  @JioCare 5g network not coming in our house. it was coming since last 3-4 years when Jio started 5g in sambalpur till yesterday morning.since yesterday 5g network not stable only 2 bars showing in network panel and immediately it's getting shifted to 4g.

  @JioCare I already used self-care and TWO scheduled visits were missed. Now you say “system restrictions” prevent another confirmed visit. Internet & TV are still down. SR00003F7213. Stop sending me back to the same process. Please escalate this to a supervisor and resolve it
