    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    Day 8 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

    @JioCare The technician assign (9231422752 orde NO0001FAPKJY ) is now being extremely rude . After 10+ calls today, he told me: "Don't call me,I won't answer your calls." 14 days with NO device, No internet with false solution,and now customer harassment! Action needed now! @reliancejio

    Hello @JioCare your Vastrapur, Ahmedabad centre is totally useless. I registered complaint before 10 days. But no-one came. I visited the store 3 times but still its pending. You are loosing the reputation. Improve your service else take back your setup box😡 @reliancejio

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your support team is completely missing the point I’m asking why JioAirFiber installation is not being done in my area, but your team is replying about refunds and failed payments Refund is NOT the issue.Installation is Please understand the complaint @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
