    Hello @JioCare, I am not able use your wifi service from last 3 days. Still there is no response from any type of customer service you provide. Your customer care number 18008969999 is not allowing me to talk with any customer support. I am paying money for network outage?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have both Jio Sim And JioFiber connection Why Jio restricted Gifs And stickers. Particulary Giphy. Kindly update your DNS issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I will discontinue your services both Fiber and SIM. Airtel runs smoothly.

    Worst service by @JioCare @reliancejio. I booked a JioFiber connection yesterday, completed the payment and KYC, and was assured that installation would be done the same day. Now the representative isn't responding to my messages or answering my calls. Very disappointing. #fraud

    @JioCare @reliancejio My fiber connection is not working since 2 days the engineer is not visiting even after scheduling a visit, what a pathetic and ignorant service for customers, the request number is SR00003CWQNF Raise it on high priority and ask the engineer to visit now

    Jio AirFiber is already installed and working in my village Aheva (Sidhauli). Now that it has a fault, the Jio टेक्नीशियन is refusing to fix it, falsely claiming that Jio has ordered not to serve villages. Is this Jio's official policy for rural India? @reliancejio @JioCare
