  @JioCare @reliancejio since 4 days, there is no fibre is not working. Options for raising compliants via app, call are not available. Raise compliant option has been removed from app, after ivr message, voice call ia getting disconnected. There is no medium left to raise issue

  @JioCare @reliancejio @DainikBhaskar A jio agent has done fraud with us by falsely charging 10000 in the name of service before installation of air fibre service claiming gift vouchers to redeem monthly . As per jio account it is not showing anywhere in the app.

  @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio got one call from customer care no after that I can't call back and the service request on Hold. I know you guys don't care.. still if not resolved/acknowledged in 30 mins i am switching to Airtel.
