    @JioCare JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved only on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    @JioCare migrated jio fiber from 399 plan to 888 plan on 29th aug n booked installation dt 30/8 between 5-6 pm. No stb received nor installation done yet. Called customer care 5 times but no resolution yet. Fed up with following up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio just talked to yoir customer care. Problem not resolved। She knows what postpaid means I.e. take the services and then pay, still asking to pay in advance
