    Hi @JioCare ,I want to cancel my JioFiber connection due to your poor service. My reinstallation request has been rescheduled multiple times,but no engineer has visited. Also,there is no option to cancel the connection through the app. Please cancel my connection at the earliest.

    I booked Jio fiber Relocation service 1 week ago and confirmed slot 12PM-1:00PM today by paying 1200 INR, till now nobody reached out to me , i am shifting house tomorrow, this is totally unprofessional, whats the point of picking a spot 1 week before ? @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare What about the bill of these 11 days and counting? I am not able to use the services due to these service outages. I demand a No Billing period from July 8-18
