    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, I am a Jio AirFiber customer (Mob: 8148260018). I took connection on 5 March, paid ₹2,100 for installation, and recharged ₹1,060 twice. Today my plan showed expired, so I recharged ₹3,please explain why my balance/validity got exhausted so quickly?

    The engineer says there is no material available and no installations have been done here since April. Customer care keeps giving false deadlines and asking me to wait another 24 hours. Stop making a fool of your customers. Order No: NO0001DEM4QM. @JioCare

    @JioCare service id SR00002LOUQ2 regt mobile no 9897303592. 3 time Er reschedule appointment themselves, talk over phone only and insist to take jio air fiber rather than to fix the existing jio fiber connection. Really fed up it harming jio reputation. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare JioFiber 1135560382 faced repeated outages for over a month, including 3 disruptions in 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, visits are missed,only temporary fixes provided.Several users on same junction boxare affected. Kindly ensure permanent resolution.

    jio is the tallest name in telecommunication...they don't only harass the customer.they are habitual in it...how many time u complain them they don't care the customer executive is only job is only talk good and give hopes and all bt not to do anything related to issue @JioCare

    @JioCare Your technician says my AirFiber speed is low because there is no strong 5G tower near my home. If that's true, why was the connection installed in the first place without verifying signal quality? Customers shouldn't be sold a service that cannot deliver the promised speeds
