  @JioCare Well working but not good enough to provide proper service, i live 200mtr away from Balangir Court in middle of the city, shall i buy a new house as per your favorable location or shall i throw your jio sim in garbage like the service you provide??

  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I recharged my JioFiber connection yesterday with a 150 Mbps plan, but my download speed is completely broken and locked at 0.69 Mbps.Oddly, my upload speed is working fine at 40 Mbps. My router has been restarted, and this happens on all devices. It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP. Please DM me so I can share my account details.

  @JioCare @JioCare what is this nonsense, I still see this is scheduled for 19 Aug, tmrw is my assessment and you guys scheduled it for 19 Aug. It's better I will switch to other operator. If service not restored by tmrw 3pm, then all my jio service will switched to another operator.

  The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution. @reliancejio @jioca Please look into this urgently
