    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working properly for last 10 days inspite of several complain problem has not been solved , if any one is planing to take new connection I would suggest go for other options

    @reliancejio I'm not able to receive calls on my jio number. And your customer care numbers 199 and 198 are just describing the recharge plans, validity and expiry. Do you really have a customer care number?

    @JioCare you are sending same copy paste messages since 1 year, but never resolve refund related issues please don't choose jio fiber, these people are lazy and cheaters and always trying loot customer amount worse service and support, never recommend to use JIO fiber
