It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

Hey @JioCare #realmeX50pro update has come to support 5g bandwidth..why are you not listing in you 5g device compatible list.We are waiting for so long. @airtelindia 5g is working on the device but you are failing to provide the service.when did we expect To be listed as 5g.

@reliancejio I would like to share a very pathetic customer service experience from jio I chatted today for my DND issues . Chat advisor Chitra,was not allowing me to reply and abruptly ended the chat . without giving proper resolution.

@JioCare Since yesterday jio fiber connection is not providing a network in my place I raised a complaint about it and the engineer said the problem will be resolved in 2hrs but still the problem is not fixed and no one is responding properly from there end.
