    @JioCare I was outside signal strength was perfectly fine. I have tried multiple times. I have checked with the jio app whether it's using the 5G network or not. But certainly it's using 4G even though the network is showing 5G. @JioCare

    It's been two days and still my issues isn't solved. No internet and even no acknowledgement by team. @JioCare So much annoyed by your service this time. No one is coming to resolve this. And toll free number gets cut automatically without getting me connected with anyone.

    @JioCare On the other hand, Airtel executives have assured instant connection post submissions on NOC and other documents. The building next door is also live and up. If such service is available, why wait and opt for Jio...makes sense right?

    @reliancejio I have ordered jiofibre on 2nd of January with order number NO0000O3U7FH but due to technical issue your team neither responded in 24 hours so I requested the customer care to cancel and process the refund. Its been more than 10 days. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare has already installed QPR2 the jio 5g support patch with the latest beta update in pixel 6a, I have already installed the update but unable to subscribe to 5g network, please subscribe as I am on post paid plan
