@reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@JioCare @JioCare @consumerforum_ the issue was fixed, but another engineer came saying they are getting alarms and the net is still down, I have raised 4 complaints in the span of 4 days. Kindly check or I will take legal help now. Also, provide me with a refund for 4 days of internet.

@JioCare i have recently booked new jio fiber connection. It's been 5 days i didn't get any call or visit from technician. Fiber is not yet installed. It is just keep getting rescheduled and no one is taking action on it. One of the worst customer service i am facing here.
