There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

I had applied for relocation of jio fiber connection and it's been 15-20 days no body has come from jio team for relocation and wrongly charing me the bill for the service not utilised by me.
