    @JioCare Facing huge issue in calling from last 1 week, got my SIM changed as well upon the request of your engineer, still unresolved!! Your chat support is just asking details every time instead of getting into actual details which is wasting a lot of my time. Pls help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Relocate option is not displayed for my Jio Fiber connection, But new connection is available at my new locality. Can you please address this issue. I prefer to keep my current fixed line number

    @JioCare No one visiting at my premises, Jio Agent is not responding at all, just want to know why Jio is not taking this seriously, i have seen people keep requesting customer care and they simply saying we are working, why you take money if cant service.
