  @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic service... No store near 110033 Delhi.. Reached GTB Nagar store . But they mentioned server not working... So much hassle in AI times for just changing esim to normal sim... Why this can't be done online using my jio app or some other way

  @JioCare @reliancejio what brief explanation are you guys looking for... ??? I am not getting signals in side the office 4 th floor and I am not able make calls or receive calls... Network is very low I hardly get signal in the address mentioned in my previous tweet...

  @IndianTechGuide @airtelindia @reliancejio Both are looting Indians customer bcz they have monopoly if you remember in 2018 customer have lots of options but know a days if you not recharge then all calls is disturb I don't thinks india doing good

  @JioCare My alternate number is 9711878968 ,9953638447 .I do not understand how providing alternate number would help to escalate .There is a higher power issue in entire area of Krishna nagar for jio fiber and I m under the impression that team is aware of the issue but unable 2 resolve

  @reliancejio @JioCare just had a word with CC executive and tried to admit my issue with network related to post paid sim. But the response was worst and not supportive att all.. No escalation matrix to escalate the network issue further...

  @JioCare Provided. Just to let you know its the worst service, if this the condition in city/town place then i donno how ruler people are dealing with this issue, moreover if you cant provide proper internet why are all services costing so high???
