@JioCare The machine of Jio Tower near me has been removed by ur mechanic, does it take ten days to get it right? In these ten days,who will compensate for the work which has been delayed due to poor service of Jio & the data wasted? More than 500 people facing this problem. @reliancejio

@JioCare Dear Sahil, Thank u for ur report regarding data usage of 2 numbers, Pls note, issue is raised for internet not working at a particular location, it doesn't mean that consumer is not moving. Instead of making network available- ur team hv enough time to justify? Pls arrange visit

@JioCare I haven't received any satisfactory response from last 10 days network is running terribly bad ,just 2 bars ,seeing this i stopped recharge which is overdue already. Why should I pay for poor network services with no prompt action so far
