  @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

  @JioCare Hello Team, My concern is not regarding JioTV+. I'm looking support for Application like Apple TV+ which I want to install on the Jio Set top Box so that I can watch Apple TV+ content on my TV. However JioStore on Jio Set Top box has no Apple TV app.

  Thank you, @JioCare, for resolving my complaint so quickly. After reporting the issue regarding the ₹650 overcharge at the Jio Store, your support team investigated it and refunded ₹600 within 24 hours. I appreciate the prompt response and excellent customer support. 🙏

  @JioCare My broadband has not been working since 9th July. I raised a service request (SR00002MFVUS), but no engineer has been assigned yet. The call center is also unable to provide any resolution.Please look into this urgently and provide a clear timeline for resolution.
