    Jio AirFiber service has been unavailable, and we are paying every month without receiving the service we are promised. Frequent network outages and poor connectivity are causing a lot of inconvenience. If you cannot provide reliable service, why are customers being charged regularly?     @JioCare customer care people have no clue about my problem. I have been calling them every day. They keep telling me settings. Phone is working fine. Service profile is the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My order no NO0001DTB6R2 of jio airfiber was cancelled by me after a conversation with jio team as your dealer failed to install connnection in a long period of 10 days. (Service request no. SR00037W9JZ ).

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every time I contact support, I receive the same responses: either "work is in progress" or "the tower is overloaded." If Jio is unable to provide proper 4G/5G services, then why are customers being charged for 5G plans?
