Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@reliancejio Got jio fiber today. Had a terrible experience with it. Many major services like Twitter, Reddit, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart are not accessible somehow. Only YouTube and WhatsApp and other few apps seem to be working fine. It's blocking requests for no reason.

@reliancejio i believe it time to shift form jio to Airtel day by day your service is becoming worst let user use 100% with full speed why dropping speed and after 50% total poor network and with extra adon also not using extra data poor algorithm very poor

Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.
