    @JioCare request has been cancelled but he told me that it is not a problem and he will generate the refund and asked me to give all the bank account details. So, trusting his words we handed over the jiofiber and stb to his pick up executives.

    @JioCare you have the worst customer care services ever, despite having one of the most expensive plans I am getting the speed of the lowest plans. Without any resolutions or consent from the customer, closing the complaint is the height of hypocrisy from your end.

    @JioCare I have been using jiofi , internet is not working in our area in Vasundhara , Ghaziabad.recharge done for 2 months but it seems money wasted bcus network & connectivity is so pathetic. Pls fix it asap we are facing problems due to poor internet connectivity

    @Airtel_Presence Srishti and Airtel team, you haven't addressed the issue. While the government wants us to limit the movement, you are promoting travel amidst pandemic I am trapped now, can't even port to @reliancejio or @BSNL_KTK

    WTF!!JIO NET NOT WORKING IN MY AREA FROM THE PAST WEEK . 421501 IS THE PINCODE . ALREADY COMPLAIN KR CHUKA HU . DNT KNOW WHAT THE TEAM IS DOING @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia TIME TO SHIFT TO AIRTEL I GUESS.

    @JioCare I have been waiting for a technician to come home for the last 3 days to fix the wifi. Your support centre has been unresponsive and unhelpful. How am I supposed to work from home with no wifi?Please get back to me at the earliest so I can get back to my job.Disappointed
