    Hey @JioCare I recharged for 100 mb/s for a month and with the multiple complaint raised it resolved on 29th of May almost after completing the month And now my connection is suspended and asked to recharge again as like i'm being scammed. I'm cancelling the connection.

    @JioCare Internet suddenly stopped working on my Jio AirFiber Plus for no apparent reason. Tried raising a complaint through the MyJio app, but I'm unable to do that as well. Please look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @JioCare there has been no resolution and when i ask for cancellation, your representatives are very shamelessly telling me that i will not get a refund because i have paid for 3 months in advance even though i have used only 1 month of crap service out of 3 months

    @JioCare @JioCare this is absolutely incorrect. Your technician is misleading you to continue an unauthorized connection. My connection has been disrupted since 11 PM last night and remains down. No one has even visited or checked whether my connection isworking properly.What ruclaiming?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since 1 June 2026 (SR000037BHWL). Engineer visited on 8 June, confirmed damaged fiber cable and promised replacement next day. No one has come since. Request urgent intervention and immediate resolution.

    @JioCare ₹799 was debited from my bank account on 18 May 2026 for a Jio prepaid recharge, but the recharge was never activated and does not appear in my recharge history.

    @JioCare I contacted customer care again today and they updated they have emailed jio hub for senior technician and issue will be resolved by 12:00 noon. Still no one called and fixed issue. What are the other options to escalate?
