There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.

I have raised it at all levels and get no answers from Jio. Jio personnel have stopped answering my calls. Once my three month subscription ends, I will terminate the connection.
