After service of jio is really bad.these days all the work is done on the net & jio customer service are just delaying and giving random reasons for not being able to provide service. almost 42-45 hours after complaining.there is no action or follow up from their side. @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, It is very unfortunate to highlight my issue over twitter as I'm not able to get the resolution from ur team since last 1.5 month.I have applied for the refund of my security deposit of Jiofiber device (4500 INR) in Aug and till now I have exchanged approx 60 mails.
