    @JioCare @JioCare What's wrong with your network? There is frequent disconnection the last 2 days. Even the sim data is more smoother than your fiber connection. Fiber ID #300426588191 WHY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOING WITHOUT ANY REPLY???

    @JioCare ur return pickup service of router and setup box is the worst. I raised a service request couple of times no one comes to pick them up by saying my request is not visible to them. Never expected this from you. Kindly take the process forward

    @JioCare Sir it has been more than 24 Hours. How much more time you need to resolve this. I guess you are trying to say, just switch to any other network, we don't care of our customer.

    @JioCare thinking myself to port from jio to Airtel because after I complained Airtel installed a tower near my house but when I complained jio there is no steps taken to resolve the issue . Jio indoor coverage is very poor and as there is no improvement I am thinking to port.
