    @JioCare This is the docket number of my complaint in National Consumer Helpline (2882137). Its been 9 days & my issue isn't solved yet. My previous service requests were also closed. I had made a 6 months recharge that is also getting wasted plus my office work is suffering. @JioCare

    @JioCare I decided to go for jio fiber at my new flat, today jio fiber guy came for installation, he could not finish KYC from his mobile bcoz he was using Jio phone. He tried for 1 hour, even he could not get the Jio network.

    Hey @reliancejio , would your fiber team like to provide us JioFiber connection?? We are a housing complex with over 300 Families. We’re very disappointed at @airtelindia due to its ignorant customer service.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber has worst customer care support, I have complaint many times since 4 days and till no engineer has visited. I don't want this connection anymore. now again want switch back to @ACTFibernet, but I already recharged till December, and they are also not ready for refund.

    @JioCare now its been more than 20 days my issue related network is not resloved yet... i’m contacting your customer care number but no response from their end .. also fake promise .. kindly let me know if you cant reslove my query so that i can shift to some other good network

    @JioCare Your people are at my house, don't even know what is issue is all about. I am back to July 18 now. Time travels backwards at @JioCare I have already raised the issue with @jagograhakjago, will send a legal notice for cheating and harassment once the minimum period is over.
