  @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

  @JioCare I am currently a Vi user and planning to port to Jio, but I have a concern. Just in front of my room (around 10 meters away), Jio 5G works perfectly, but inside my room there is no signal at all. Before porting, I want to confirm if this issue can be fixed.

  One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

  @reliancejio @JioCare Acct: 600232706334 Internet STOPPED working 2 days back. If you want to genuinely resolve the issue. Do it fast, (1) change the plan to basic one, ₹399 plan, (2) change to prepaid plan and (3) activate internet now itself. We will think of continuing it.
