  @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

  @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

  @JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

  @JioCare Sukhmeet, 2+ months they r working on my concern but result no refund. In normal situation in 14 days after equipment return I should get my refund. So u tell me y no refund yet? Either not working or messed up. One of them is correct, saying & doing r two different return refund

  @JioCare @reliancejio 6 years loyal Jio Fiber customer. Last 15 days, no internet — completely dead. Called customer care multiple times, your IVR bot just loops “tell me your issue” and disconnects the call before connecting to a human. This is unacceptable.

  @JioCare I think you and your team is uneducated because the way you're replying is so "gawaar" type. I already told you that yesterday an engineer visited for checking and he said that the issue is on the backend tower not on my end. How you can say that the issue is on my end? @TRAI

  @JioCare @JioCare the problem I was mentioned is the mejestic metro tunnel where almost 10min complete n/w outrage will be there while travelling. Earlier mentioned it’s n/w latching issue, pls add more boosters to increase range.

  Internet speed is very slow near Agashi, Virar (401301) for last 4 days. I am using Jio SIM as well as Jio Airfiber. Submitted complaint on MyJio app but no luck. @JioCare

  @JioCare It is obvious that Jio is not resolving the issue on top priority. You can resolve only when your engineer will visit and troubleshoot the issue. From 23rd July you r escalating the issue. You are exposing yourself.Let’s see when u will resolve it. @airtel pls takeover now
