Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare Booked jio fiber connection on 7th Jan but after 11 days installation has not been done. I call everyday to jio fiber service providers of my area Shastri Nagar, Kanpur,UP pincode 208005 but they only making fool everyday by saying we are coming within one hour. Pathetic

@JioCare IN BACKEND SERVICE ENGINEER ARE NOT PROVIDED THE FULL SERVICE,WHEN WE ARE ASKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO LAY THE FIBRE CABLE IN YOUR AREA AS IT IS TOO LONG PUT,THEY WHY THEY HAVE GIVEN THE CONNECTION TO ME BEFORE ONE YEAR

@JioCare Jio should check into this issue how they are provided the service and why they have started the business in our area. I request jio care to check ASAP and give the proper justification on this otherwise I need to raise a ticket to uninstall the jio service.

@JioCare No thank you. I don't want that. I made a complaint 3 months ago and cancelled my port request believing you would do something with my issue. You didn't. I just want to tell people how 6 years old customers are treated by Jio. Whole family is porting out of Jio to Airtel.
