    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @reliancejio is bringing premium 5G. Good news, but would that improve my indoor network coverage which is now pathetically low at one signal bar. Can’t even take calls, browse internet. Issue is since past 4 years.. #RILAGM @JioCare
