nami chandra (@nami_chandra) reported@JioCare I had to go through all the frustration and struggle for 3 days to get a duplicate sim and the worst part i had to pay Rs 50 to get it... The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating
