    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

    @JioCare Hi. I am jio gigafiber subscriber. I paid initially for 6 months connection and I got one month extra referral coupon. Which i redeemed. But after 6 months completion I am still paying monthly bills and that one extra month never shows in my account. When will I get it ?

    @JioCare I did all that. The technician said that my house is not mapped green(NON-FRC? even when the house 8 metres from my house is marked green) so he can't install it. TWICE. And he was rude about it.

    Such a bad service from Jio Fiber Care. Facing issue with SonyLiv subscription not active eventhough it is available in my jio fiber plan. Raised multiple tickets with @JioCare and everytime they are saying to "Clear Data and Clear Cache" which never works. So Disappointed 😡😡

    @JioCare I know what update I will get, jio reschedule engineer visit time to my house almost 5times, Jio reschedule 3 times already from todays morning later I m going to receive sms that your request has been addressed, if you still not satisfied please call customer care. Like everyday

    @ACTFibernet I raised shifting request more than 1 week ago and no one contacted me and whe I call customer care the say it will take 48 hours to resolve. These 48 hours passed more than 3 times now. I think it's time to move to @reliancejio
