@JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber team am in 999/- plan and want to switch to 699/- plan, I was told by customer care it's not possible and if at all I want that plan, I need to cancel current one and book new connection. Is that so complicated?

Is it me only or someone (or everyone) else is facing poor call and internet network with @reliancejio?? Internet does not work with @JioCare, and I've to switch to second sim to even do simple internet browsing. Time to switch to a better network now!!

@JioCare I have raised the complaint multiple times. I don't have patience. because I'm totally frustrated now and there is no proper coverage still now. I'm only waiting for my 90 days after that will port out and will go with the AirTel.
