    @reliancejio @JioCare Team facing internet connection issue in my area from evening red light is blinking no internet is coming. Raised service now request and still showing assigning an engineer for an hour. This thing is happening here in regular basis. please look into it.

    @JioCare I have 2 sims 1 airtel and 1 jio both dont have network speed at all even though it's showing 5g for both

    @JioCare Paid for 12-month 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but couldn’t use it for 4–5 months due to repeated issues & poor support. Now told router was faulty since Day 1. Hardly used any data. Need 4–5 month extension or compensation ASAP. #JioAirFiber #PoorService @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. For the last three months I have been paying full monthly charges but facing frequent connectivity issues almost daily. Every time your team gives the same excuse of an outage, yet the problem is never permanently resolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare CRM will be archived for every 30 days and the social media team has no option to look at the history of prior to 30 days data. On October 21st 2025 I took the jio airfiber connection and sales guy visited my location says 5g signal is available and completed the KYC

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the internet service since 6/04/26. Both 5G & 4G are unusable not even your own Jio apps are opening. I’ve complained 5 times, yet no resolution. One executive promised a fix by 1:30AM on 6/04/26, another by 4:36 PM on 8/04/26 nothing changed.
