    @JioCare I sometimes receive the missed-call SMS several hours later. This has been a long-standing network issue affecting multiple Jio users across our village, not just my phone or SIM. I have already confirmed that the same phone and SIM work normally in Sikar city.

    @JioCare @JioCare No copy-paste replies. Why was SR00003EW9FJ rescheduled 10+ times & closed without my OTP while internet remains down? I don’t need app instructions. I expect: • Immediate restoration • Written RCA • Action against those responsible for unauthorized closure.

    @Imadvika1 @JioCare Apparently all the big players are having network issues these days. (They have installed those Airfiber boxes, so the network is heavily shifting towards those boxes, and regular users are suffering and getting weak signals)

    @JioCare Hi Shirisha, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber the router for one of our connection needs change.I tried reaching out through live chat or call and it doesn’t give me any option.Please change this ****** support service and at the same help my router get changed.Frequent disconnection is frustrating
