  Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

  @JioCare @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV Jio Air Fiber has to be one of the worst service providers. It is the 3rd day of wifi outage,Myjio app update keeps saying 4 hours. Yesterday customer care guy told in an hour it will be done. All lies, and no responsibility. Horrible service!

  @JioCare @reliancejio absolutely trash service. Ur engineer left yesterday telling he would fix the wifi , fiber was cut and said would be done in 30 mins, hasnt come yet, issue is persisting since 4 days, ur customer care wont speak.

  @JioCare @GoI_MeitY They don't even acknowledge what we are asking, their human representative also provide chaotic updates. It's all mess, we can not easily cancel the service too

  @JioCare I already tried it many times but the issue is not resolved, I tried to disconnect from power source and connected back and waited for 30 minutes but still no internet. Kindly schedule a technician visit to check the hardware

  @JioCare I have ordered airfiber connection 3 weeks back. Till now installation is not completed and there is no response from your even after multiple follow-ups. And your customer support agents are too worst in behaviour they don't even listen the issue details and hanging the phone
