    @JioCare @reliancejio I do not want installation anymore. Cancel my JioFiber/AirFiber order immediately and process full refund. Order ID: ILI2197000310042026 Paid ₹807 on 10/04/2026. 11 days delay is unacceptable. If refund is not processed within 48 hours, I will proceed with consumer complaint.

    @JioCare Nothing has been done yet. It's still the same and fixed replies from your time. Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.

    @JioCare The issue is in your 4g network.. please repair your 4g towers, check the uploaded screenshot, the speed was done in the 4g network of jio

    @JioCare Booked Jio AirFiber via MyJio. On 16-04-2026 (6:15 PM), a technician asked for payment on his personal number. When I said I’ll confirm via official email, I was misled. Complaint already raised, now facing “no stock” delay. Please resolve urgently. I’ll share agent name, number

    @JioCare I purchased a jio bharat v4 offline today. Received the jio companion app after the update but when I enter the otp from jio bharat phone in my smartphone on the jio things app. Nothing happens. Its stuck at that page. Unable to track location. Help please

    "Dear @JioCare, I am tired of receiving irrelevant solutions like 'check your phone settings.' The issue is POOR NETWORK COVERAGE and NO SIGNAL inside my house. My handset is perfectly fine; the problem is with your tower/infrastructure in my area.
