    @JioCare Today, after all this delay, he says he has no authority to issue a new SIM and that I should pay ₹349 if I need one. Why was a delivery executive assigned if he cannot complete the delivery? Why was I repeatedly asked to wait when no action was being taken?

    @JioCare We cant wait till june 1st, why your service team is not coming on time. In my jio app its clearly mentioned that they will resolve my issue today. But now they are saying they cant come before june1st. Our location is in city center. My complaint is filed on working day.

    @JioCare My airfiber complaint ID: SR000036LT0B has been dead since few days. My various complaint through jio app also useless . No qualified professional technician attending the issue other than fancy update in my jio app. One of the worst service compared to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @ConsumerCom I am also still waiting for an update regarding the extension of my plan validity. I have been unable to use my set-top box for the last 12–15 days due to the ongoing issue and request compensation through a plan extension. Kindly look into this matter.

    @JioCare since morning, jio air fiber network is not connecting to internet. I have been repeatedly calling the customer service, but the call gets dropped off in the middle. Tried all the service lines and diagnostic measures. None worked. Please help me out.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is not working from yesterday,not able to get any complaint. Every 2 hours getting message it will restore on priority. Very poor service
