  @reliancejio booked an only TV PLAN vide order No. NO0001F5QMJA, and deposited a sum of Rs. 1999.99, but it was not installed by saying due to technical reasons on 12th Aug., till now No one is telling any update, if it is not possible then cancel the order and refund my money.

  I’ve been struggling with international roaming for days, even following every step your representatives suggested, nothing works. Why offer international roaming if you can’t support customers overseas? This is very frustrating. Please fix this. @reliancejio @reliancejio

  @JioCare Another outage less than a month out. Another blackhole wrt service requests..'assigning an engineer' since 24 hours. There are 20+ accounts affected here.. unfortunately paid up for the year. No way out of this mess!

  @JioCare It has been six days now, and the problem remains exactly the same. The service is absolutely terrible and pathetic. They claim Jio is India's number one network, but the reality is that the service is the worst.
