@JioCare @TRAI You are failing to provide the services offered as part of the plan. Current services are same as my previous plan which is less cost than the current one. Why don’t you return the balance amount if you are incapable of resolving the issue even after 4 days?

I sent msg for porting my number to another operator then i got call form @ViCustomerCare MNP department se koi banda bola aap port mat kijiye apka problem solve ho jayega 3 din me, aaj 4th day hai koi call nahi from vi. Worst service from Vi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
