    @reliancejio fiber should introduce 29 day plans. Every month 1 day goes without internet facility with no solution Helpdesk promises a resolution in 24 hours yet its been a day and no engineer has been assigned to the task Seriously @JioCare lost faith in your quality of service

    @hemanthchowz Your second option is much better ! coz they don't care for user, no solution was provided for almost 6 months at last ported to @jiocare and finally satisfied

    @JioCare @reliancejio is this wat m paying for? Speeds r same as wen I had no plans. Why did i even spend money on the plan? Its been 1 week and speed is horrible to say the least. A simple Google search timesout!!! Fix the damn thing man.

    @reliancejio worst network I have seen in my life, even u have no solution for the problem, It’s like everyday I struggle with the network and in the end u came with the bill laughing at me, took my money. Pathetic, I won’t suggest anybody to subscribe Jio.

    @JioCare Hey I am facing network issue when there is a power cut in my area. Rest all the time network is gud but when no power, no network is there. Fix it at earliest. I am a premium plan user of Jio. Give priority to my case. Will DM u necessary details.
