jio technician came Network strength deplorable beyond 10 feet. I want my order cancelled MERVYN kindly get it done as 18008969999 that was suggested has no option to do this
