    It's very pathetic and very panic experience with @reliancejio, @JioCare You are just cheating the customers here, instead of getting the money you are getting. the public is only getting frustrated because in our area Jio's net facility is so poor that shame on the name of 4G.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare My number id added to MNRL list Unable to get help from 198 or email Due to this i am unable to use my banking service. This is happened after i jave ported in jio. Which is my mistake . Help me to fix this issue My issue is pending from past 1 month.

    @reliancejio - I have been receiving emails for other numbers and even new connections. In an earlier complaint too, your team took close to 3 weeks to settle one issue, and now another one crops up. Guess its time to bid Adieu to Jio if this is going to continue!!

    @reliancejio respected jio from when started your 5g service you provide me or your customer unlimited 5g data,i am heartily thanks to you but please i request you today plz do me a favour you remove/take back your 5g data from me my no is 9990147273 bcoz this doesn't work.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I'm currently experiencing the worst data connection ever, Even the 2G would have been better. I have reported to customer care several times but no use , they just keep saying it's a Temporary issue but it wasn't, If possible fix the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MoitOfficial why the jio network is getting pathetic day on day this wasn’t available in my office now this is creating issues at my home also. Kindly get this checked else I will be moving to some other competitors of your who got a better network.

    @JioCare this is an issue that I am facing since 2 days, continuous call drop issue. I have jio cellphone tower right up on my building terrace , whats the use of this equipment then? Visited jio store but that help was useless.
