  @JioCare Jio fiber is Made in China item, If it works well it works,if troubles no one give assistance and never work,pray to god for who choose jio fiber and jio air (including me who suffers from last 2 days with these china item).Act fiber is best in india no issue since 4 yrs

  @JioCare @reliancejio really sucks in Bangalore! Absolute **** network. If you're in a building, forget getting anything above 2 to 3 mbps. Even vi works in buildings where jio fails.... I'm seriously thinking porting to @airtelindia

  Worst service experience @JioCare @jio_fiber .my jio fiber is not working from last 2-3 days , yesterday book appointment and got scheduled visit on yesterday evening 6pm , but no one came , today i spoke to jio care customer care , they said they will take my request on 1/2

  @JioCare Team, I did this post on 19th and its 29th today, 10 days gone even after escalating here and still no solution received. Doesn’t JIO have any TAT for solving customer’s issue??

  @JioCare Complaint was already registered in 25th, how many times are you going to raise complaints instead of finding a solution. Self care route was already used to schedule appointments multiple time but it’s not getting assigned to anyone.
