    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of customer service is this, Jio? I paid ₹1,100 for a Jio Home connection on Wednesday, 12 Aug, after being promised installation the same day. It’s now Monday, 17 Aug, and no one has even visited for the installation.

    @JioCare How am I supposed to believe that? The issue was supposed to be resolved by 16 August, but today is already 17 August, and I still haven’t received any update or resolution. I have been calling and messaging since 7 August, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a scam you guys are , your executives took entire yr's 12,000 rs for AIR FIBRE recharges claiming 100 mbps speed while we are barely struggling for 1mbs , now they say users are more than capacity so we cant help,you should never do such big recharges

    @JioCare @JioCare I’m completely disappointed with JioFiber. 56+ hrs without internet and your useless support system still hasn’t restored my connection. Learn from @ACTFibernet they address failures within 24hrs, if unresolved, extend the plan for the outage period. That’s cust. service
