I realized today that, unfortunately, JioFiber postpaid connection can't be migrated to prepaid connection. And also no option to temporarily suspend the service. Don't understand how you can still claim India's premium experience. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio @TRAI I think jio have a policy for breaking commitments.After logging surrender request within 247 TS they stopped the service but after giving 3 time commitment to take device back everytime they failed.Strong policy.
