Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare How much time do you need to escalate the issue? It's already 10 days and till you are figuring out when to install? This is ridiculous. Just tell me how to cancel the installation, from the app or I have to call from register number!

@JioFiberChennai @reliancejio I requested for a new connection, an exec visited and took the details & payment (INR 1500), scheduled the engineer visit for the same day, however, no one has visited yet. Have called up @JioCare, no one seems to help, they keep rescheduling it

@amberkarpooja9 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

@JioCare Really surprised..even after 8 days of raising so many tickets, an engineer is not turning up to even check the problem. After scheduling so many appointments, every day I receive a message just before the appointment time stating there's some technical issue causing delay.
