@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

Service: @reliancejio Service is quite appreciable. Installation takes place in 2 working hours. While @airtelindia takes around 3days or more than that. After service is also very fast in Jio in around 4hrs it is resolved. #jiofiber

@reliancejio extremely poor level of telecast and highlight videos. i never faced problem with amazon or hotstar. reliance ruined fun and enjoyment of IPL festival of india by poor quality of live and highlight videos. if you dont have capacity why did you snatched contract?

@JioCare I don't know what to say. Everytime I call or someone from your call center calls or even in twitter, they are saying please wait for sometime. Your 18008969999 is completely useless. It's been 6 days but still you are unable to provide any suitable resolution!!
