    @JioCare @jio_fiber @NotFibre I have been facing Jio Air Fiber wifi outage in Ram Nagar Extension, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 from past 2 days. Status is unknown. I need to do my office work but I am forced to take leave because of no internet. Fix it ASAP and tell the status.

    @JioCare It doesn’t solve the issue. I have waited for more than 2 weeks so I don’t know why I should be more patient. Why can’t you schedule an engineer visit I have no idea. You marked the ticket as resolved and it was reopened today when I complained. What the hell?

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @JioCare What are you sorting..just to close the service request without providing actual resolution. Again SRN SR00003A7NKL dated 04 June 2026 has been closed today without any resolution.I should now take some legal remedy. You cheating people doesn't understand the language of request.
