  @JioCare This is not the complaint. I am saying how come service engineer mentioned I requested for the hold of the visit. If you can't resolve the issue tomorrow I would request you to cancel my connection. I don't want this kind of service .I am paying for every day.

  @reliancejio @JioCare we are suffering from jio network,there is no network in my area since afternoon,there is more than 3000consumer in my area and no one is giving proper response from costumer service. 392015 Gujarat bharuch. Pls do needful ASAP.

  Since @reliancejio @JioCare has failed to resolve my issue despite two recharges and no response, I am left with no choice but to port my number to Airtel. I’m currently traveling and this lack of service is unacceptable. Goodbye Jio! 👎 #JioDown #Porting #CustomerService
