    @JioCare Tried too many times. You are slow people. You have been reaching this area since lst year. I was promised August 21 in june 21, then october in july 21. Your expansion is slow as sloth’s effort to move in the forward direction

    Terrible service by @JioCare. Paying for 500mbps but still providing slow network. Despite calling customer care they are making fun by making us to wait for 20-30 mins on call then dropping. Jio fibre is mafia. We will sue them for cheating their customers. @JioChat @DoT_India

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Service ID 3379613463- There is no connection since yesterday. Customer care does not answer to our calls. Give me one good reason why anyone should rely on Reliance Jio. Just by keeping the name Reliance it does not mean that it is a company worth relying .

    @reliancejio got sim on 28th April, it was faulty, went to store on 29th, told to go back following day as the man sold sim was not there, sim got replaced but the plan jio should give two days back that i lost due to faulty sim. Can you help?

    After contacting 3 times to the costumer executive my problem still not resolved . Costumer executive will just give you a complaint id after that nothing will happen and i am still facing the problem of no internet.@reliancejio @JioCare
