    @JioCare All I want to say, pathetic service. The usage is due to your people suggestion. When I was on call, your people suggested to activate IR, I need to make either voice or use Data or send SMS. Now you are saying as there is usage you cannot refund. So what is this?

    @JioCare I am being cheated by jio operator, I am being told that I will get 383 days validity on recharge of 2999, but I got only 365 days validity, even customer care has no response. Where is my 23 days

    @JioCare This is to inform you guys very pathetic services I have ever received. My jio fiber internet is running too much slow, ping was high. I raised the complaint. Engg. Came but unable to fix. Even they told please watch you tube video to fix it.

    @reliancejio I would like be with vi not with you @jio when we calls on your customer care number. This is a temporary issue it will resolve as soon as possible. Every time even you're facing an issue or not. Worst service ever I felt in my life.

    @JioCare The problem is still not resolved. Every hour the fiber disconnects and reconnects on its own. Sometimes I will have to restart the router. How come you say it’s resolved?. You can check the logs. Please provide me stable internet connection before closing complaint
