    @JioCare newest strategy seems to be to lie to the customer and change the terms. Complaint made yesterday at 1:50 P.M. and it is now been more than 27 hours that the complaint has been unanswered. Even #Airtel does better than this...Paying so much for #poorservice. #chennai

    @reliancejio Worst account management. Data recharges are very complicated and hamper work from home while using Jio data card.

    @JioCare my internet speed is ridiculously slow now days. I don't have jio fibre (or any brodband service) because it's not available in my area. Now sir! my studies are so screwed now. If you guys can help, thank you. If can't , thank you. 🙏

    @JioCare - STB OF JIO FIBER Is malfunction and the chat customer care support has DECLINED to raise a ticket. Please sort ur house in order and get better services. Seek resolution on priority.
