@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

@reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

Hi @JioCare raised a STB request on 24th May, got it nxt day and paid too. But 4 days got the refund for same. Jio employee came and took the STB back today. I unable to raise the request on customer care for getting it back or getting new box. Please help.

@JioCare @reliancejio JIO U HAVE THE worst Customer support. THEY dont know what products they sell. I was asked to email the complaint. Email reply says to chat on whatsapp that doesn’t understand anything & im asked to go to a service Center that is shy down. USELESSS !

Please arrange home deliver of sim. Else we have to surrender nmber and take a #Jio @reliancejio number of @Airtel_Presence is helpless.#airtel. See DM for the number and alternate number u can call on. AWAIT RESOLUTION. Airtel sims go bad frequently, WHY? THEN U ASK US 2PAY4SIM.
