    @jiocare, @reliancejio Escalation - Complain with regard to #jiofiber 01203684926. 3 days, 8 emails, 5 customer care voice calls and Zero resolution on refund. No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.

    @JioCare Really bad service, pathetic network. The only thing you do consistently is sending monthly bills and following up on the paye payment. If you can give service at least tell me how to stop the services so I can install @airtelindia fibre or something

    @JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

    Second day without Jio mobile internet, and still no resolution. Customer care is only doing formalities with zero action or accountability. Absolutely pathetic service. Fix it immediately! @reliancejio @JioCare @Jio_Offl

    @TRAI Please take cognizance of @JioCare not providing quality service. This is the 4th SR in a week. I want to permanently close the connection. They aren't responding to SRs and tweets. Please help.
