    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    @JioCare why it is in progress from May 19, why it has taken so many days and still no resolution of service request kindly close the service requests now as there is no need to resolve it now as I have raised request to disconnect my connection. Switching to Airtel Fiber Now.

    I shame on you jio.public was recharge phn doing work but your internet was not working and public money was totally waste and you not take anju action regarding this matter How many times I will call your customer support executive but not doing anything @reliancejio @JioCare
