    @fiber_jio @JioCare Relocation request not getting through via my jio app and web. Contacted your customer care and raised the request on mail attaching screenshot showing your servers aren't responding. Mail chain going on since 31st but no results.

    @JioCare is this is 4g or 1g stupid network and not worthy for taking money for recharges @TRAI Even the 2g is better than jio 4g every time you saying more users are using at the same time then why don't you build an extra tower or increase the bandwidth 😡😡😡

    @JioCare Dear Vidhi, I don't know what substance are you on. But I am not a JIO user. I am a Vodafone India customer. And I am getting constant sms from Jio which are spamming my inbox. So, stop those sms. Else I'll have to take necessary action under Indian law.

    @JioCare Do you recommend to cancel the Jio Fiber broadband when it has issues? or do you solve the issue? Your support engineer asked me to cancel and apply for new one? Is this way it works? Also he had asked me to pay 150/- for patch card which is some cable issue..!

    @JioCare @pradeepthakur40 I would recommend don’t choose Jio fibre, very very poor service. I am using Jio Fibre, I just relocated to another place and want to relocate jio fibre connection. They are just scheduling time to relocate the connection since 2 to 3 days.
