    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my jio sim with 3GB plan per day. Later I got a message that the payment could be completed so I recharged it again. Then the same plan got activated twice. I have been requesting the customer care to refund the amount.

    Hey @JioCare I am facing a lot of call not connecting issue with my number...when I try to call any1, it automatically gets disconnected, to resolve the issue, I have to switch off my phone and restart again..using postpaid plan, plus vowifi is also creating trouble...

    @reliancejio dear team - my refund for disconnecting JiO fibre is struck since last 2 months - there is no response from any of the teams - please let me know from where I can get my refund back - your service team is very pathetic and works like a government office- sad 😔

    @JioCare Just called customer support and they said ticket status is resolved. Surprisingly no one came and issue got resolved? In reality it's not and i am still facing the issue. Now this is the height of mismanagement and service negligence

    @JioCare My issue of low internet speed has not got resolved inspite of direct message on twitter ,speaking at Jio call centre for a month now.Let me know if it will be resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a silver wifi plan offering 150mbs speed but only getting 30mbps speed for 2 months. What a major let down and the engineer from jio says, router replacement at Reliance takes 1 month, you should book a new one and get a refund. Watta sales tactic!!

    @JioCare Also, please see the actual issue being reported. It's not about NO internet connection all the time, hence even if router is blinking green stable at the moment, that would not be resolution of my complaint. Once again- please go thru my cmplnt b4 askin these questions.
