    @JioCare Very poor service by Jio. Not able to take calls since last 3 days, a lot of call drops too.

    @JioCare Nope. The issue I wrote is that while standing at a position I cannot even make a UPI payment on your network in that area. So it is not the issue of slow network while moving Also, the same metro station area had a good coverage before 10-11 days. And suddenly, problems started

    @JioCare what pathetic services you guys have been giving , Internet connectivity is down for last 5 days in our area and no response from your team or no accountability. Even the calls AI- powered and automated seriously sick. I want to cancel my Jio connection permanently

    Mr. Gaurav Anand, Jio has pretty bad customer service. Keep getting messages someone will come but no one shows up. Lokesh in Chennai 9080965331 keeps hanging up. 4 days no service. Students unable to study. Request number SR00003D0F4X @JioCare #reliance #aakashambani

    @JioCare @jiocare it's been 5 days, since I posted this no action and nothing as been taken from your side, so should I accept the fact you took money from me to provide a service that you failed to fulfill and still I'm the one losing money here? And you are not going to refund🤌🏽..wow!

    @JioCare @reliancejio my service request (SR00003D6WUJ) has been marked as resolved, but the internet speed is still unusably slow. Closing a complaint doesn’t fix the network. Kindly investigate and provide a lasting solution.

    @JioCare It has the widest network coverage in India, but the network quality and customer service are among the worst. I’d recommend going with Airtel or Vi I’m just sharing what I’ve genuinely experienced. If you have an iPhone, I personally wouldn’t recommend using Jio.
