    @JioCare @reliancejio we have tower in our area but network issue we always phase.Tower is 1.5km away from us but we received single like 1 or 2 stick.We are not able to use internet even we phase network issue in our area.Dongargaaon kawad TQ Phulambri tower at Palphata

    @JioCare just wondering how Jio is launching 5g even after worst and pathetic 4g network. 🤔 With this speed one can’t even watch a youtube video. I think its time to port and change the network. #jiosucks

    @JioCare Worst service by Jio, Not even UPI payments working with it... It buffers for a long time and get disconnected.

    @JioCare Internet speed have decreased upto 10 to 20kbps, I'm facing this issue since yesterday and my work has been stopped. I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

    I complained about this so many times to customer service but every time they didn't work on it. I have post many complaints on Twitter also by tagging @JioCare, @DoT_India, And @TRAI, but no one is ready to take action against this. (2/2)

    @JioCare @JagoGrahakJagoo 6 days to get in touch! 2 month to provide services! They provide 5g data service but the team is working as they exist in the 80's, even letters were used they wud have reaches until now! #jiofibre #jiocare

    @JioCare internet has been off in our area for six days, my daily 1.5 GB of data is being wasted without using it. The service is off from the @reliancejio company. So why should I bear the brunt of it. @TRAI

    @JioCare Internet didn't work for 5 days so I raised a RENT REBATE request on 17/Mar/26 Expected resolution date was 26/Mar/26. Today is 12/May/26- still no resolution, no rebate. Called customer support today: 1st agent- mere paas show ni ho raha, call transfer kar raha hu
