    @JioCare How many complaints are needed before this gets fixed? My Jio internet has been very slow for a long time in Nellore - 524002, AP & repeated complaints have made no difference. Customers deserve better service. Please resolve this immediately. #Jio #PoorService #Nellore

    @JioCare I believe you have read my entire issue and i also sent multiple emails , appointments has been rescheduled 8 times and i sent email to jio care , Grievances team as well as and SR has been logged before too but there is no resolution.

    @JioCare How did you try to contact me? I didn't get any call. I have shared both my numbers on dm. It is very strange as I get tons of calls everyday for your Jio promotion but not a single call for resolution of issue.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare you will never improve in customer care. I have a problem with my WI FI router and everytime I am calling your helpline number you are making me hold for long periods without any revert or connecting me to help executive. What is the use of these apps and help lines when you are not interested in helping or resolving any issue.
