  There's only one response our customer are growing and we are trying hard to improve our signal quality.Stop this shit if can't provide service don't sell your sim card pack up and go back @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare count my compliments and time period shame on you.

  @reliancejio @JioCare even after having annual plan with sufficient data internet speed is too slow to send a WhatsApp Messege. Signal is Full, showing 5G+ and internet speed is slow. Need to switch data sim to @airtelindia to post this. Shame on Jio

  @JioCare Order number NO0001ECV96Q for Air Fiber installation. I have specifically asked the jio person to install it by today but now he is not even bothered to pick up the call. What kind of pathetic service is this? Take action or I will switch to Airtel.

  @JioCare I'm facing a very poor 5G network experience. The phone shows 5G signal, but the internet speed is extremely slow and almost unusable. This issue has been ongoing for the last 2 months. Please look into it and resolve the problem as soon as possible@reliancejio @JioCare

  I raised complaint "engineer collected extra money" on 29/April SR raised - no resolution send mail - no resolution send escalation mail- no resolution visit branch two times - no resolution send message thro X page - no resolution what to do.. @JioCare

  @JioCare I think you guys take the cake when it comes to pathetic customer service . My fiber connection and landline are dead for over two weeks . Service requests are not tended to and I am not getting any option to cancel my connection !

  @reliancejio @JioCare I booked JioFiber yesterday, but both your representative and customer care team have been very irresponsible. No one is taking interest in resolving my issue.
