    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

    @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

    hey @JioCare #jio yesterday my plan was about to end and you changed the caller tune to your own caller tune asking to recharge your phone... I recharged my phone now.... but where is the signal?? ps: I am using my friend hotspot to tweet this who use @airtelindia

    @TRAI it seems @reliancejio and @ViCustomerCare have made customer in a football. Despite making the payment, it has been 7days my connection z not restored. Both the operator r putting the onus on each other. I need my phone to v B operational today, coordinate or do anything.

    @JioCare I have already make payment to previous service provider on 21 Feb and as their receipt and email they have already updated their record. Their email and receipt had been already sent to you on of times but no response from your side till date.

    @reliancejio Yiubare the worst in customer support. No easy way to access. No real help, but lip service. Poor connectivity across the country. How do you even run this company?
