    @JioCare 14 working days from when same was informed on 11-08-2021 that refund will be credited in 7-14 days. what kind of service is this no intimation and no proper resolution from when i should count 14 days now

    @reliancejio I have been trying to port my jio prepaid sim to a postpaid one, for which I have been raising requests. But the executives are not responding. They have called me several times asking for appointments but later on no body came for resolution.
