    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    Hotspot use karke phone ki battery health ki toh vaat lagga di hai meine @JioCare - It's unbelievable how little your people care about things. I even have the number of the person who is supposed to fix it. Initially he was giving false promises, and now he's not even answering

    @JioCare pathetic service. Raised complaint on 3rd July. Engineer didn’t visit but gave reason stating extreme weather conditions to reach my place. Now service request is on hold since then. Engineer didn’t bother to call once. He gave false reason to not work. It’s been 4 days

    @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

    @JioCare I have raised a service request yesterday can you resolve it on priority - SR00003AAMHZ, post recharge yesterday morning at 10 Am broadband connection still not working. It's already 24 hrs.
