    @JioCare I want to surrender my jio fiber service , number is 4435588074. The reason is very poor service , I have asked for relocation 1 week back , till date nothing has been done. U r the worst.

    @JioCare Even though I have an international roaming plan, Jio shows no network connection for weeks/months! What am I even paying for?!

    @JioCare Since then: No technician has been assigned. I have made nearly four calls to customer support since morning. Every call ends up with me being kept on hold until the call eventually gets disconnected, with no callback from the support team.

    @JioCare Trying to port to Jio, but 4 days now that sim delivery guy calls and then no one comes to deliver. The guy even stop picking the phone. Pathetic service. Better to stop the port request. Before customer service is so bad what will happen later.

    @JioCare @JioCare what a shame. Just in 6 days again I have to keep raising complaint again and again. Request you to provide Permenant solution on it. Or I have to take all these details and file complaint at consumer court. Service request no SR00002M8N4Q hs been raised

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Air Fibre connection 91-3335852953 - is one way street isme aane ka rasta hai bahar jaane ka nahin - for last 20 days trying to cancel still a failure - they cancelled my home account twice - quite a way to deal with unruly customers who want to leave

    @JioCare You are competely stupid Aishwarya.. nothing wrong with you. It’s the way how Jio treats its customers. You can clearly see the ticket being closed without resolution and you are asking me the Downtime??
