    @JioCare My Jio fiber has not been working for the past 5 days. Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

    @JioCare Also, will Jio be compensating for the downtime by providing extra days of service equal to the number of days the connection was disrupted? Looking forward to a quick resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare None of your delivery man called me for sim card delivery. And my order no. NO0001DTXJW2 is still in process. Earlier i raised complaint and complaint no is SR000037SL29 and no one called me for that also called for follow up and that too never got response.

    @JioCare Internet on fiber is down since morning, raised a support req in the morning, and yet schhedule visit keep going on Hold. What is the problem? Now I am not even able to talk to any customer care executive as the ticket is already raised. Fix this BS asap

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber service Trying to get a new connection but no support at all Customer care keeps disconnecting my calls and the local Jio representative doesn't even answer This has been my worst experience so far Please resolve this issue urgentl

    @JioCare Your JioTV+ is not showing any channel except for 1. Tried rebooting and clearing app cache but no luck yet. Fix it immediately to view your 900+ channels

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Your services have become pathetic and your engineers have gamed the system by reporting premises closed. My Air Fibre connection which is about 1.5 years old has become extremely unreliable with at least one outage daily.
