@JioCare I have a broadband connection from Jio.. from mrng my internet is not working.... and no one is bothered to attend ... the area manager sales manager all are useless Mr Dhirender wen to sell the connection made so many false promises now his ph is always switched off..

@reliancejio my connection not working. Called local jio support, they told to call the customer care number. But customer care number not connecting to register the complaint. After last 10 days of non connectivity just recently wifi was established.

@JioCare t settings. If these settings are right, your issue should be resolved. 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. D
