@JioCare when the service itself is poor and speed is hardly usable why should I recharge? We are on a postpaid family plan and pay bills on time yet facing constant calling and internet issues. Fix the network and provide consistent service first - then asking for payment will make sens.

But for booking this connection JIO sales person came to my home in 10min to take money, Now for small technical issue(enable pro google gemini banner) from their side 15days over, no resolution.

@JioCare This is unacceptable. Every time there’s a power cut, Jio network goes “No Service” and even after power returns, network takes10 minutes to come back. This has been happening for years. Forced to go outside just to make calls. Fix this urgently. Location: Jaisalmer(HBC)
