    @JioCare We have complained for last 2 years to improve internet speed call drop issue . But no response from jio team . Its pathetic to say every time that mass user using jio so the internet speed is slow , then why u are not installing more towers . #Jioslowinternetspeed

    @reliancejio Your customer support tells me that my internet connection issue will be resolved in a week. Is this the standard turnaround time for your customers? No internet from almost 24 hours, @airtelindia seems like a better idea.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber request for new connection with the Order ID is NO0000M8Y6L0 is closed on Sunday but Internet is still not activated, I am without Internet, since the connection started If this is Jio, then I don’t want to continue anymore with Jio Worst experience

    @JioCare I don't trust JioFiber Connectivity anymore. Following 1 week power outage with JioFiber, I do not believe in your assurance or promises. If you cannot compensate your customer for the Issues you endure, I will better seek a good Internet Provider...
