    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MUKESHAMBANl @TRAI @neetaambani I have sold jio phone to customer on dated 1st Feb.19 from my shop,there is no solution received from 1977 & 198 helpline. Customer care Executive unable to do anything. Jio phone not start yet.

    @JioCare 60-100kbps on a 4G sim,wow.i have a broadband connection in my home i recharged my jio nmbr with 151 work from home plan for emergency and if i go outside.I think u guyz need some improvement or upgrade ur infrastructre,current system is not enough to handle the userbase pperly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still issue not rectified, it's almost nearing 48hrs. Yesterday they checked inside near router and informed that inside premises everything is fine some issue outside, again today they called and informe they cannot trace wire and need access inside premises

    @jiocare worst net speed of jio and its customer care is good for nothing, I am facing issue of slow net from last 2 month and lodge a complain with customer care but nothing happened. Now its time to change to other operator.

    @JioCare I am referring to 400051. The network in the area is OK. However, I often visit MMRDA office, which is right opposite Newly constructed JIO World Drive. The network there is pathetic. You must install a cell tower on your own building
