    @JioCare @tgspdcl Please inspect tower site and disconnect the power supply if it is found unsafe. The transformer and electrical equipment are overgrown with vegetation, posing a fire and public safety risk. No response has been received from @JioCare despite reporting the issue.

    @JioCare The overgrown area is also attracting snakes, putting nearby residents and workers at risk. This is not a normal issue—it is a public safety hazard. Immediate action is required before someone is seriously injured or killed due to negligence. Location: Raghupatipeta Jio Tower.

    @JioCare Having internet issue for last 21 days and SR00002L8254 no engineer assigned till date. Waste to have internet connection from Jio. I advise anyone not to take internet from jio. Worst customer service/engineering team they have.

    Every day they just keep giving appointment but no one ever shows up. You just keep waiting for them for hours. I’m sure @JioCare @reliancejio understands that we are not some unemployed people who are always at home. Pathetic service is an understatement.

    @JioCare I have requested for juo fibre connection termination on 09 jun and spoke to customer care as well still i cant believe a new bill has been generated for 11 Jun to 10 Jul 26 period scamming people @JioCare …i have jio postpaid connection and such response making me reconsider
