@JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

@reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

,@JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customercare support, JioFiber connectivity dead since 12:30am of 18.4.21, Req ID SR000014NTR4. Service Engg came at 12:45pm and had gone without resolving the problem.
