    @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @JioCare no proper network in this area. Complained year back and still it is not 4g I think 1g speed ...

    @Bharath36502 @GaneshG72853118 @reliancejio Sorry I never got cheated in last 5 years of service. Internet speed might differ place to place and it’s common with other operator. As we are using the service it’s our right to report the fault and get it rectify. As only 4G based network it got best voice clarity throughout.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service of yours. Worst network. Can't receive calls n outgoing calls are getting dropped. All calls go mute. Pathetic service @DoT_India please help in this regard n register a legal n formal complaint.

    @JioCare Worst services ever. Very low internet speed in my area. I am unable to take my online classes because of jio slow internet. When I have conversation with customer care they always says that "OUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING". You fools, where is your technical team.

    @JioCare Just got to know from your Customer care that ticket has been resolved by backend team without resolving the problem. No communication, No progress is happening . Very poor customer service experience from Jio Fiber. Can someone tell me when will this resolve.
