  @JioCare My Jio number 9368155688 stopped working, so I visited a Jio Point in Kakrala, Badaun (PIN 243637) to get a replacement SIM. The representative asked me to pay ₹250, stating that ₹50 was a service charge and ₹200 was for an OTT recharge.

  @JioCare first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

  @JioCare Internet is been down for 24hrs and it is still not fixed. STB request is also pending since Monday (15 June 2026). Please fix it ASAP.
