    @JioCare No revert so far. Social media team seems to be busy enough to reply to customers. Sales done. Money received. Customer distressed. Good plan 👍

    @reliancejio wifi router plan- Rs 699- 100 mbps speed. Since 4 months facing connectivity issues need technician to come every 2 weeks. I wanted a change in box or cancelation. Jio customer care service asked me to increase my plan to Rs 999 only then will my box be changed!

    @reliancejio pissed off with the way customer complaints wrt #jiofiber are catered. My work is completely hampered from past 2 days and no one is there to solve the issue of damaged fiber line. Worst experience #RelianceJio #customerfeedback
