@JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

@reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@Dev6892 @reliancejio @JioCare is running a scam with JioFiber. They take payment and never come for installation. They also don’t refund the money. I am switching to Airtel. Jio is the worst.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio tried calling customer support a thousand times. Some of your agents are not comfortable in hindi even when hindi is my primary language and some disconnects call deliberately. Not expecting this kind of service from that. Switching to local broadband.

@KumarRat Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
