@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@JioCare right now I hv talk to ur customer care he says no. of Jio user is so high in ur area, that’swhy net speed is slow. So what is meaning of this we have to migrate another network. @aajtak @TRAI

Through Jio Customer Care and Twitter, there has been a continuous complaint for 2 years that there is a lot of difficulty in running and talking to the net. For the last 15 days, the situation is so serious that 2 GB hardly spend 50Mb, that too at night.@JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare Guys...your problem is that issue category is your internal technical..not customer oriented. So your system doesn't say..."complaint is internet not working"..which is what customer is reporting. It says "RDI Alarm" or some such thing.
