    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare I had an interaction with Nagma in your customer care 2 days ago and she told me to switch off the router for 8 hrs and restart but it didn't resolve the issue at all. LOOK INTO THIS ASAP because my work is getting impacted.

    Dear @JioCare Vi has officially confirm that my mobile number 6264704770 is no longer available with them and has directed me to contact Jio(MP). Despite this, I have still not received any resolution.This number is linked to my bank accounts, Aadhaar, and many essential services

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed thrice but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare yet your company seems completely unmoved. I never expected such indifference from a company of this stature.Customers are the greatest strength of any company, and ignoring their voices is not the mark of a truly respected organization.
