Customer care has given conflicting responses, and the amount is still not credited. I also not getting any reply.

Honestly, I am a disappointed customer not even using their service anymore the connection is just there but no at my home uses it now.

They have definitely removed all the Human support and just relied on AI chat bots which is making our lives hell. Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?
