@reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

@JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

@JioCare @TRAI An operator can not blatantly accept port application and later reject it after 5 days saying photo doesn't match. That has left me without network coverage for last 3 days, even when I have recharged the number. I am visiting jio store daily. @TRAI how to go ahead in this case?

@JioCare @ImAtulKansal @reliancejio Hi, I am existing customer of jio fiber. I thought to upgrade my plan from 399 to 999 plan which will come with settop box. Schedule installation on 26th March but jio care team is rechedealing again and again till now I didn't get connection.

@JioCare I will reply here, you should reject application while accepting. After accepting and first recharge and I recieved message of rejection after 3 days. Now I can't even revert back port request. I am without network for 3 days. @TRAI blatant misconduct by operator.
