    Hi @JioCare, The wifi is not working since yesterday 1pm and the engineer visit is postponed for 2 times without any reason and the ticket is always on hold. No proper response from customer service. Ticket reference SR000039TO5H. ETA pls

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Thanks upgrade village marh , jio tower 5g Nearby Government hr secondary school marh Tehsil Nagrota. Problem is coming, internet is not working. Now even after turning on 5g, net is not coming. Please update that too. Sincerely Activist Danesh

    What a shameful service JIO FIBRE .it's been 3 days without internet but no sign of any technician.i have talked to our area technician Mr. Ravindra Kaushik(8279794701) told me he will send someone to check but after 4 calls his mobile is switched off. @JioCare @jio
