Dear @reliancejio , I'm a Jio Postpaid Plus plan customer and I have serious issue. Tried contacting @JioCare via other ways call, live chat, mail. But no response. I'm feeling like I'm cheated & others may also be. Pls contact me asap via call. Don't wanna discuss in public.
