Such a stupid act by @reliancejio Yesterday I recvd call from jio to recharge the no. before 9 pm for uninterrupted communication. I recharged the no. with amount 349 in next 15 minutes after receiving the call. Now, today a girl called me n again saying the same thing.

@JioCare Hi, I’ve already shared all details via DM and tried basic troubleshooting multiple times, router restart, etc. Nothing has worked. It’s been down since last night, and now even mobile data is unstable. Need an actual resolution timeline, not just escalation updates.

@JioCare My jio fiber number +91-4431705733 is not working from the morning 10AM. While try to customer care , I had informed that there was outrage & it will restored at 2PM. But my connection was not restored yet. Now restoration time extended to 10PM. Kindly look on this issue
