    @JioCare Hi as I am traveling internationally why I am not getting coverage on my simcards?? Although My Friend has a jio number he is receiving msgs from india without any roaming package...I am just getting emergency calls only msg

    @JioCare has hired only idiots at their customer care. Has to only refund me rs 199 or activate my hotstar vip. @reliancejio i will go into consumers forum as it is ur advisor's fault not mine. I have the call recording with me.

    Hey!! @JioCare,@reliancejio , yesterday i was trying to recharge my jio number with 888 plan. The amount got debited and it's still in processing stage. Payment made through Gpay. As my plan will get expired today. Can you please help me with an update and resolution on this? TIA

    @JioCare Hey Jio, Your connection has crashed now in monsoon. I called that customer care number of yours and it says go to app. The app says that all your executives are busy. The hell am I supposed to do.

    @JioCare Sir how long I have to wait for better network, since 2018 I am facing such problem in my area. I don't think it will solve because by providing 2G speed jio earning enough revenue for Mr Mukesh Ambani
