    @JioCare It's 4days, still working/wait. It is not expected from brand like Jio. Only big claim, on ground, you are down. In today's time breakdown for 4days means, Just like sarkari,your infra strength is very weak & incompetent. Who will bear the loss for these day?

    @JioCare @reliancejio my cousin jio sim has been closed without any intimation which was linked to everywhere. It was last active in jan 26 as he has moved out of India Now your support staff is forcing him to return for physical verification to reopen same number Pls help

    Dear Jio, on the Live TV Plus app on my set-top box, where I should be able to watch the FIFA World Cup on U8 Sports 1 HD and U8 Sports 2 HD, I can only access DD Madhya Pradesh. This issue is preventing me from watching the tournament. Please fix it as soon as possible. @JioCare

    I am not getting any tracking number from jio and customer care is also unable to update even they cut the call in the middle of the conversation without shorting out the query. Worst service by Jio i requesting never take jio sim because they will not get back to you. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am a jio airfibre customer, but unable to talk with a real person for my queries, Number 18008969999 is the only automated system available. No care for the customer, disappointed, only money matters. @reliancejio

    "Day 6 of no internet! 🤯 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is this how you treat a loyal customer? Your technicians visit changes, do nothing, close tickets with zero resolution. Paying for premium but forced to use mobile data. Fix this immediately #shame moving on to @reliancejio
