    @JioCare I called customer care and I have a complaint on a slow internet issue and calling issue they said we can't tell how many months to solve it takes more then 8 months and they tell me to port the sim if you want, I can't expect this from jio, I purchased this sim on launch of jio

    @JioCare I am not asking to do refund process now, I am just asking to tell me how to do refund process , if your engineer won’t come by tomorrow then I will cancel my jioairfiber plan , and I need you to tell me how to cancel unused jioairfiber plan , if required for tomorrow to cancel

    Jai Maharashtra @Keir_Starmer Please fix the internet in your country man! Please apply for @reliancejio and do pay for the 1GBPS plan. Their fiber plans are better than the normal ones. You can also get free JioHotstar, Ahaa, etc. If you opt for 6 month plan, there's no GST.

    @JioCare Your service engineer visited today, however he could not resolve the issue and was constantly asking for the satisfaction code. However, I refused to share the same until the work was done. As a result, I am still struggling to get the connection back. This is really frustrating

    @JioCare We are paying charges for 5G, but in our area there is a network problem most of the time, and the 5G speed is also very slow.

    Worst low network speed. #Jio is unable to provide proper 3 G network and you charge for 4G 5G Now I have to decide port my connection to other provider if network problem will not solved @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear Reliance Jio / I recently started using a Jio SIM and I am the first person in my house to use Jio service. Unfortunately, from the very beginning I am facing extremely poor and disappointing network service.

    @JioCare I visited another #jiostore in my area and from there I come to know that offline process for prepaid to postpaid is not working in this particular area. The guy didn't even bother to try. Extremely pathetic #service provided by @JioCare @DoT_India kindly take a necessary action
