    @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

    @JioCare Chirag bro, packet aur latency kitna zaroori thaa, aapke engineers ko samjha nahi saka. unke liye har customer youtue par "Kesariya tera " hi sunne wala hai . speed test chala ke dikha dete hain speed, this is not a solution. I suffered whole day and cancelled 6 month plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Cutomer service can't do anything. You have to give service request on daily basis. Because appointment may be after 3 or 4 days later. Very bad service by jio fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare What's the use of providing a network if you can't resolve network issues? What's the use of customer service agents, if they don't even listen to the problem? And what's the use of a sim card, without Network?No network in locality from 2 weeks & counting
