    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    There is no way I am able to speak to a customer service agent. I raised a request for relocation and when I try contacting the number it’s set on auto reply asking me to reschedule the pick up I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare #badservice

    @JioCare There's no internet service since yesterday on my Jio Fiber, and I've tried multiple times to raise a service request, but I'm not able to do that via your My Jio app asks me to either chat, call or email and I've done all the 3 things and yet I was not able to do..

    @JioCare I am shifting to Airtel and soon will downgrade the service or disconnect. Because 6 days matters a lot. When we try to lodge a complaint the appointment date the app gives is after 3 days and after that your support centre says on 30th that by 1st it will be resolved but.....

    I have been using JioAirFiber since Sept 2025. On 29th June 2026, During heavy rain& Lightening, Outdoor Unit of the Airfiber got damaged. Service Request raised on 29th June, but till today no resolution. Worst experience with JioAirFiber, No response. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare R u robot? After 7 years we got the same reply, disappointed because @reliancejio didn't do anything on the ground for better basic services. I request once you check your network team's degree It's true or fake because 7 years a long time and your team didn't do anything

    @JioCare You asked me to share all the details via DM, and I did immediately. Yet there's been no response or update. The network issue continues, and I'm still struggling with office meetings due to poor upload speeds. Customers deserve timely support and a real resolution

    Extremely frustrated with @imjiofiber @JioCare service in Anjar! For the last 1 month, I am facing constant issues with both the internet and the Jio Set-Top Box. It keeps freezing/disconnecting. Please resolve this technical issue immediately! #JioFiber #JioSetTopBox #Anjar
