    @reliancejio I have a problem, please look into this. On March 8th, I placed an online order for a new Jio SIM card—specifically requesting a matching number (costing ₹50) along with a ₹350 recharge—but the order was cancelled by the Jio department on that very same day.

    @JioCare Absolutely shocking experience with @JioFiber / @JioCare. 1/2: Just got a new Jio AirFiber connection a few days back and now the router is not even turning ON — looks like a faulty power adapter or router hardware issue. Internet has been down since yesterday.

    What a worst service from jio...i have been trying to connect with executive regarding network fluctuations and not stable network problem but all their jio care do is to repeat the same messages. Not expected from @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever 2g was better than 5g #1

    Jio AirFiber slow speeds after 100Mbps upgrade (Feb 22). Issue unresolved despite complaints, false visit updates, router/tower changes. Complaint initiation date 23 feb @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI please fix. Req id: SROOO02ZWLIF/2ZSN7L/30OVK9/30XGM9 Colsed without solution.
