@JioCare Hi my jio fiber number is 79685543 and I have done dual recharge on November 18th and both are active now and please extend my validate and please arrange call from senior person in your team there is no proper response from customer care

@reliancejio There are lots of software issues in jio app your allowing to active same plan for 2 time @ same time because of that lost my money and still now no response from your customer care

@JioCare No one is disappointed.. here .. People are cheated by your company ... of getting good network ... just after ... How bad your service is going .. Customercare have a mantra for these kind of complain (SIR SOME WORK IS GOING ON) how long this work will continue, let me knw👎🏿
