    @JioCare seriously disheartened by the bad experiences I keep facing with the jio post paid. Firstly the frequent internet disruptions, followed by speed issues and now pathetic service handling by the jio service representatives. Company is far from the goals it started with.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I can’t explain how pathetic is ur service. I raised a request for my jio fiber relocation nd even after 10days I didn’t get any support to do so. Don’t how his company functions. I think it’s time to switch to a new vendor.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : Only able to use less then 500mb as I have such a High speed internet in my area. 1.5 gb waste. Thanks for such service after multiple complaints I am still not able to get any optimal solution.

    @JioCare When the service isn't taken care of and completed,how can it be closed and re opened by itself?No proper solution provided. How many months does a team take to solve a simple concern? I would visit a consumer court for the same in a few days .@JioCare
