@airtelindia I am fed up with the frequent call drops and slow internet speed even in the metro cities. If these problems continues i may have to port my number to @reliancejio or @ViBusinessIndia

@JioCare @reliancejio You r not getting my point why I am escalting here as engineer visit resheduled without intimation multiple times. I m working from home without internet due to jio Fiber issue. I m expecting my issue fixed within hour or else i'll initiate jio Fiber cancellation.

After an outage incident with @airtelindia in Kolkata, @reliancejio has started calling airtel customers requesting them to switch to Jio. One single incident won't make me switch to jio. @reliancejio your customer service sucks. Will never switch to #Jio #Jio #Airtel

@JioCare If you cannot satisfy service level to provide 99% service of jio. You must refund. It's totally unfair if u cannot refund not provide service
