  @JioCare I ported out to jio and from very first month bill is generated with wrong address, I hv reported but CSE said, currently service is not available for address correction plz call us after 1month, now it's been 5 month and today I called, they r saying the same

  @JioCare My service# SR000013ZJA5 has been logged on 12feb and still not resolved. Device surrender due to relocation and after waiting for 3 days no one collected. Do you expect person to wait for 3 weeks and then relocate. Customer care not able to resolve issue.

  @JioCare I'm waiting on the Jio Fiber connection which I signed up for a week ago through the official website. Called a helpline number but the issue hasn't been solved yet. Very disappointed with your service as I relocated and now stuck without WiFi unable to WFH. Please Help!

  @JioCare I raised request to disconnect Jio # on 2nd March. JioCare is giving me different timeline 24 hrs,48 hrs. Its more than 48hrs now.SR0000145SQ0 request number.Even I asked to talk to superior, customer care disconnected the call?Is this your new way of providing service??

  @ritesh_jha_ @reliancejio @JioCare what the hell, my son's maths exam was going on and suddenly the internet services stopped at 9.30 and a msg came fro jio fiber at 9.43 that due to temporary outage your services are impacted. It spoiled my son's maths final exam.

  @HathwayBrdband In which era you are providing service, is it some 100 years back. Does it really takes 24hrs to give connection.Vomeon learn from @ACTFibernet or @reliancejio which gives within 2hrs.
