@reliancejio is sending me bill for my postpaid number which i hav converted to prepaid recently but there is no option to pay the bill online/offline. @JioCare does not have any idea. They don't even talk properly. Disconnect call without any solution. #worstjio #patheticjio

@reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Jio Fibernet service as slow as their internet speed. Their service numbers are of not of use,Available only for recharge. Airtel is better atleast they respond when we reach out to them.

@JioCare For the 3rd time in last 1.5 months I don't have internet again. This is terrible. In the month of Dec 2020, I lost 10 days without connectivity. And again in Jan, 2021 I'm here without internet. I need quick resolution and extension of service for 10 days lost in Dec.

@JioCare @trai @reliancejio I did mentioned just stop fooling #jio Customers, which Jio has doing to us since 2+ years if you really want to prove yourself by improving #Network just pull out our old complaints data & try to help by solving the issue Well we know it's never going 2 happen
