    In India the customer who pays for every aspect of the business is at the bottom of the pyramid. The main culprit being the unethical and incompetence of the staff. @JioCare @reliancejio being the worst in the country.

    @reliancejio My Jio SIM suddenly got deactivated and showing “Emergency calls only.” I contacted customer care and they said it will be activated soon. But when I visited the Jio Store, they are asking for ₹1500 to fix the issue. Why this mismatch? This is really frustrating

    @JioCare I booked Jio Airfiber on 28 March, KYC done on 30 April, jio personal took 2200 from us in cash. Then after several requests no installation done. Then on 10th april 2026 my booking was cancelled by you people. From 10 april I am pleading for my refund of 2200. Plz help.

    I have raised complaints 4–5 times regarding the jio fiber issue, but there has been no proper response from your side. Very poor customer service @JioCare @reliancejio
