    @JioCare If u check the chat I had with ur representative via My Jio app (I have shared a few screenshots of the chat on this thread yesterday). He mentioned nothing is really being investigated. Reference number is like feedback, not an issue being investigated @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare Availability of mobile network during evening hours has become issue in my locality since June. Sudden call drop and no internet availability have even forced some to take connection from other providers. Kindly look into the matter.

    @HashTagRishabh @JioCare My money is also getting block by jio fiber I have a connection on 10 July my application get rejected by jio executive and now its been 45+ days my refund is not in my bank account I have created more than 25+ service requests Rishabh can u told me how to complain.
