  @JioCare I have already shared all complaint/ticket numbers with you via DM. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. What's more concerning is that the local technicians disconnect calls when I try to reach them for an update. What kind of customer support is this?

  Its been 9 days since Jio has taken my money but was not able to instal JioFiber yet inspite of registering a compliant, and inspite of repeated escalation. Never expected this from @reliancejio esp in National Capital Delhi. @JioCare @TRAI #Jio #RelianceJio

  @JioCare Guys, I’m already aware of what the app is showing. I’ve been following up continuously for the last 4 days, and the same generic update is being repeated by your customer support team. This does not resolve my issue. What I need is a clear explanation and a realistic ETA?

  @JioCare I am a consumer of JioAirFiber in Sukhobristi, Kolkata. On my last tweet, I told you about my speed issue. Customer service here said, problem cannot be resolved. But your salesman promised best internet. I NEED A REFUND!!!!
