@JioCare my location is just 50 mts away from the jio network site and I always recieve speed more than 25 Mbps. My appeal is can you ask your network team to check the site. I never had speed related issue for this long in 3-4 years. Usually it was max. for half a day.

@JioCare since yesterday internet is too slow to be used. I called 198 but people there are hopeless. Repeatedly I have been told problem is due to network congestion. But network congestion automatically become normal in 2-3 hrs. It's been 24hrs & I am unable to use internet.

Complaining from last 2-3 months about regular modem disconnection, range of wifi suddenly dropping even when sitting next to modem and 5g jio wifi network becoming invisible but ur customer care only tells me to restart the modem but I want my modem to be replaced @JioCare
