@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

After multiple calling and raising tickets on MyJio app no one is solving my issue. After idling just 1GB data of 2.5GB for the whole day I simply get the notification that my data has been used 100% but in My Jio app 1.5 GB data still shows @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Stop offering this free. Instead of doing this provide some good quality network to actual users. Why you are giving unlimited internet to inactive numbers and compensating bills instead of deactivating the numbers. This is degrading the service quality
