    @JioCare still the problem persists. Irritated by calls from technicians who are literally incompetent. Answering same thing to diff people . And SRs getting closed without checking from customers whether the problem exists or not. So frustrating.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Despite of regular follow up with customer care since 28/10/2022, my request for relocation of jio fibre had not been attended properly. Are such kind of prompt services provided by jio to in such modern and digital world.

    It has been 1 1/2 months since I raised a request for cancellation, escalated multiple times, created several service requests, nothing worked so far. PATHETIC SERVICE @reliancejio, @JioCare You are ensuring that I won't even think about geeting JIO again!!
