  @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic level of service from your team and customer care. They aren't resolcinythe problem and when will call to complain they disconnect the call. Your team is not competent enough to resolve the issue instead they just give lame reasons

  @JioCare How many years will you take to resolve this issue? 2 days have passed, there is no internet and your technician assigned says he is out of station. Your area manager Surya says lies. Doesnot pick up calls. Such a irresponsible and horrible support

  My fiber network is not working since last 1 week. Everytime an engineer comes and says it's fixed but after 1 hour it's gone again. This is sheer fraud and zero accountability. @JioCare customers need transperancy.

  @JioCare Fibre services are not working from more than a week and there is no scope of communication from you guys. The calling no is getting cut after an ivr msg and your twitter guys are replying the same copy cut msg. Not interested in continuing this service any further

  @JioCare It's been 5 days since your team contacted me on X, but there's still no resolution. It's now over 2 months since I paid ₹1,200 for JioFiber relocation. No connection, no refund, despite repeated follow-ups. Please stop giving assurances and provide a resolution.
