    @JioCare @reliancejio I have migrated my mobile no from prepaid to postpaid last month. There was balance in prepaid account around 1200/- JIO is not paying it back to me reason stated that not in our policy. So JIO is sinking my money?? @TRAI No answers with customer care.

    @JioCare @JioMart_Support Jio Fiber complaint was not registered on Chat bot nor on Customer care. Very poor service. Company taken 1 year advance plan and later no service provided to the customer @BandBajaateRaho

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I am highly dissatisfied with the service JIO has offered me, I raised request on 29th August 22 SR00001DILG9 for relocation it was supposed to be fixed by 05 September 22 by 1500HRS but it didn't happen. It's been 11 days since I've been without internet.
