    @NetMeds @reliancejio Order ID 16437021979010447M 3/3 sub order has not been delivered and marked as delivered incorrectly. 2 days back raised complaint I'd -6443025173 and I was promised to get medicine delivered at address . On followup ur reps disconnect the call fix ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat you provided the extension of 2 days for existing plans because of the service outage that happened recently.. but despite advertising that the extension meant both voice and data services, you have only implemented data extension and not voice

    @JioCare Jio network is worst worst network I don’t want to continue with these network i am not able to call am not able to use data then what is the use of this network in 4g 5g world I am getting 2g speed pathetic customer experience.

    Made a mistake by switching from airtel to @reliancejio broadband. Even after two months and raising multiple complaints and charging over 1200 in recharge they are not able to activate the connection!! Pathetic quality of services! @JioCare is actually ignore customer…

    @JioCare worst network I would say from day one of porting to Jio I am disappointed.
