Without visit again how you take time for problem solving. I am also an engineer. Whatever kindly tell truth to customer.

Gautham panwar (@Gauthampanwar) reported@JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.
