    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and Shireen. Already 43days completed. When can I expect the resolution date? small technical issue you are taking months, still not resolved. If any internet issue came in your network it will also take months to resolve? is it fake offer?

    After sending the port message, your customer executive called and I explained the reason continuous call drops for both caller and receiver for months. I was promised it would be fixed, but 3 days later the issue is still the same. Empty promises Fix your network. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely no network in our society. Regency Astra, Baner, Pune. Worst possible service in prime location of Pune. Please look into this matter and repair the network services in this area.

    @JioCare The problem is not at my place but in some external point where the network seems to be down for the past several days. Surely you cannot run a 5G network like this. How can people work? Luckily I have a backup Airtel connection which is working fine.

    @TRAI Look at the dropping standards. Customer service is non existent with @JioCare @reliancejio . Very very bad.

    @JioCare 2 may date of booking Yet 21st may no installation? Is this short duration or too long for ur service? Why it has been taking so longer?
