@JioCare @reliancejio Such a shameful act have been done by you guys. I tried calling each and every helpline numbers of jio to get my refund,but no one was ready to help me out,I kept those recordings with me for further reference.lodging the complain finally to @jagograhakjago

@JioCare from the last month m facing very slow internet in my place and the speed of the internet is 5 kB to 50 kB wow... However my recharge value is about to end in 15 hours and from there m not going to recharge... Airtel is little better now....
