  @JioCare i recently came to abroad for my foreign studies in georgia. 🇬🇪 And my eSim is not working here, sim is not recieving network where as my friends who are using physical sim are working fine. Is there any way i can get a physical sim delievered at my indian address?? #jio

  @JioCare Am fed up of these answers ok ask your network team to get the connection ASAP. When customer is asking for a service repeatedly atleast you should consider the request & start working on it & prioritise the request. talk to your network team & let me know how much time you need

  @JioCare How to disconnect Jio Fiber and get refund? No way to reach out to a real Customer Representative. Only Jio care options I see it to chat with a bot. Please reach back, need to disconnect as I am moving and Jio Fiber is not available at my new location.
