@JioCare My jio sim internet s not working.Trying to connect to live chat support agent bt ur useless system goes for troubleshooting n then says u r on WIFI connection.If I flip t mobile data n go fr troubleshooting then your system connect to live chat but will not work.

@JioCare This information stands still since last 3 weeks. You guys take another 30 weeks, but share a TAT. There is no logic behind this reply if a technical issue could not get its resolution in a certain time frame.

@JioCare And I don't understand the point why for Work From Home plan, there will be no option to activate the plan ourselves. WFH is the one should have this feature compared to other plans as we may not know when the data will be over!! Kindly help
