    @JioCare @reliancejio want to understand your policy in refunding amount for a booking against which installation of Jio Fiber was never done. NO0001D11DP8 and SR000034IBJN was raised with an assurance of refunding the amount within 10 working days. Do we need to go legally!!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service Request SR0000352NP3 dated 4/5/2026 is still pending for over a week. Jio Fiber wiring is broken & I have no internet. Unable to get any support. Please send technician immediately for quick resolution. Urgent

    @jiocare this is the worst customer service ever I would suggest no one to opt for jio fiber they are not assigning a person to rectify the problem and are dodging my request from the past 3 days with no resolution #scam #jioscam

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently I call 198 so your service advisor pooja also 18 advisor make me fool give me temporary solution I suffer 3 month same problem 7 to 12 pm at night my fiver is not working So el customer 3 month se suffer kar raha he or kiso ko padi nahi
