    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

    @JioCare Dear yasmeen, pls understand that U guys charged me 1000/- for 6 days delay in handover of device when it was lockdown. Now u are not able to provide me complaint no or resolution or contact no since last 1 week..tell me what should I do. this is clearly harassment

    @reliancejio @JioCare I live in a village, we have a jio tower here. In ordinary days connectivity is very good, but in rainy days signal becomes poor, speed becomes 10-50 kb/sec from 5-6 mb/sec. I want to take #JioFiber. Due to my work and study i also need (1/2)..

    @jiocare I was store for purchase of Jio prepaid sim but your executive denied sale of prepaid card stating sir closing ho gaya. At the same time he was selling postpaid connection to the other customer. I was very DELIGHTED WITH THIS AWFUL SERVICE.

    @JioCare you network has become worst.From past one week it has increased like anything.Dont know how many times I have complained from day 1 of usage.Hell 1ly taking excuses & keep looting public money with scheme but don't improve anything.Shame on you

    Is there any possibility to resolve our issue regarding poor network? If No then I want to switch from @Airtel_Presence to any other service provider. I am using 3 @airtelindia connections & cable connection. Now @reliancejio is feasible, so I think it will be better option.

    @reliancejio at silchar(Assam) airport jio network connectivity is very bad. So improve Jio network strength and work on data speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since Thursday my jio fibre has not been working and customer care people are very unsupportive. In last 72 hours no technician has contacted even after repeated complaints. Totally dissatisfied with jio fibre customer care service.
