@JioCare I'm using your services since 5yrs. I have ported my primary mobile number to Jio. Initially speed is awesome. But since 2.5 yrs when I shifted my residence to another town. Your network is horrible in indoor and Pathetic in outdoor too

@reliancejio @JioCare What a pathetic service. Even after multiple calls and attempts the service is still not better. Local area manager says that even they are facing network issue. You claim to be the leading service provider in India and cant even fix the network.

Real crisis now a days is Internet 🥺 @reliancejio was very good at my place , donno it became horrible from a week So took new Vodafone sim @ViCustomerCare , vi has good speed but latency is very high 🤦 Been taking unplanned leaves from a week 😔
