    Same i did with @reliancejio and they have put the upcoming plan in queue as my current plan was active. Just FYI for both the service providers i did the different packs but still jio has put it in queue as my current plan was active

    @JioCare Why postpaid SIM is not delivered door to door, only prepaid SIM is delivered? I want to port to JIO but there is no option in JIO to deliver customer addresses to postpaid SIM like AirTel and Vi.

    @JioCare I have samsung S20fe 5g phone jio launched true 5g in my city from 1October but till now I am not able to use jio 5G despite of the latest update software in my phone now Samsung officials says please contact your network provider should I port my 6yrs old no to airtel

    @reliancejio it's really a scam they don't answer and they make us pay the money for fiber connection and when they visit location they say box is full I am really not happy with the initial service or jio planning to stick with same fiber connection I need to cancel it
