    @JioCare worst customer service..while acquiring the customer every thing is accepted but to get the service after sale every condition applies. And look to change the relocation to new connection...good way to manipulate the acquisition numbers.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago i have Jio Fiber connection with two months free this month it’s stop working ,customer care they told me u have to do recharge then only from third month you able to use this service But no one inform me why they didn’t told me earlier about this

    @reliancejio I had gone today at 3pm to Reliance jio service centre of Jeypore-764001, Odisha for a battery of my wifi device but returned back as guard told that 14.30 to 15.30 hrs time is for lunch break, please come after 3.30pm.

    @JioCare I believed Jio customer care would sort out all problems i raised.Gave complaint at dec 1st week abt slow network speed, u assured u will sort it out,requested port out at jan 2nd, u told me to wait,and now total blackout of jio services at PARBHANI..worst service ever.

    Raised a complaint thrice for repairing the jio fiber cable which is lying on the ground. All I hear from the customer care is that the request is in process and the engineer will visit soon. It has been three days but no engineer has visited. @reliancejio @JioCare
