I Canceled my @reliancejio #Fiber on 6th November. And no one came to pick up the device. I tried calling @JioCare more than 20 times and my SRN is being closed automatically but still, I'm waiting for the resolution. @TRAI

@reliancejio Very poor customer service last 10 days I'm following like anything to get device picked up but failed in all aspects. Such a POOR SERVICE from reputed company like RELIANCE It is better to opt Airtet / Vodafone at least they do have great service. SR - SR00001FM70U
