    Received 100+ “Rest assured” and “We’ve escalated your case” messages in 65+ days. Still waiting for a refund. Looks like the word “refund” doesn’t exist in the Jio customer support dictionary. Well trained, @JioCare

    @JioCare I writing this to inform you how pathetic is Jioairfiber service is. This is regarding the connection bearing# 4031775175 at Hyderabad. Ennumber of service requests raised that the TV channels aren't working properly for over 2 months yet the problem continues

    @JioCare I had raised a ticket for frequent disconnections in my airfiber broadband net. An appointment was scheduled but no one came to visit the site and also the ticket was closed showing resolved. Pls do the needful in actual so that my issue can be resolved.

    @JioCare I have contacted that person so many time, I booked to install new connection also but no one come every time they cancle my booking, I am very disappointed with jio care, no solution have I received from customer care also , the sales representative nom. Is 7022446643

    @JioCare No internet since last 24 hours. Keep testing customer's patience. In the last 30 days, we had no internet access for around 10 days. But, your shameless company takes no responsibility and pays no heed to our complaints. You just have a template of replies, that you just paste.

    @JioCare I have engaged another agency and installation has been completed. Please cancel my order and process refund against same.
