    @JioCare No thank you. I don't want that. I made a complaint 3 months ago and cancelled my port request believing you would do something with my issue. You didn't. I just want to tell people how 6 years old customers are treated by Jio. Whole family is porting out of Jio to Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I deleted the tweet after your but here I get no help from you guys, Can you please set an expectation that will we able to do WFH properly through airtel or switch to @reliancejio We are paying high charges and getting 2G speed.     @JioCare even the calls are not connecting let alone the Internet. Paying a huge amount of money per month but the service is getting pathetic.

    Jiofiber not working in my area already logged complain technician visited but they said there is low power in FAT box its been 6hrs no internet all my works are busted want reimbursement @JioCare

    @reliancejio @jiocare your website feedback form does not work. IVR takes ages to connect. My new fibre connection has not been installed for last 11 days (Chandigarh) and there is no easy way for resolution. Pathetic!
