    @reliancejio @JioCare Why is it taking so long to resolve SR000037NV71 reg the refund for a payment made on Apr 25? Since no service was provided, I would appreciate update on the delay and estimated timeline for the refund to be processed. I have been patiently waiting till now

    @JioCare @RIL_Updates @relianceindltd Hi. It's was almost 7 days without air fiber and you have billed us for non availability of your service plus 18% gst.. And on top of it we had to buy for no fault of our with 18% gst. Now tell me how are you going to refund is the payment for non availability along with 18% gst.
