  @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am using one of the Jio landline numbers +91-4079610336 for my Wifi. Past 20 days multiple calls and requests were raised to fix the connection, but your entire team fails to do till. Worst service. False promises. Less knowledgeable field

  We are doing recharge every month but not able to do a voice call, & about 5G it's a dream for us, if 5G not there , it's ok, please provide basic network to make a emergency call & for this so many times i complained but no response. from @JioCare

  I had worst experience with @reliancejio and @JioFiber I recently did my payment for wifi and the team transfered it to my previous modem which was apparently taken back to the Jio Chennai team, and it is still active reached out to CRM team with No proper resolution given.
