@RelianceDigital @reliancejio I have bought JIO JMR540 Wireless Router with order no : RDF02686680 from Rel digital online and it's not working. As per warranty policy 1 year will complete 24th May 2021. due to pandemic it is not possible to go outside. How to claim my warranty.

@JioCare @DoT_India Same standard reply over and over again. Where is the ticket id/complaint number? I'll not let people from Jio in my home without a proper issues ticket id. Why are you guys not giving the complaint number and still waiting the same standard reply again and again?
