  @JioCare Why do you need an ALTERNATE number. Means u are accepting yourself that @reliancejio network is worst, that's why you are not able to make a call on JIO SIM and asking an alternate number of another provider.

  @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 3 days due to an outage. No internet, no update, and no resolution. My recharge validity is decreasing while I can't use the service. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate fix and compensation/validity extension for the downtime.

  Reliance jiofiber customer care service is very bad, My JioFiber connection is down since 7 days, I called customer care but did not get any response for 2 to 3 days, no technician is coming, JioFiber service is very bad,@reliancejio
