    I am writing to lodge an appeal regarding the non-resolution of my JioFiber connection surrender and the pending refund due to me. Background & Context Existing JioFiber Connection: +91-4479698624 New Jio AirFiber Connection: +91-4431730930 Reason for Request: Relocation. Your site engineer confirmed that JioFiber services are unavailable at my new location against  relocation order no: CO0002ETLB76 Required Resolution : I request your immediate intervention to: 1) Process the formal surrender and disconnection of the JioFiber account (+91-4479698624). 2) Arrange for the collection of the router if not already done. 3) Issue a full refund of my security deposit and unused plan amount, either as a direct bank transfer or as a credit voucher applied to my active AirFiber account (+91-4431730930). @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst signal in Sector 36, especially on Valley Shilpi Road, Kharghar. Complaining for the last 14 months, no one is taking action. Worst service.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Despite their tech team confirming my connection cannot be restored due to a broken cable from local construction, my cancellation request from May 31st is being completely ignored. (1/2)

    @Hardism @reliancejio thinks it's so smart avoiding customer care. They haven't reached a minimum trust level outside Mumbai and Gujarat to do that.

    @JioCare Already rescheduled the visit and still no one has come. Neither your engineer answers call. Such a pathetic service. Just get your Air Fiber box collected. Never using Jio again. @HathwayBrdband @Airtel_Presence will look out for your broadband plans

    I ordered a new Jio SIM a week ago. I got an initial response, but there has been no update since. This is unacceptable customer service. @JioCare @reliancejio
