    @JioCare PLOT TWIST from @JioCare They cancelled my relocation request because - wait for it - I am "NOT INTERESTED". I. Called. Every. Day. For. 10. Days. This is the quality of Jio's support team. Making up closure reasons to bury tickets and keep your advance money. @TRAI this needs attention. #JioFraud

    @JioCare @reliancejio Seriously disappointed with the support. No one has contacted me, yet Jio Care is saying the demo is completed. This is completely unacceptable. I want my refund immediately. I cannot take this kind of stress anymore.

    @ahmedkasif934 @reliancejio @JioCare You disconnected my jio fibre plan, you assured for engineer visit,no one came for deinstallation of suspended jio fibre , No engineer visit,no refund of security deposit of RS 1500, pathetic service,that why people r moving to Airtel n other plan,

    @JioCare after 2 months: - Why was the modem collected? - Why was closure process not explained upfront? How is a customer supposed to know internal procedures which your team failed to disclose?
