  I am also belonging to same village frequently shutdown in village it not about specific location or buliding its about whole area it like 3500 people facing network shutdown frequently but @JioCare don’t care

  Facing major network issues with @reliancejio mobile network in P Block South Ex - II, New Delhi 110049. Most of the time network remains absent, somehow if it works quality is extremely horrible. Looks like @JioCare wants people to port out of their network. @DoT_India

  @JioCare my net is not working since many days. Your team is not resolving the issue and just giving fake promises. I have raised a complaint vide SR00003CBPRF and prior to that also which can be seen from your records but no resolution at all. Am frustrated with that

  @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2

  @JioCare what kind of advanced technology is this , that my JioFiber with no 04079632617 doesn't work each and every time whenever it rains in my area. Extremely disappointed and so frustrated because of this issue n may need to look for alternatives if this is not solved .
