    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare Yes yes yes yes it’s at the same location, how many times do I need to repeat it, horrible service, take your set top box and modem today without fail as you are charging me the rent without using it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI This is my 50th complain with no resolution. Inspite of full DND I am receiving promotional SMS with different number from same set of merchants every day. Pls do not ask me to DM you as nobody responds there from jio. Screenshot of SMS is attached
