    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    Dear , @reliancejio , @JioCare - As soon as power cut is observed , Jio signals are falling down . No access to internet . Can’t you maintain a generator at every tower so that power fluctuations cannot disrupt internet supply ? Causing huge problems for working professionals

    @JioCare VERY POOR SERVICE. Today again jio team are making false promise to come to install the connection. But they didn't come. They also not bother to inform the same. Very poor service before installation. What will they do if any service is required after installation....

    @JioCare @reliancejio Want to complaint against the complaint no. SR000014RRK7 It has been 22 hours since the complaint was registered but there is no update from the engineer and your customer care is saying the policy is of 24 hours

    @JioCare Just an hour back again I tried with JIO care agent. Asked me to repeat all steps whuch I have done si many times earlier. No solution in sight. It is problem with your network somewhere ane not in my settings

    @JioCare Hello still I don’t have jiofiber connection. As per our understanding you resolve the request within 24 hours. But still i am suffering with the issue. May i know who is responsible for this?
