    @JioCare I lost my no. I am resident of buxar bihar but I taken my sim at delhi and now your jio store representative are saying we don't have green sim what kind of service jio is providing to their customer.

    @JioCare No refund yet, 31 days since cancellation and 12 days after giving bank account details as jio could not refund on source payment mode. I wanted to create a new order for jio fiber but now looking at their worst service even before I become a customer, good that I didn't.

    @JioCare Every morning I get a message about different technician being assigned, and soon after that, he stops responding. If this is the way you treat your new connection customers, then how can I trust with any other complaints post getting connection.

    @JioCare Amazing customer service by @JioCare — installation failed from your side,refund still pending,and all I get is“issue escalated, please wait.”Looks like your escalation team is travelling by bullock cart. Either process the refund or stop fooling customers with automated replies.
