  Update: @reliancejio @JioCare asks me to request new connection, i did the same. Their operators forced me to pay full money for booking the plan saying they will add the connection on the same day. Now they are not picking calls from yesterday. Worst service ever experienced.

  @JioCare Sure jio cares, Thanks for the reply. Will text on WhatsApp and will think about porting the sim too. Airtel just sucks . Being with the friend with almost same device but he has jio sim and I take hotspot from him since airtel network sucks and their customer care too.

  @JioCare @reliancejio its been 7 days my internet is not working. Engineer visit keeps on rescheduling on its own. Customer care keeps blabbering same old recorded lines “please wait for engineer visit” What non sense ?
