@JioCare I already sent the asked details to Jio care representative. FYI I need new connection and had raised the complaint regarding the same. I suggest the team to read the complaint properly before copy pasting standard response.

@JioCare My jio fibre just stopped working in the middle of nowhere. I was working on a crucial GST registration and thanks to jio the whole thing got stalled. After repeated trials the customer care executive took the call and they told me that I would have to wait for 24 hours
