@JioCare We requested for relocation of our Jio fiber between different flat but within the same building. Your engineer declined the request, call centre is not picking the call, we have been told to discontinue the existing connection. Not expected from Jio, help urgently.

@JioCare @reliancejio : Very sorry to inform you guys the service you are providing for jio fiber is very worst across Jharkhand. I have paid the installation charge three days back but no one is willing to do the Installation. Your service engineer is only giving false hope.
