    @JioCare I am trying to relocate my JIO FIBER from past 6 days. some how my document Verification is being rejected thrice. I had submitted the same document while registering and taking the connection at first place. the customer care and local JIO Store is not helping either

    Unfortunate that jio is not able to provide network connectivity in gurgoan (122002) it's hampering my productivity at my work or might have to change the service provider. It's has been 2 months and still not getting gd network and internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Big issue of network at Bad sahaj bahal, Po-Jagalpat, Ps-Gaisilet, Dist-Bargarh, Odisha. Many users join with reliance jio & acquire about 3 km distance network of kathaumal. So we tried since last 2017. Plz solve this problem otherwise we'll perforce to close sim🙏

    @JioCare @JioCare: Sent DM as you have suggested. Past Jio DM responses provided no solution to my connection problem in June 2021. Had to discontinue JioFiber. Let me know how I can get a service person to check out my Jio connection and modem. I would like to get reconnected.
