    @JioCare I contacted your jio_Fiber Team in locally but service is too worst from them. They said they will send out technician and confirm the location, though I confirmed through Whatsapp and trying to follow up since 3 days but none of them responded back. #VZM #AP 535003

    @JioCare I paid 1500 for jio fiber installation ,but your installation technician not available if ask your your agent please cancel booking and no response From your end , please refund my total amount worst service and fraud service

    This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @reliancejio @JioCare to reach jio customer care is hell of a job,finally when you reach its good for nothing service .They hardly help you . Moral is never go for jio or forget about assistance after you have installed jio fiber line.

    @JioCare please ask your agents or employees whatever not to lie they are promising same day connection but forgets after the payments is made, don't know about other circles but happening in Guwahati. Please take care you already have proved that you are a worst company.

    @JioCare my jio no is 7008714121 and at home from all no call drop data speed is very poor even not able to make call at home . Please do something this type of issue I had raised for last 2and half year but your answer is we are looking for it and network at your locality is go

    @JioCare Its been pain to reach Cx care. In my area jio internet is not working. around 1500 users are affected. No jio executives are listening to my complain. Pathetic resopnse. Should we MNP to other service providers ? Pls respond ASAP.
