    caveat emptor for all existing and future customers who would only be those who have not been cautioned about the systemic malpractices of @JioCare @reliancejio #customers Be fully aware they do not care. It's worth paying a few $s extra to @airtelindia and getting a fair service

    so smart of @JioCare first they will upgrade your wifi router and charge 3000 in adv, then no one will come to pick old router and your refund will keep blocked. can any one help here ??

    Lately, the @reliancejio network has become worst. Internet connectivity is horrible. Don't know what I pay for @RelianceJioCare #vodafoneindia has surpassed @airtelindia for being worst connection.

    @reliancejio Jio customer care harassing by not coming to pick up router for deactivated fiber. Have called everyday for a week, they resolve service request without coming. Frustrated at pathetic service and wasting my time everyday and falsely confirming pick up slot.
