    @JioCare It's more than 24 hours and you are not able to resolve single issue......i don't know how "customer experience" is your top most priority...... @airtelindia would have installed new connection in same time but you are not able to service existing customer.

    @reliancejio Please educate your staff and upgrade your process for better service. I am asking your customer care service for a simple thing and guess what they can't even do that. i only need my jio fiber bill and they can't even do that. What a ridiculous service.

    @JioCare Got a mail mentioning the issue is escalated, but still installation is pending, Got a mail from customer care that the installation is put on hold and reason is mentioned 'Customer is not interested '. This is not expected from jio,

    Worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber I could have been my local WiFi band in some hop changed to jio I paid for 6m plan so waiting will change after finish very lag in Wi-Fi half off the time using my mobile network pls improve your service 0 rating

    Disappointed with the jio customer care,my jio number 6303192898 services suspended without any standard reason,its being 10 days following up with them continuously but services are not getting resumed.Only give false hope. Please help @reliancejio @JioCare Contact me 8923066062
