  @JioCare The first issue was resolved after 5 days. The internet lasted for only 2 days after that. Back to having no internet. Again facing issues. Pathetic service. My entire apartment is turned off with the service quality of Jio. Planning to remove it

  @JioCare The issue got resolved after 5 days. However you are refusing to answer my question of extending my plan expiry date by 5 days. Since I prepaid for the plan, I had paid for a service that was not available and you seem to take customers money for granted.

  This is with reference to popular @JioCare They just use customers and make new schemes to grab money,i have a jiofibre connection and due to some problem they said to take new connection ,so they said that i will be refunded with previous monthly recharge that i made. #fraud
