Why it's not yet picked up even after complaining so many times engineer saying customer is not interested what it is happening. Is customer lying to you. Now I will go to consumer forum if I won't get the pickup of the product and my refund @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@sunnxt @fiber_jio @JioCare live TV on Sunnxt is either jumping or getting rewind very frequently in JIO SET OF BOX as well as in mobile app. Is that because of JIO connection or Sun Nxt app global issue?
