It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

@JioCare why are your customer care people afraid to talk? When I try to make my point and ask for information they cut the call (have recordings). When I call your jiofiber number they don't pick up for 20 mins. How can a customer reach the care team?

@JioCare Today got a number ported to Jio, strangely neither 198 nor 1977 can be called for verification. Interestingly it can reach any other 3-digit numbers. Both incoming and outgoing calls are fine for regular numbers. Jio says network problem. Wow- interesting analogy.
