It has now been more than 96 hours and I still haven't received my SIM. This is unacceptable service and causing inconvenience & loss. I will escalate to @jagograhakjago and consumer court.

There is only red light, red light, red light, green light for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and then again red light, red.

From that day onwards he is neither picking up the phone nor providing any solution. There is no responsibility whether the connection is correct or not.
