    There's only one response our customer are growing and we are trying hard to improve our signal quality.Stop this shit if can't provide service don't sell your sim card pack up and go back @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare count my compliments and time period shame on you.

    @JioCare My original request is SR0001C3EIP on 9th July, resolution time was 10 JULY,8:56 AM Engineer didn't visit , so customer care raised new request SR00001C4DHF on 10 July, resolution time is 11 JULY, 12:40 PM Right now it is 12:12 PM. Where is the engineer?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, response given from my end. Now awaiting resolution on this. I have raised similar concerns in past as well but failed to get any resolution. All I was told is there are too many users in the area. If not resolved by 20th, i will port over to @JioCare . Cant wait anymore.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I must say, you have a worst services and worst team hired in my area. It seems that they have trained on how to scam/misguide the customer to sell the fibre plan. What a wonderfull strategy you are following. And nobody cares at all.

    @reliancejio Thank you. The service technician came and helped. Self help is good but Personal touch is far superior. Service request closed.
