@reliancejio @JioCare Fibre is down again today & its been 6 hours with no firm ETA. Please communicate better during issues. Would u give these 6+ hrs extra in recharge? @airtelindia never had such issues with their broadband, their resolution was always with in 2 to 3 hrs max.

@JioCare please change your name to Jio doesn’t care … I took a plan of 3+1 which unexpectedly generates bill after 3 months and Jiocare always routes to a automated bot for issue chat and there is no such item listed for the concerned issue where it can answer.

However your payments teams speaks so politely where they threatens service disconnection, deposit amount blocking and account closure in simple rude voice.. says the only way to get voucher is through coupon which isn’t mentioned in your plan pamphlets… @reliancejio @JioCare
