Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

We used @reliancejio to pay for a yearly subscription to @PrimeVideoIN. When requested to activate the plan today, Jio demanded an additional 1,000 payment. We chose to terminate the membership right away because we hadn't been informed. On that, @reliancejio refused to refund.

@JioCare No problame. I can take another no from other telecome operator. Jio service is good but some store/retailer have very bad performance & Bad behaviour with there Customers.

@JioCare hello jio fiber support team. Multiple times your team rescheduled for device collection but No luck... I called multiple time customer care as usual waste of time. Finally handover device jio showroom. No acknowledge. Believe deposit 4500/- will come.. pl respond

@JioCare Its not the 1s time we are facing this issue, its a constant thing from Jio. Even in evening its very difficult to connect to the network even if the network speed show good connectivity, sometimes even you can't make/receive any call. Some serious upgradation is needed fr sure

@reliancejio Hello i have called jio many times i have requested for broadband on jio app but jio is not giving broadband line even after repeated request please solve this problem soon.
