@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@JioCare @reliancejio Should i plan to switch back to airtel? Complaint raised in morning and till now no one visited to fix my issue. Talked with customer care over call but still issue not resolved Poor services provided by jio. Jio care you don't care at all.

@JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is the wrost service provider of india.. because when your pack validity end then incoming call facilities also end but other service providers like Jio and VI better than airtel.. so i Port my number today from Airtel to other service providers

@JioCare Balance for Jio Number 9182216038: 1) Rs 666-3m-1.5GB/D Plan: Data: 0 MB out of 1.50 GB. Data quota renews on 15 Apr 2023, 01:17 AM. SMS: 100 out of 100/day Plan expiry: 15 Apr 2023, 03:23 AM which is correct. Jio billing system is worst for prepaid customers
