    @MGMotorIn @rajeev_chaba @reliancejio I think if you want the customer experience to be seamless you need to clearly communicate all information requisites for charging station and validity of pricing. It has been a unpleasant experience till now

    @JioCare Ground support of JioFiber PimpleSaudagar Pune is pathetic - No response for numerous complaints. Internet down for long time and still no one response. Many people disconnected service and more in pipeline due to this pathetic service and care

    After recharge of Jio 4G(WFH) pack Ph:8073214227,not able to browse internet and even after complained multiple time. Every time I get false commitment and even customer care agents are telling they can’t raise a complaint. So please look into this matter. @reliancejio @JioCare
