when we turned on data 4G network gayab ho jata hai.@TRAI idea ka jadu ha ....4Gb per day pack pani me ja raha hai..@JioCare network to mar hi gaya hai...4G speed is 60kb/sec .accha chutia banate hai ....

@JioCare @Saurabh02293544 Its not work like 2g but its working beyond 2g...2g speed is too much better then the jio 4g network speed. Jio company makes customers fool.. They take recharge amount by us to make us fools..they unable to serve better services.

@JioCare I did. Several times. No one did anything or even called. Horribly slow network, piss-poor signal and call problems. I made a mistake choosing @reliancejio . As soon as my 90 days are up, I'm getting out of Jio and going back to @ViCustomerCare .

@JioCare Last month your team told that there is some issues between 7 pm to 11 pm and it will get resolved soon. that time I understand it was due to IPL but now when there is no IPL, I am facing same issue. ( Signal strength is good but slow speed internet.)

@JioCare Hello, the worst service provider, are you responsible to resolve my issue ? My complaint ID is MR0000ULF5BB. Two days have been passed. No response despite having full balance. After getting the payment you have nothing to do with the customers' issues.
