    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare red light blinking in the fibre box every now n then from day b4 yesterday. in the morning it was ok working fine n thn it goes off again n came back to working again. few mins b4 it was not working,again its working now

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue

    @JioCare need retailer support for prepaid retailers... There is no response from distributor and higher officials
