    @JioCare Service request number is SR000016BSJ5, this is the new service request has been generated unnecessarily, just because you guys failed to serve the previous request. Now check that request and confirm who reschedule my request since no one visited to check the actual problem.

    @JioCare dear team ref. to my complain num. SR000016BOFB ,m unable to use my phone in IR, due partner network issues, lodged complain to IR c.c 3 days ago,seems network team unable to resolve this ,moving round n round ..could u pls take up this urgently...ur urgent help pls.

    @reliancejio, @JioCare very very worst customer care to need clarification about network porting, everyone say different different customer care number, but the result is zero, really very disappointed with jio @reliancemukesh

    @JioCare My Jio Fibre installation not done at my home because of your RFS Reasons. So Your executive says Your money will be refunded in your same payment Mode With in 1 week. It's been 15 days ago so why i can't got my Refund of Rupees 1500. Please Help @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your customer care people has zero knowledge, they don't know mobile number or email id of their Supervisor or Nodal officer. Please educate them or it is not your company policy? since your customer care people keep saying this "It is not our company policy".
