    @reliancejio You are talking about WiFi but i did complain abount network issue in my area but i didn't get any response by your technical team no visit in my location where i am facing network issue.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber down for last full week. No sign of fixing it or resolution so far. Support engineer visits is scheduled after a week now. Reschedule option page is broken

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently I call 198 so your service advisor pooja also 18 advisor make me fool give me temporary solution I suffer 3 month same problem 7 to 12 pm at night my fiver is not working So el customer 3 month se suffer kar raha he or kiso ko padi nahi

    @JioCare My jio air fiber account no is 520168270347. Jio air fiber has the worst service. So pathetic when you call customer care number it gives automated reply saying Experiencing temporary network congestion in your area and disconnects the call without connecting to support.

    @JioCare spoke to the engineer and his team. No one has been aligned for this issue yet because 'engineers were busy somewhere else'. I said Jio care gave a TAT of 5pm on Sun, he said that's given by the system but no one has been assigned for this issue yet. WTF!!!!!
