    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

    @JioCare i order a prepaid sim through your jio app today morning. No response till evening and then i get an sms stating some person will reach out and very next minute theres an sms stating request cancelled as customer not available.whats happening???

    @JioCare The salesman has changed the location as per his convenience to make his own benefit mentioning that he is trying to provide me a referral benefit, which I never received. Kindly could you please DM me the location updated with you.

    @nmehta4 Airtel is broadband, usually gets solved in a day or two. But @JioCare NO! Been 2+ years, they don't have a tower here and still haven't got any update on this. But coz Jio is usually one bar or X,I am complelety dependent on Airtel Wifi and one days that is down,I am unreachable

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare your wifi is not getting connected and working pathetic since 15-20 days.. customer care also not supporting, we are doin WFH and its v difficult for us to continue with this type of service.. totally clueless n helpless.
