@JioCare Service request number is SR000016BSJ5, this is the new service request has been generated unnecessarily, just because you guys failed to serve the previous request. Now check that request and confirm who reschedule my request since no one visited to check the actual problem.

@JioCare Your customer care people has zero knowledge, they don't know mobile number or email id of their Supervisor or Nodal officer. Please educate them or it is not your company policy? since your customer care people keep saying this "It is not our company policy".
