@JioCare Pathetic service till now installation not done, supposed to b done yesterday, told it will be done today before 12 pm, now customer service tells it will be done tomorrow as engineer is busy, u take advance money when cannot honour commitment, 3 days money lost horrible attitude

Jio representative and loacal are manager is saying we are not able to provide solution kindly cancle your connection. My team have all the call recording chats and voice recording. This is how they are fiving there servi. Shame on @JioCare

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It's now more than 5 days for the service SR00001C9RFI, still it's same as day one, they put it again on hold. They simply don't want to visit the actual location and try to get money from the users in one way or another.

@JioCare I have applied for a new jio Fiber connection order ID: NO0000M8XFE8 on 15th July by paying 3 months fee in advance but my fiber connection is not installed yet. I have reached at least 3 times to the jio care however no solution yet. Today is the 7th day of application

@JioCare Why do you fool the customer because your network team also says this. The network coverage here is less. Then why do you send this message to your customer again and again, do the setting, do this, do that.
