@JioCare I received a call about permanent deactivation of my number due to no recharge. Reason is poor network in my village—very slow speed & I need to travel 1–2 km for internet. Please consider & help keep my number active. 🙏

@satheeshrj A similar thing happened to my brother on vacation an incorrect pack got activated. Despite multiple complaints, he was overcharged. He later switched to @reliancejio and hasn’t faced such issues you could consider it too..
