    I had returned my Jio Set-Top Box earlier. Now I have recharged my JioFiber plan and want to use the service again. Customer care told me to wait 3 months. This is not acceptable since I have already paid. Please arrange a set-top box as soon as possible. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hope govt intervene on poor customer care exp and job losses, especially in essential services like internet, UPI, etc and makes it mandatory for human personnel to be available in resolving issues.

    @JioCare Escalation team calls up to add to the trouble asking for some reference i.e. a message received from jio, last week because they were unable to pull my records with my registered mobile number and the case is closed. +91 22 3507 2698 Escalation team

    Very disappointed with the Jio service. My set-top box remote isn’t working and customer care keeps disconnecting the call after making me wait 4–5 minutes. No proper support. Please look into this.... Worst experience and service as well! @JioCare @HotstarReality

    @JioCare i am sorry to inform you as customer of Jio as your employee Uggina Nagalaksmi called me with this number +916304415335 to inform recharge is going to expired and my number will be expired...but as employee of Jio she has used abused words for not recharged.

    @JioCare As I have a prepaid SIM card. I have recharge it 299 Rs. In spite of recharge it, I am not able to get OTP on my contact number. I am suffering from this problem for last many days. Please pay attention to my issue.
