    @JioCare 25 days we raised the compalint SR000017TX6U no one visited and i had told to cancel my connection and refund my 2500rs. Without visiting home engineer are closing request.sales person 8779101112 is not picking phone and you are not taking any action for wrong marketing

    Hello @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio. I'm need to new connection in Jio Fiber, But Last 5 months I'm Applying Online fiber connection in my location. Contact me local jio fiber providers. But he said not available in your area. This incident, after 5 months I'm again apply fiber.

    @komaleshwaram @reliancejio @airtelindia Had issues with Data connection at my place.. Waited for 5 years.. They didn't bother to resolve.

    @reliancejio Third class service. Veey Poor network. No proper response. And u people only want money from us...earlier it was 199 but now it is 239. Bakwas...

    @komaleshwaram @reliancejio @airtelindia I think you should. Their customer support is pathetic in recent years. Earlier I used to vouch for them, now time has changed.
