@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

@JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for jio fiber connection from past 8 months was taking follow ups as well now they are live in my area but the nearest box to get connection is 400mtrs away they are denying for connection.#worst management and expansion techniques.

@reliancejio Hello Team, I initiated a service cancellation request on 12march2021, As m shifting to other state. Till date despite so many requests and reminders, no action is being carried out so far. They only say "sir request in process with backend". Pls help.

My jio fiber number is 01413595620. I have been complaining about the net problem in customer care for four days. Every time the engineer says that he is coming. Nobody has come so far. Jio fiber has very poor service in Jaipur. @fiber_jio @JioCare #JioFiber #BadService
