    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.

    @JioCare Facing network issues every other day with in Gund Hassi Bhat, Srinagar 190017 Jammu and Kashmir. Calls keep dropping and internet speed is very poor. Tower ID: PATTAN0002 If this is not resolved soon, we will switch to Airtel . Please act urgently.

    @JioCare Every support call gives the same scripted reply: “temporary issue” or “many users are using it.” Now you’re promoting AI features like #HelloJio, but basic connectivity doesn’t even work. Even the MyJio app shows “Low connectivity, Retry.” #Jio #NetworkIssue
