    And they told within 24 hrs agent will come and collect the devices and 48hrs completed no one came till now…if u want new connection ..we will receive 100s of calls…what a service …its not jio …maro after taking service @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jio fibre number is 0-120-3181020 and it's not working today, tried to register a complaint on your customer care number but there is no option to speak to anyone or register the complaint. Please reply when the service will start

    @JioCare @reliancejio We have Jio Mart and relaince Jio cellular network in pin code 421201, by when can we expect Jio fibre in the area. Everytime I have raised request in the app, it says it will be soon launched in the area, but it's more than 6 months and no progress.

    @reliancejio Service has been pathetic since 15 days, i am unable to make or receive calls most of the time. i have 2 phones with jio connection, both have same issues. Signal strength is just -110dbM. Can jio fix it or i find some alternative connection ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber support sucks in Marathalli Banglore. It’s been 2 days since my Internet is down and No is attending the request. I paid 7000+ for new connection in one go. Refrain from using it. I’ll post on LinkedIn soon.

    @JioCare its been more then one month and still i havent got my money back for discontinuing my jioFiber connection. All i get is dates on which my device is supposed to be picked up. But no1 comes. @reliancejio please help.
