    @JioCare @reliancejio I have reopened this request two times. I am waiting with patience for last 4 months. I have spent hours on Automated Customer Care Calls and talking to executive, also sent emails. Kindly refund my balance amount or adjust in my existing JioFiber account. I am still a customer.

    @JioCare System restrictions" won't fix a physically severed cable outside my house. The wire was cut into two during electricity work. Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

    Facing the exact same issue with @reliancejio @JioCare! Scheduled installation missed, tickets closed falsely as resolved without visits, and customer care giving empty verbal promises. Adding my voice to amplify this deficiency of service. #BandBajaateRaho #JioFiber @TRAI

    @JioCare my payment in your system and provide me with the correct ORN number associated with this transaction. I should not be repeatedly asked to provide an ORN that was never given to me in the first place. Please check the transaction from your end and provide the correct ORN.
