  @TRAI Due to the absence of Jio tower in our area,there is network problem for the last 2 years, there is some problem outside but there is an indoor network issue, I have been complaining continuously for the last 2 years but no action is being taken. #jio5G @TRAI @reliancejio

  @JioCare Its been 4 days & no response from @JioCare abt service restoration. No updates on ticket raised. Cant even connect with any customer care executive as call gets disconnected after ivr says ticket on hold. @JioCare tell me the process to discontinue the connection immediately.

  @JioCare I want you to reopen the existing ticket and resolve my issue as early as possible. Please be informed that Jio is not the only provider available to me, so please resolve the issue today itself before i consider moving away. Mind you this is 5th day running
