    @JioCare @reliancejio Any updates on this? It has been more than a week you people are not able to replace the stb remote. Now stb has become useless without remote.I am thinking to surrender broadband and go for some other ISP because of your disappointing service..

    @JioCare @AashutoshhAshu 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre. #jio
