    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @reliancejio Worst experience with @RelianceJio. Using a new SIM since May 16th with no 5G activation after multiple fake deadlines from support. Plus, local network service is incredibly poor despite my repeated complaints. Please fix this immediately! @JioCare 📶❌ #JioDown #JioNetwork

    @JioCare See 12 hrs is enough time to resolve the issue.. your services are down frequently. Now I am frustrated with the JioFiber services and want to disconnect this, pls let me know the process else I will remove this from my home.. I want to go with the process

    Very disappointed with Jio Fiber service in Sariya. The payment was collected by Aabha Enterprises (Jio Distributor) 10 days ago, but the fiber connection is still not installed. I have contacted them multiple times and even raised a complaint with Jio, @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I visit my bank and describe the issue and they are saying it was successful payment from our side ( bank of baroda ) now it was your problem Jio Team not the bank problem now it's your responsibility to give me refund or credit the 2 month jiohome recharge in my account.

    Internet keeps facing issues and your customer care only gives scripted replies. How long does it take to fix basic issue? This level of negligence is unacceptable. Stop harassing customers with delays, actually resolve the complaint. Worst customer support exp ever @JioCare
