@reliancejio @JioCare your customers care services employees, sales team and technicians cheated me with all wrong commitments. First of all none of them have knowledge abt Jio fibre, they don't even know list of channels, giving false commitments of updating set of box. Help !!

@JioCare SMS stuck on sending for the past 5 minutes. 100 SMS per day still left. What is it I need to do for basic telecom services? No network inside house and now I can't even send messages. Pathetic. Trying to fool people.
