    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio why we have to still buy another sim or use postpaid to travel to j&k, isn't J&K is part of India? When we can use same network in whole india without buying a new sim or change to postpaid.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @consumerforum_ The network problem of area 209402 is still prevailing worst for the many days. No network for half a day.After many complaints. It is wonderful that Nobody cares at Navodaya Vidyalaya campus Sarsaul kanpur Nagar unit of jio employees.

    @JioCare My JioFiber is not working since 7am, and all the neighbors whose connections are connected to the same main-tower box are also facing the same issue. I have created a service request using the MyJio app, please fix this issue asap.

    FACING CALLING ISSUES FROM MORE THAN A MONTH I AM UNABLE TO MAKE PHONE CALSS IT SAYS SERVER UNREACHABLE BUT THE NETWORK INDICATOR SHOWS FULL STRENGTH AND IF CALL CONNECTS UNABLE TO LISTEN TO THE PERSON WHO IS CALLING. CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT HELPING @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioFiber slow speed issue - Severe buffering on Youtube even on a 150Mbps connection. Jio Technician says - don't stream 4k on Jiofiber, network is not designed to handle 4k YT streaming. Then marks the visit as 'unvisited', customer care disconnects calls midway. Good service.

    @JioCare I had taken a jio fiber connection since july last year. But now sone jio maintainance people are threating us to cut our connection and because they have some issue in service wire. I have paid the premioum. What a massacre is this. I am in bhadrak locality.
