  @JioCare complaining since Sunday morning for Jio Fiber to give service. Jio fiber is not supposed to get impacted by rains especially in buildings. I give it a big 0 for Service & respons. It's the worst service. You can't call helpline as it goes into automated call.

  Dear @JioCare, this is extremely disappointing. My JioFiber connection was permanently disconnected due to delayed payment. I later paid ₹487.96 believing it would restore my service, but only after the payment was I informed that the connection had already been permanently 1/n

  If you're in #DelhiNCR, think twice before choosing @airtelindia. My network hasn't worked in my basement for 3 months despite complaints since April. Your ads promise "Fast Lane Technology", but @reliancejio works fine at the same location. @Airtel_Presence #NetworkIssue

  @JioCare Your Jio App is of no use..cannot create another SR if no one is acting on the old one as they updated status as resolved. If you want to support ...please raise a ticket and schedule engineer visi to check the modem.
