  Hey @JioCare, very disappointed with my Jio AirFiber (installed 5 June). 100 Mbps plan but barely get 40 Mbps, high ping & frequent drops. Complaints raised, no fix yet. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

  @JioCare In DM, I have shared my Jio numbers, address with map link as well. Despite full 5G signal, internet speeds on our 10 Jio numbers in my family are consistently below 1 Mbps. We feel scammed due to this duopoly in Indian market. People are ripped off.
