    @reliancejio The Jio network provided in the Kaza (Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh) is not upto the mark. The service gets interrupted frequently, call drops are frequent and internet speed is less than 3G. It is requested to rectify the situation as users are suffering alot. Pls

    @JioCare Need to also understand the process where Jio is expecting customers to scan and print documents the way they want when they understand the user has no access to Internet. Very Poor Customer Service.

    @JioCare Jio fiber network is extremely poor. Everyday the network is down. Even the TV does not work when that happens. The service is so poor that I can't even reach out and talk to someone. When I do, they say they'll send someone in 2-3 days. I regret choosing #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio appellate number is being transferred to jio mobile customer care. No details available on the website for any escalation. Every promise for a call back has not been fullfilled
