    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection and it's remote of set top box is not working since 15 days despite constant report to the customer care they are not assisting other than giving trouble shoot option which is useless.

    @JioCare For u guys a otp is more imp that customer issue. This is the most stupid reason i ve ever come across. Otp not given ... so the customer complaint can go to hell but otp not given so tech will not visit. If the issue is resolved then y do i not have internet? Bloody idiots

    @DoT_India Ipaid ₹807 for Jio Fiber on 2 March. Order cancelled on 7 March but refund still not received.Multiple emails, calls & Twitter follow-ups done only getting template replies, Complaint already registered Kindly help resolve this issue urgently.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio your network is getting worst day by day in rural area. Even a web page is not getting open properly taking too much time. The downloading speed is very poor. Why this is happening I don’t know. It was not like this a year ago. Why we are paying you?

    @JioCare @JioCare But this issue has been affecting my work consistently and not just intermittently. I request you to provide a clear timeline for resolution or consider upgrading my connection to AirFiber Plus since the nearby tower supports A6. Kindly take this on priority.

    @JioCare @consumercourtin dear consumer court officials. Pls look into this and intervene here. I am reporting slow internet issue since 6-7 days. I bought 100 mbps plan 10 days back and issue noticed at the time of installation too. But these idiots are repeating their words only.

    @JioCare Hi Vidhi @JioCare Give me the location coordinates where you have the strongest network,it will not work there, it appears to be an eSIM or technical issue, not network problem.I have traveled to nearly 15 cities over the past 50 days, and the issue persists in every location.

    33 DAYS OF SILENCE. I’ve chased @JioCare on WhatsApp, X, Email, and 1915. Not a single human follow-up. They just want your UPI payment;once they have it, u don't exist. Absolute corporate apathy! @JM_Scindia Please help! Company is silent more than 32 days nw Order NO0001BV8K8Y

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio wifi is down since last night in Malad West and even the Jio app is not working. So can't reach out to the customer support.
