I’ve raised multiple complaints, even called support, and got Complaint No. SR00003BU58F Every time I’m told “4–5 hours,” but nothing gets fixed. What’s the point of paying for Unlimited 5G if I can’t access 5G at all?

The assigned visit tech, Shunny Singh, flat out refused to visit, claiming my area "isn't under him." Complete negligence from the ground team. I am paying for a dead connection!

Port out sent suddenly they become interested at 8 am. 2 ported out 2 more in progress. @airtelindia your service is also not great
