    @JioCare @MrigankarSonow2 what about someone who has already subscribed to your service. Had been complaining about red blinking of router since a week. Only assurance is given. First strengthen your support and issue resolution before blabbering about high speed and connectivity.

    @reliancejio Since 3 days internet is not working. CC executive says there is a technical issue. But she doesn’t know the issue. She doesn’t know when this issue would resolve. She is not letting me talk to her seniors. She is confirming pro rata money back for this pre paid connection 1/2

    Hands down @ViCustomerCare is the least competent of all the mobile operators. Online offers for postpaid when ordered,are not to be found with local partner, forget being honoured. Downright deplorable state of affairs @airtelindia @reliancejio
