And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, JioFiber Care said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. If my connection gets cut because of the fake bill, I am not gonna pay and silently move on to @airtelindia. Your ambani boss will fire on losing months of revenue because of lethargy.
