    @reliancejio @JioCare I took a new Jio number 4 Days back. every mrng my WhatsApp gets blocked & into review without using.I get calls asking about the previous user who had taken loan. Ur customer care asked to visit store.The store asked to call customer care. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, Thank you for reopening the request. However, this issue has been pending since 16 July 2026. Kindly share the investigation outcome, refund status and an expected resolution timeline instead of a generic update. I look forward to your final written response.

    My JioFiber installation has NOT been completed at my location. Without installation, how was my connection activated. Who activated my service without installing the JioFiber setup at my home and without sharing the mandatory installation completion OTP @JioCare @jiofi

    I face last 10 day jio fibre problem and i call approx 100 time customer care but he now resolved my problem I suggest everyone please don’t use jio company sim and fibre because you face lots of problem @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Vikita, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what

    @JioCare My senior citizen parents' JioFiber relocation request, raised on 2 Aug, is still pending despite multiple promised engineer visits. Only automated replies, no resolution. Please assign a responsible officer immediately. #JioFiber
