    @JioCare @reliancejio if the SIM is not yet delivered, how can I get this activated? How do you have such idiots in your customer support team? I am going out of station tomorrow morning and need this SIM urgently. Can you check and get this delivered ASAP today?

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a reschedule issue. I am requesting DISCONNECTION since 24th. Repeated engineer no-shows and fake reschedules are not acceptable. I want immediate cancellation of JioFiber, not appointment instructions.

    @JioCare Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 while the account was active, yet no resolution was provided till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups. Is it my fault that your team failed to resolve the issue on time? Account suspension later does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint

    @JioCare Hello, yes. I do. The data on the number is working, but the calling or texting is not working. It says switched off whenever someone tries to call.
