  @JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.

  Worst broadband experience ever. I paid for an 18-month JioFiber connection, but the service has been down for over 48 hours. No engineer visit, no proper support, no accountability. Customers deserve better. Resolve this immediately or issue a refund. @JioCare

  Hello jio i had ordered a sim through my jio app on date 30.07.2026. But, till now I didn’t receive the sim as 48 hrs. completed already. Is this type of jio serving their service? Very disappointing. I didn’t expect this. @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

  This is a loophole because, in a family pack, not everyone’s recharge expires on the same day. Airtel doesn’t compensate for the remaining prepaid balance either, which is unfair. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn @reliancejio will you help on this

  @JioCare @reliancejio I bought a new Jio Bharat Phone. Facing frequent issue - During calls, the other person’s voice cuts out. Sometimes works, sometimes no sound at all. Even visited the service centre but issue not resolved. #JioBharat #JioCare
