@reliancejio @JioCare I raised SR00001AT6T4 for which engineer’s visit was scheduled on 5th May at 7 pm, but no one visited. Similarly on 6th and 7th at 7 pm and 3 pm, but no engineer visit! Very poor representation by Jio and it’s engineers. Maybe #jioDoesntCare?

@JioCare.jio fiber account 2235749591 is off since yesterday(06 May) 0300 pm and still not working. Engineer’s physical visit was also booked today for 0500 pm appointment. Nothing done. No visit/ internet not working for more than 26 hours now. Do not know what to do now?
