    Why is it so difficult to unsubscribe to any service you guys provide? @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I DON'T want to go for auto renewal of Amazon prime service. Currently I'm having jio postpaid plan, with which I am provided subscription to hotstar, Netflix and prime.

    @reliancejio Stop defrauding your customers through fake promises and plans . I have lodged a complaint 5 days ago about the fraud but nothing has been done from your side . Isn’t it sad that company is making money by selling fake plans and promises!!!

    @JioCare @JioCare any update to the above? i am still waiting for justification on charging extra and try to mislead customer by saying it is mandatory to enrol for Jio Prime? How soon the connection would be activated?

    Say no to @reliancejio worst internet. Getting 1 mbps speed while the pack is of 100 mbps.
