    @JioCare If you have an official IMD warning specifically for Bhubaneswar that justifies a 48-hour blackout, share it here. Otherwise, admit this is an internal failure in your service team. I am tired of these scripted, fake excuses.

    I contact @hotstar_helps for subscription help and they said tried to contact @JioCare . When I contact to #jiocare they said try to contact @JioHotstar . What the hell is going on. You both tried to fool customer making him roaming here and there nothing else. 🤬🤬

    @JioCare Madam, I did all thing, Jiofiber customer service in Jaipur Ra is very very poor,1800896999 has not option to talk with human body,they reply only computerize voice, no any responseible jiofiber Nodel or CEO officer or his contact number are available,kindly resolve it immediate

    @JioCare @reliancejio Switching to some new network hereafter who might accept their problems and have the words as their promise. It's not about the amount, it's about the assurance and promise which @JioCare don't respect.

    @JioCare This is the issue. Wrong plan has been activated the moment I asked for refund. If Reliance believes in cheating then it's fine else cancel the connection or change to the plan that I had asked. Else refund me the amount. It is rightly said Airtel is much better. Please expedite
