    8 days after @jio_fiber installation, connection is still not activated. Paid ₹2,222, called multiple times, and emailed support—no response. Order: NO0001ELGGVQ Please activate my service or process a full refund. @JioCare @reliancejio #CustomerService

    @JioCare I need customer care to call me or give me their number, there is no direct call number mentioned, pathetic services, I need technician to visit my place ASAP. Everything in India is growing worse even after paying for things.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago, I stay in navi mumbai here the network drop has become very common at my place. We have 5 jio sim connections.Spending monthly around 2k and in return I am getting worst services.I do work from home not able to work and lost 1 day of pay

    @JioCare You are wasting my time. I waited 3 days for the engineer visit on 17th. And now I've to wait till 23rd. Your service is pathetic. You should send someone immediately to restore connection and also have a relook on the quality of service being rendered.
