@JioCare How will you assist this is not an individual problem it's a problem in your policy making department who has reserved the Value Plan category only for myjio app whereas all other airtel and vi allow this category 6gb /84days plan to be recharged from any payment apps.

Sir @reliancejio I am not sure whether I'sd mention or not but still I am living in a village(Sector 40, #Mohyalcolony, #gurgaon where #jio)is not available. My ticket number is MR000129V1P1. @JioCare Kindly look into the issue on priority and let me know incase of any concerns

@PolinaVinaycho1 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

Worst network @JioCare @reliancejio the calls get frequently dropped. Moreover the caller complain of phone being switched off or out of network coverage area despite being on. We are spending alot of money on your recharges n still this pathetic service. #ShameOnYou #jio
