    Samsung Galaxy S26+ (USA variant) and using it on Jio India. Despite being a 5G phone, I'm only getting 4G. Jio says the USA ver isn't supported for Jio 5G. Can @JioCare why? Band issue, certification issue, or policy? @reliancejio #Jio5G #Samsung suggest use @airtelindia

    @JioCare More than a week and still waiting for @JioCare to process my JioAirFiber cancellation request. No updates, no action, no accountability. This is exactly why I have switched to @airtelindia. Poor customer service at its worst in jio.

    @JioCare request home visit to get internet issue fixed. Very  erratic, unreliable. Have to leave home to office, as internet doesn't work. Problem since one year. got it rectified multiple times remotely thru cust care & self. Sanjay Singh Jio No.- 0120-3188168 M- 9810078405

    Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasn’t working. 1. Call issues for 1+ month. 2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed. 3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages. Very disappointing. Please resolve. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago very pathetic service. No service but the amount keeps adjusting from the account. Playing with the customer money. Restore the service immediately or refund the amount.

    @JioCare Yes from same location. We are frustrated from your service and also to the blind government which is silent to take action against the worst JIO operator. Why not the operator refund the money to me I surely port to bsnl which is giving stable internet and network nowadays.
