    @reliancejio -i have service request numbers - since July 2025 trying to get my refund The stores don’t help you The cue timer service hangs up when u call them They lie u asked for cancellation yet after one year the account is not cancelled yet ? But they claim no refund

    @JioCare Any luck in delivering the sim today atleast? In India, its good to pay extra for the new sim from physical store. Lesson learnt. Though its new sim by same company and its illegal to charge diff. recharge amt. to customer. But again, its India.. zero customer centric laws.

    Customer to @reliancejio advisor? What is your name ? Adv: Starts with 4th alphabet,5consonants in between,ends with 24th.Meaning moron..My father gave me this name..LLP 😡😡 Come what may,will speak everything non-sense except the solution! Customer abuses,call disconnected.

    @JioCare I paid for a JioFiber connection via UPI, but installation was never completed and my refund has been pending for months. I have tried contacting support and the assigned agent, but no resolution has been provided. Please resolve this urgently.
