    @reliancejio @JioCare I've requested several times online for Jio Fiber in my locality, every time have been denied by saying service is not in your area, my locality is just a kilometer from Phoenix Palassio and Ekana Stadium.

    @JioCare After putting in the complaint on 6th, it was attended on 10th August, who is responsible for 4 days of extra recharge you guys took and the network did not work !

    @reliancejio #JIO Nobody give any response in JIO. Even I have sent mail on each higher authorities. However nobody care for reading mail or replying. Such a worst customer care. If we call them then they raised hands. Appellate & nodal authorities are totally useless.

    user: Sir, my @JioCare network is gone when electricity is not there & comes when electricity is there. Jio Agent: sir, Problem is solved. User: What's resolution? Agent: Now, it doesn't matter if electricity is there or not, Network won't be there at all!! Thanks @reliancejio
