    When @reliancejio was roled out, I thought it will provide good service. But to my disillusion after some days they started to behave like other operators. In addition to that the data speed has been reduced to 2-3 kb/s

    The internet in our area has not started yet. It's been six days now, even though the @JioCare Customer Service Center said it would take two hours. @reliancejio @TRAI Customer service centers disconnect calls from their side. Why?

    @JioCare sir i am a dealer of jio our village has more than 1000 jio customers even if we install booster in village to solve this problem internet speed will increase otherwise village has full network of vi all jio customers will port there

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI No network in our area. We are not able to do calls and no use of the internet also. It's almost a dead situation in our area. We request you please fix the network.. previous complaint hasn't been resolved yet. Add:Dongargaon kawad TQ Phulambri 431111

    @JioCare @JagoGrahakJagoo 6 days to get in touch! 2 month to provide services! They provide 5g data service but the team is working as they exist in the 80's, even letters were used they wud have reaches until now! #jiofibre #jiocare

    @JioCare Hi ... Right now I'm, sorry all jio user facing issue all Aurangabad maharatra India pin code 431001 all user not happy with your network service all user same issues....and everyone website , apps is not working ..only buffering and 4 g net speed is 20 to mostly 50 kbps speed.

    @JioCare Are you guys really providing genuine support? My Soyliv subscription with the Jio AirFiber bundle shows “subscription expired” even after ₹706 recharge. Called support twice, same “clear cache/data” solution. Tried everything, still no fix. Kindly give genuine steps.

    @JioCare Why are you making fool to me, i ask you to disconnect my internet permanently , and i received a call from jio customer care that my disconnection is in process. I dont think you have done this. Send me the permanent disconnection request number

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service, affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Complaint Registered on 24th may 2026. Service status showing is engineer assigned  but  no attempt made to contact . Also , the schedule keeps postponing to next day.  Its been happening from Monday onwards.  Ensure timely service or kindly disconnect the fibre .
