  @JioCare Well working but not good enough to provide proper service, i live 200mtr away from Balangir Court in middle of the city, shall i buy a new house as per your favorable location or shall i throw your jio sim in garbage like the service you provide??

  @JioCare One representative admitted he couldn't access the records but also couldn't transfer me to anyone who could. Despite my issue remaining unresolved, I was still asked to rate the customer service. That is difficult to take seriously.
