    @vinaykrsinghal @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance has always been like this. Since the Dhirubhai phone days. Thats why i always avoided it being anything primary in my life. However bad Airtel may be, the customer service is far superior to Jio.

    @JioCare Services were totally unavailable for 6 day's in the month of December 22 and it's a recurring issue. When time comes Jio stops service but what about unavailability of services due to inefficient and ineffective working systems

    As @reliancejio @JioCare said that they have got live their true 5G in Gujarat, Ahmedabad then why it's not working in my @realmeIndia GT 2Pro? Why i didn't get any notification regarding 5G yet.?

    @JioCare Hi I'm on iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.2 installed. 5G is still not activated on my number. I've not received the Jio 5G welcome offer invite. 5G works on my phone if I insert another number Sim of Jio with 5G activated but doesn't work on my Sim.

    @reliancejio purely cheating customers with no resolution from CC whr to cust go.Askd prepaid your PPL fakely installed postpaid unnecessary paid more totally frustrated noone is helping. Lost the trust but hope that u will go as you are & rectify.Share mail id for gravience.
