@reliancejio @JioCare cant one place multiple requests at once ? Should a customer call you twice or thrice requesting for assistance for the issue on Jio Fiber connectivity ? Hour representative behavior on calls is very bad too

@JioCare, I wanted to be a loyal customer of Jio, but it seems you guys really don't care about your network. It is really annoying that everytime I try to make a phone call, it doesn't connect what so ever. All my family members and friends are experiencing similar issue in Jio

@JioCare I really don't think that I'll get any resolution now today also I'll be advised to wait for another 24hrs and then also issue will remain. I don't want to use @JIOFIBER8 anymore. Your service is worst.
