    @JioCare unable to upgrade the plan, as per customer care there is no option, I have to continue with existing plan i e. Without Netflix till next recharge date

    @JioCare Bunch of thieves. After having paid for a 6 month plan not only do these jokers terminate plan in less than 4 months, they don't even respond to complaints.

    @airtelindia I made a portout request from your service on 10th Dec to @BSNLCorporate what's my status? Ur cust. services contacted me multiple time to not port my number from your service, making silly excuses like ur document is submitted to @reliancejio even i pers. vis. bsnl

    @JioCare @reliancejio From 2 days my jio internet at office is not working. Your staff is also not responsible to attend the call. Calling him again and again. Bad services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have emailed you regarding incorrect invoice on Jio Fiber Postpaid billing. I have not heard back from your side, all I have received is template response which does not address the issue. What kind of customer service is this ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice What's is wrong with your service engineer I have a complaint registered for my jio set up box from past 4 days still no one has contacted me. And when I am contacting your local service provider he is saying that there is no any complaint.
