@JioCare I have DM all my details to get contact with jio official. Also I hope atleast now you have give a proper resolution ( the solid one) or time to get connection for me and 25+ customer in my society. Or if not then I the end I have switch to another other like @airtelindia @BSNLC.

@JioCare 6513559922 my service id,8447045950 is my registered number,i have placed service order for relocation of my jio fibre since 31-03-2023,but they have rescheduled the date four times and still it's did not get relocated yet,today they have given time schedule bw 5-6:30 pm

@reliancejio @JioCare have complained several times for network issue of my jio mobile but nothing has been done so far. Do the subscribers have to live like this or someone will resolve the issue of the customer?

@JioCare Hahaha.. When? Received Mail from your Jio appellate authority that my issue would sort out within 4:30pm, but no one showed up.

@JioCare @SurbhitKumar7 I am also facing many issues with jio.... I am not able to use jio network after evening in Bhangar, south 24 pgs, West Bengal.... This is high time we suffer from the issue .. please look into this matter otherwise we port our sim with any other network

Was using @reliancejio 5g for 3 months without any interruptions,and suddenly since the last 2 days 5g is not working on my phone while the network is available in my area Is it a Bandwidth problem?I have only three 5g bands in my phone Need to Upgrade my Phone & port to Airtel
