  @JioCare Earlier at least I used to get minimum signal which however I used to talk with caller by another no. But now it comes NO CONNECTION so it has become useless to keep connection

  @JioCare Complaint #SR0000164X40. Just had a talk with customer care and got to know that the engineer will visit at around 5:30pm in the evening. My internet has stopped working yesterday between 9am to 10am. This is the quality of service you provide.?

  No internet since a week. Complain no. SR0000163RK6,one of the engineers called up and said there won't be internet for 2 month due to some line fault and added you have to wait if you want to continue this service. WE DON'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF REPLY FROM YOUR END.@JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio purchased jio mobile at Rs 900 and for repair service centre is asking Rs 1200 !!!!! Dont understand this logic

  @JioCare I was told by local mgr that don’t raise complaints but contact him directly. Since I raised it, no service engineer has visited the place in more than 24 hours. I am listening lots and lots excuses like it’s Sunday so no one is available or it’s raining so can’t visit

  Please solve the problem of network issue i.e very weak...in my area Can't even making call since a jio tower is within 1 km...its a daily routine of network issue This type of condition can force us to move in airtel @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Again got the same message saying an appointment has been scheduled at your premises. Still no mention of Time or contact number of the engineer. This is the service you provide. It's been 24hrs since my internet has stopped. Really Pathetic
