    @fnf47_ @JioCare This is clearly breach of Service Level Agreement (SLA). If anyone is using more than offered, Jio should delimit that user than let other user getting impacted. @JioCare should analyse uses and scale its infra.

    @reliancejio worst service. Dangling for the disconnection issue. Service request keep on rescheduling again and again. From 27th Dec 1 pm to same day 5 pm to today 28th Dec, it was scheduled for 2:30 pm, but again rescheduled to 30th without any reason mentioned.

    @JioCare my Jio fiber has a high ping issue since the day it was installed.. I tried to contact the personnel and he didn't even send anyone to take a look.. The ping issue is so bad that I can't even watch live matches and play online games. It's been a month with this situation

    I am tired of your network @JioCare I seriously would like to port my sim. @airtelindia This is the reason why nobody should have monopoly in the market over essential products or services. The Government has to stop promoting only two business families.

    @JioCare Our jio fibre is down since last two days(red blinking light) but it hasn't been resolved. On contacting the senior team for help they don't show up. Unexpected behaviour and service from your end. My jio fibre account no is +91-2235412603
