    Never buy JioFiber (@JioCare). I recently got a jio fiber max plan of ₹4444. Except for youtube premium all other ott apps got premium access. Since I already has enabled yt premium for my gmail. Now when my paid yt premium is expired I tried enabling jio fiber yt premium

    @JioCare @reliancejio order number NO0001F2IOYI jio home connection booked on aug 07 and paid Rs-2221 it’s been 6 days no installation has done no one attending the call , if you can’t fix jio home today kindly cancel the order very worst service from jio

    @trramesh @JioCare Ji, my complaint to Jio on connectivity issues for the last four years was not attended despite regular follow-up. Finally ended by porting to Airtel.

    @JioCare Your reply is very hazy. You are saying network will be optimized in coming days. But when? Entire India is running on internet and you are giving lte 0-100 kbps speed to me like a beggar and that speed changes every second. Is this ur service aftr charging Rs 299 for 28 days?

    @CareJpb @reliancejio @JioCare After I tweeted about my issue, I finally received a call from Mr. Unfortunately, the response was the same as your customer care team has been giving me for the last 7 days: “Please wait, it will be resolved.” Seven days of waiting, and still no resolution.

    jio network is very poor complaint have been done since 2 month, not solved in DAHOD, USARVAN GUJRAT area, very poor response from customer e we are our technical team is working on repetitively answer. I think now Airtel is better @reliancejio
