  @JioCare @JioCare no need, I have been waiting since 14th July to get my issue fixed, now I can't Wait please process the deactivation of my account and send someone to get the router. @JioCare has the worst customer service. I'll make sure no one I know ever get jio fibre.

  @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins
