@JioCare even tried calling 1800-896-9999. When the call was abt to connect with advisor, it got disconnected. It’s so frustrating with poor service and ignorant brand.

I'm fed up with @reliancejio network. It claims to provide 4g where as it's speed is less than even 2g. It provides an unbelievable 2 or 3 kb/s, even 0.5kbps sometimes. Even this tweet will also take 2 or 3 minutes to get uploaded. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I have to use Airtel network to complaint of yours.... As in my locality there's worst network coverage . I'm unable to send even a watsapp messages with #jio network I have 1.5 gb per day plan and I'm nit even able to use 300 mb in a day .
