  @TRAI @JioCare Its completely wrong practice by Jio fiber prepaid plan they have credited 1499 plan and instead of 399 plan. I have registered complaint immediately but they are refusing to pay my money back.

  My Jio gigafibre is not working for 3 days now. Technician who visited is saying router needs replacement. Router is green but majority sites not working. Have raised service request again but nobody arrived. Look into the matter @reliancejio @JioCare
