It doesn't take a second to deactivate wen our plan expires. Who's responsible for the loss of connectivity, wen its most required? and the time taken to restore services, isnt it a moral responsibility to extend it?? Poor network connection is everyday thing now @reliancejio

then definitely he would do their job. It's not the mistake of Service engineer it's mistake of sales person who visited to my place for booking&placed the booking in other code instead of him.And,request u to kindly don't do foolish work with the customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Installation pending since 29th April. Rescheduled twice without my request, contacted customer care twice and got no support and each time I was asked to wait for 24 hours. I’m still waiting and it has been way beyond 24 hours. Can I expect a resolution????
