Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

  • GeoIntel_India
    GeoIntel India (@GeoIntel_India) reported

@JioCare Dear Team Jio, I am writing to formally escalate the handling of my unresolved network complaints. Mobile Number: 9517183479 Complaint References: SR0000336W5T SR000034KRBD SR000035Y9KN SR000037IPCT Location: Tandauli, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh GPS Coordinates: 26.606246, 82.348250 My issue is very simple. Jio officially shows True 5G coverage at my location through its coverage map, customer support systems, WhatsApp support and network checks. However, in actual usage, stable and usable 5G service is not available at my location. Despite multiple complaints and detailed evidence, the issue remains unresolved. I have already provided: • GPS coordinates • Coverage map screenshots • Speed test results • Network screenshots • Multiple complaint references • Details of nearby active towers Instead of a technical resolution, I continue receiving identical template responses mentioning "temporary congestion", with changing timelines of 7, 10, 15 and now even 39 days. More concerning is the complaint handling process itself. Recently, a representative placed only a brief missed call. No meaningful discussion took place. However, immediately afterward I received feedback and complaint-related communications creating the impression that customer contact had been completed and the issue had been attended. My concern is that complaints appear to be processed and feedback requests generated without proper customer interaction or actual resolution. I therefore request: 1. Verification of all call records and call durations related to my complaints. 2. Written confirmation of the actual technical root cause identified by your network team. 3. Confirmation whether 5G is genuinely available and usable at my exact location. 4. Reopening of any complaint closed without actual resolution. 5. Physical verification of the serving tower and network infrastructure in my locality. 6. A clear resolution plan with a realistic timeline instead of repeated generic responses. After several complaints, repeated assurances and multiple escalations, the issue remains exactly the same. I request immediate intervention from the management and appellate team. Regards, Litil Yadav Mobile: 9517183479 Location: Tandauli, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh GPS: 26.606246, 82.348250

@ijnani @JioCare @reliancejio Same experience here. I've faced this too. Issues rarely get resolved unless you somehow reach a customer executive. Even that feels like a struggle. Customers don't pay for this kind of experience.

@reliancejio Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action has been taken. We are only receiving assurances while the network issue continues. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare
