    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the service request which u people rasie for installation is worst, no one came till now for the installation,we will just get message they will come to installation, but no one came from last 4 days, I don't know why I invested money on jio fiber.

    @JioCare @TRAI I tried to follow up with the technician, who assured me he would come the next day, but he delayed his visit for five consecutive days. Following this, I reached out to another individual claiming to be the area manager, and he also promised to resolve the issue a week ago.
