it is sad to say good bye after being a member of this family of 4 years since 2016.experienced the upside moment of life with @reliancejio internet connection but it sad that you are not fulfilling the problem of your family member who was in the support from the beginning .

@reliancejio is the most tone deaf brand ever. They'll make you run not just to get a service but also to withdraw from it. Most lazy, uncoordinated customer service ever. That's what happens when you own the market space!

I was an @airtelindia customer for 15 long years. Now I’m finally porting out to Jio @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Airtel never listen to it’s customers and their network is trash. Absolute trash.

@JioCare Kindly assist in relocation of 5223582862. Submitted the documents multiple times but doesn’t seem to be enough. Customer Care Guys are in efficient and every request for escalation or a call back has not been fulfilled.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised the relocation request on 27 Nov the request is denined without a reason. Customer care doesn't help and your email support don't respond. What the customer should do who have already paid for the 3 months and they are strangled without support

@reliancejio I am very upset your service. In my opinion you have not improved your internet speeds and network signals. I am again and again to raise the complaint but at this time I have decided to change the service provider.. Thanks for my feedback..

@JioCare Need to also understand the process where Jio is expecting customers to scan and print documents the way they want when they understand the user has no access to Internet. Very Poor Customer Service.
