  @JioCare I think you and your team is uneducated because the way you're replying is so "gawaar" type. I already told you that yesterday an engineer visited for checking and he said that the issue is on the backend tower not on my end. How you can say that the issue is on my end? @TRAI

  @JioCare my jio air fiber is out of service for last 24 hours, and top of that your technical team closes service request without any visit to onsite and without any resolution. However issue persists. Unethical way of doing business.

  @MohitSood3 @JioCare @reliancejio They are just pathetic it would be better if you get this connection cancelled 15 days before the tenure ends. Honestly, I am a disappointed customer not even using their service anymore the connection is just there but no at my home uses it now.
