  @JioCare Hi I have raised an SR as the network went down. Technician is supposed to attend at 7PM tonight and so far no one has visited. Believe me its a pain when there is no channel to escalate. Very bitter experience. Totally frustrated!

  @JioCare my home net hasnt worked for over 30 hours now. Was assured yest that I would be resolved in 24 hours by technician. No one here yet and on calling being told another 24 hrs. HORRIBLE service. Provide immediate resolution, currently impacting work

  @JioCare @Sangram09133356 Pathethic service, fiber connection is not working since 19th July. Have raised several complaints but no resolution. Terminal box is installed on neighbour building & they have cut 5 connections of our building SR000015U7WM Pls install box on our building

  @JioCare Why isn't I'm provided with a resolution yet? Your store has no complaint redressal system. All they do is refuse and deny. Engaged in DM from mrng and no solution yet
